Our stay at the home was great, it was close to everything and was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed a wonderful month at Cristian and Michele's place. Though not directly on the ocean, it has amazing views of the water just past the empty lot in front of the house. Plus there's direct access to the long beach a half-block down the street. Taking walks along the ocean with my dog was a highlight of my visit. The house is well equipped for long-term stays, and the hosts thoughtfully left a good supply of fresh water to get us started (as well as coffee and snacks). It's close to shopping but feels very private. I'd highly recommend and love to return when it's a little warmer.

I went down to Gaviotas with some friends for a weekend away. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of rooms and spaces for everyone. There are labels on every single light switch and all over the front door and kitchen which was a little overkill but the stay was really pleasant and will definitely rent there again. There are security guards at the front which made us all feel safe and there a local private beach maybe 5 min walk

Amazing house for a nice get away or a peaceful weekend. The house is huge and its really beautiful. Everything about this house was amazing and it was close to alot of nice restaurants. The area was also really nice and quiet , very peaceful with a great view of the ocean. Loved this place i would definitely recommend this house. The host were also very nice and responded quick .

Great place for my family and I! Eric was awesome! The house is perched up on the hill so the views are incredible at sunset. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Just a 5 minute walk is La Media Luna which feels like you’re being transported to the country side. Overall, amazing place! Will be coming back soon!

The house is amazing with a beautiful view. our host was super responsive. Only drawback is some limited diversions close by the location, short drive to beaches, restaurants, about 45min to the Valle.

Over all a nice place in a good area. I was a little disappointed by the HOA who is supposed to keep the jacuzzi on until 10pm. The only person able to turn on the heat leaves at 6:00pm so for the rest of the night it was cold. Typical HOA stuff happy to take every ones dues but don't follow their own rules. Its a top floor condo so there are some stairs to deal with but not a big deal. We enjoyed our visit here and would recommend it to others.

Mario was very helpful and pro active before arriving, gave us great recommendations for restaurants. The place was very nice, clean and private. Easy access from the road.

Highly recommend Anthony place! Has a great view to the ocean and place was very well kept, with all the amenities needed for a great stay. My family loved it and we definitely will be back for another family trip.

Crystal was a great host. She was very responsive and provided great recommendations to local restaurants. Her condo was just as described and the ocean view was amazing. Hearing the waves crashing was a great way to go to sleep. I brought my family so we could relax and enjoy each others company and Crystal's condo was the perfect setting for us. If you enjoy walks on the beach you wont be disappointed, as you are literally steps away from the beach. We are looking forward to coming back in the near future.

Great location, had everything we needed, and had the best time at Brendan’s place. Amazing ocean view from the balcony, and comfy condo! Brendan is also a kind host, and we will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and relaxing. Felt right at home once we were all settled in. The location is great if you love to go to puerto Nuevo it’s so close. Ana takes well care of the house and is a very nice lady and tries to help as much as she could. We will be back again if allowed to. Thank you again John!

Absolutely beautiful location, loved listening to the sounds of the ocean while lying peacefully in bed or on the couch. Brief drive to wine country, right next to the beach, will absolutely be going here again. Property manager was very responsive and proactive. We had a scheduled massage, and it was so relaxing!

Wonderful space. Very clean and the host was very communicative.

The home was gorgeous and extremely spacious! Most of the beds were very comfortable, but I heard that the room with two beds were just okay. The views are incredible and we very much enjoyed our time at the hacienda. We had trouble at the gate initially since we thought it was locked, but once we figured that out, everything was wonderful

Gorgeous view, beautiful & well kept home, comfortable & cozy. Loved the outdoor setup with the water front location, the fire pit, and the covered outdoor table. My family and I absolutely loved our stay! So much so that my elderly (and very picky!) father asked when we can come back! Definitely recommend this home!

Esta muy bonito todo, la villa y todo las áreas del jardín y terrazas, pudimos hacer asado y prender una fogata. Solo nos falto un poco de iluminación para el asador. Definitivamente me gustaría volver pero en Verano, con el calorcito, hacía mucho frío y no era posible usar la alberca o quedarnos mucho tiempo afuera con la hermosa vista.
