We stayed a wonderful month at Cristian and Michele's place. Though not directly on the ocean, it has amazing views of the water just past the empty lot in front of the house. Plus there's direct access to the long beach a half-block down the street. Taking walks along the ocean with my dog was a highlight of my visit. The house is well equipped for long-term stays, and the hosts thoughtfully left a good supply of fresh water to get us started (as well as coffee and snacks). It's close to shopping but feels very private. I'd highly recommend and love to return when it's a little warmer.

We loved staying here and felt right at home. We felt comfortable and safe. The host was very informative and responded to all my inquiries. We can’t wait to stay again. The location was perfect and the home was huge and beautiful. The kitchen was full with everything you would B.C. need. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The view was just beautiful.

Had a good time staying at the house it was very clean and I felt very secure. I liked how the house was steps away from an oxxo a grocery store and other mom and pops stores not to mention a 4 min drive to papas and beer. Esteban was really helpful, nice and was quick to respond. Whenever I need a house to stay at in rosarito I will not hesitate to book here again.

Love the environment, everyone was friendly and very peaceful neighborhood. The house was in great condition and lots of spices if you would want to make food for your stay. Francisco was understanding and answered your questions quick

We absolutely loved this place. We wanted to land in a place that was dog friendly, walkable to the beach and that’s exactly what you get here. The house is beautiful, everything was super clean, love the location and the house. It truly felt like home. Also de host was very friendly and responsive. Overall, extremely pleased!!

great location and quiet for the fam on this trip it was just myself and my significant other and we had a very peaceful mini vacation, I was really pleased with the location and how nice the staff was and the views of the location were awesome not to mention we came all the way from San Angelo, Texas I would definitely recommend and book again

Definitely recommend this stay! We had some trouble with the keypad at check-in, David answered right away and helped us get into to apartment. The place was clean and the view is incredible! We enjoyed a couple of the local recommendations left in a folder by the host. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, showing us where the community room and gym were. Only down side is the wifi was a little slow at night. Aside from that, we had a fantastic stay!

I rented this space for my parents to reunite with my grandmother, and it was a wonderful experience. Adolfo was incredibly accommodating and communicative throughout the process. My family absolutely loved the home and the surrounding area. They mentioned that the location was perfect, with the beach close enough for my 90-year-old grandmother to walk to. It’s a beautiful home in an ideal spot! We would love to visit this place again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home was spacious, clean, within walking distance to a fantastic restaurant - (El Pescador), and an OXXO; also close to a Calimax for groceries, if needed. The home has a great back porch with a cool ocean view, and we especially loved the gated property for our dogs! Thank you so much for helping us have a super vacation. This home was beautiful and the perfect spot for our adult family trip. There were plenty of beds to choose from and 3 bathrooms allowing everyone to get ready at their own pace. The highlight of the property was definitely the open, but protected patio. With a grill to make some carne asada while staring at the beach, you can not have a bad day. The beach is closed off for a couple of miles to non residents so you feel safe and have plenty of privacy as your group enjoys an afternoon or night on the beach. The kitchen has most things needed for making a meal, just stop by one of the grocery stores recommended by Lauren and stock up on your meats, produce, and beverages. Lauren was a great host, giving us the ins and outs of the neighborhood and checking in on us through messages to make sure we were squared away. One of our family members that came with us owns a few AirBnBs as well as runs an AirBnB property management company and he loved this property. I hope we can visit again.

Our stay at the sandcastle was great! We enjoyed everything about it. Beautiful home! Loved the view. It was more than we expected. All of us had a great time. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and hanging out in the backyard. Lots of seating. Home is very cozy. It’s a very peaceful community. Mary had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back.

My stay here was great! The location is really peaceful and feels very safe. Esperanza is such a a sweet host and made us feel very welcomed! I would definitely stay here again in the future ☺️

It was nice and cozy, perfect area and not far from the beach. All in all a great place to stay

I loved the proximity to the ocean. My family lives in the community, and I was comfortable walking around. Very clean and I was comfortable in the bed, the kitchen was perfect for my needs. A nice courtyard to sit and enjoy the waves crashing on the beach. Lots of shopping nearby, including a Wallmart and small shops.

The house was amazing and perfect size for a big group we had more than enough space for everyone. Armando was super helpful and communicative which made our stay easier. We would 100% stay again when going to rosarito.
