Playamonte : locations de maisons de vacances

This was our second visit to Gareth's place as we really like the house and the area. Gareth is friendly and helpful, and a super nice bloke. The house is in a lovely peaceful location with great outside space, but not too far from town if you need anything. The house is spacious, clean and tidy with a large kitchen so great if you want to cook your own meals. We did a lot of climbing and walking in the area and it's a great location for that. We definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future.

La casa es justo lo que nosotros buscábamos, amplia, limpia . cómoda, segura (rejas en todas la puertas y ventanas) mosquiteras en las ventanas (imprescindibles para la época del año) todo en una sola planta, piscina muy limpia y terraza ideal, para las horas mas calurosa el aire acondicionado en todas las estancias esta disponible aunque no lo usamos mucho ya que estábamos en el exterior la mayor parte del tiempo . Como única objeción comentar el escaso menaje de cocina (platos y vasos) tuvimos que comprar media docena y la falta de un lavavajillas (imprescindible en estos tiempos) hay que tener en cuenta que nuestra estancia fue larga y hacíamos muchas comidas en casa. Por lo demás fantástico

A modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated villa. A lovely private pool and garden area. We stayed in February and used the wood burner fire and air con heating and we found it cosy. A short walk to the beautiful rocky coast, or a safe cycle 10 minutes along the coastal path in to Denia centre , where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, markets and shopping. Lots going on in Denia, Padel courts, indoor swimming pool, gyms, spas, etc. Eric and Sophie were very responsive hosts, and we would definitely recommend their villa to other guests.

Our group of 12 had a lovely time at Anne's place. The house was beautiful, and had everything we needed for a great stay. When we encountered a problem, Anne was quick to respond and super helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice house with good sized rooms. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. We were there in December so and the pool area was shaded but we still had some swims with the kids. Short walk into the pretty town of Moriara with plenty of shops and restaurants and a very nice beach.

The condo was so cute and well kept. Before we got there, Eva had sent a ton of information on local places to visit, restaurants, and what animals we might see in the surrounding coves. When we had questions, she was quick to answer and always very helpful. There were some basics in the kitchen for us to use. Only one issue—the shower has no lip along the edge so water leaks at the end and along the side. We had to keep a towel there to prevent water soaking the bathroom. Aside from that, we would stay again.

We had an amazing time at Frederic's villa. The villa is brand new, incredibly spacious and comfortable, including the beds and bed linen, with an excellent kitchen and lounge area near the pool. It's conveniently located if you have a car; there's a large organic grocery store just five minutes away and a Carrefour Planet nearby. Communicating with Frederic and Jorge was a pleasure, and everything was excellent.

Fantastic holiday, location, villa and hosts. We needed a couple of things sorted, extra pillows and hot water put on as we had a couple of days with cloud. Spoke with Dagmar and it was sorted, nothing was a problem. We needed a break to relax and recharge and we did exactly that at Dagmar's villa it was perfect in every way. The only small thing was TV was only set for German & Spanish if it was a smart TV then 100% perfect instead of 99.999%. But seriously Beautiful villa & wonderful hosts would recommend staying. We never normally stay at the same villa when we return to Spain but if we decide to stay in Calp again I would return to Dagmar's without a doubt. Book it & enjoy.

Estuvimos un grupo de amigas y tuvimos todas las comodidades necesarias durante nuestra estancia. Aina es un encanto, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos y estuvo super pendiente de nosotras desde que llegamos hasta que marchamos. Comercios y restaurantes a pie de calle y la playa a poco más de 5 minutos andando. Si volvemos a Gandía contactaré con ella de nuevo sin dudarlo

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist einfach nur traumhaft und bietet auch die nötige Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist zentral - Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind mit Auto rasch erreichbar. Eine schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Una estancia estupenda. Ika siempre disponible y atenta. Fuimos dos y un perro pequeño. El espacio exterior es amplio. La casa esta junto a la playa. Muy limpia, con todas las comodidades y a un paseo del pueblo. Solo echamos en falta una pequeña puerta en la valla del jardín, aunque no hay peligro ya que la urbanización es cerrada.

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

We had a wonderful stay. Can really recommend this place if you are looking to relax. Beautiful surroundings with a lot of hiking trails. And still close to Valencia. The house has everything you need. Nick and Jeremy were the perfect hosts. Thoughtful and helpful.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen; sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet; alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Und sehr bequeme Matratzen; wir haben sehr gut dort geschlafen. Auch der Außenbereich ist groß und sehr schön, man kann sogar das eigene Auto auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig in angenehmer und sicherer Nachbarschaft, Lidl-Supermarkt und Meer sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Jakub ist ein toller Gastgeber, die Kommunikation war super und schnell und er hatte uns bei der Ankunft schon erwartet und uns alles im Haus gezeigt. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass wir uns auch während unseres Aufenthaltes jederzeit an ihn hätten wenden können, wenn wir etwas gebraucht hätten. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt!!!

Vi trivdes veldig godt i dette huset. perfekt beliggenhet kun et par minutters gange unna stranden og restauranter. Flott bassengområde og fredelige omgivelser. Bassenget på taket var perfekt for barn som øver på å svømme. Huset bærer litt preg av slitasje og spesielt oppvaskmaskinen har sett bedre dager men ellers fungerte alt som det skulle. Aircondicionen er felles per etasje slik at de 4 soverommene i 2. etg må dele på en bryter. Det er noe bråk fra aircondicion på det ene soverommet og de rommene som er nærmest anlegget blir kjøligere enn de to på andre siden. Det er lurt å tenke på hvilke behov man har for varme/kulde før man bestemmer hvor man skal sove. Ellers var det en luftig og stor terrasse med vifter og solskjerming. Vi likte oss godt her og kan anbefale dette huset for andre. Det var en veldig koselig og trivelig liten by men fin sandstrand. Det er lite tilgang på taxi og buss så egen bil er best om du planlegger litt reising rundt.

On recommande cette location Miguel est un super host La maison est très fonctionnelle, la piscine au top. La plage à 5 minutes à pied est très jolie et peu fréquentée. Bref un excellent plan !

We absolutely loved our two month stay! We had everything we needed. Our dog was welcome as well. It's only a one minute walk to the beach and there were some restaurants in walking distance. I would suggest renting a car for the time there. Or you can always take a taxi as well. We already recommended the place to our friends and families. Thank you for everything!

La verdad que estuvimos muy cómodos durante la estancia. Mati fue muy amable y atenta. La casa tiene todo lo necesario, incluso en invierno con el frio, tiene hasta chimenea con leña y piñas para que puedas encender tu fuego! Es más espaciosa de lo que se ve en las fotos y aparte de estar muy agusto la verdad que dormimos estupendamente bien. Bicorp además tiene Muchas cosas para visitar. Seguro que repetimos. Gracias!

Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. Nice and functional yard and pool area. We were three couples and three kids, the house worked well for our needs. Communication was responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at Marta’s Y Roberto’s. The apartment is spacious, comfy & cosy. All amenities that we needed were in the apartment & if you ever need to contact Marta/Roberto, they respond in record time. I’ve accidentally left a small bag at their apartment & they are kindly keeping it for me, until we return next time. The pictures you see & description of the apartment match what you get if you decide to stay here. I do recommend this apartment in lovely Albir & we’ll definitely be returning, so Gracias Marta Y Roberto for everything you’ve done for us whilst we stayed at your lovely apartment, can’t wait to stay again.
