This location was great, the host was amazing very communicative. When I first arrived I was lost due to the address being wrong however the host called me right away and gave me the correct instructions upon entry into the home. The area is a tad bit underdeveloped… but overall the experience was good. The Airbnb was up to date and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Kathy was very on point with the responses. Jorge was on site for anything you needed. Really nice guy he took us back and forth for Baja beach fest. Would really go back again and stay here for another occasion. There was some ants in the restroom but other than everything else was clean

We had a great time at Joseph's place, it had everything we needed, it's safe, quiet and has a beautiful view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. To be honest I was hesitant to book after seeing some of the reviews, about construction next door, security guards and that the beds are hard, but from our experience guards were friendly and yes, the beds are hard and the pillows might need to be replaced, but it was nothing we couldn’t get used to. Our only recommendation would be to remove some of the clothing items on the main closet, for guests to use the space.

Thank you Dustin for an amazing stay. I’ve stayed in Las Olas before, but really enjoyed this view and the room. I had everything I needed for the trip there in the room and was able to enjoy my time with family. Highly recommend this room regardless if you are with family, friends or your significant other.

Chill place close to everything in Rosarito if you are on a budget. A little noisy due to taco and burger joint downstairs in the evenings but never too late. Great value and walkable to everywhere. Thanks!

Big house with room for us 8 at the property. Sits high over looking the K38 surf spot in rosarito. Responded to our messages right away.

The property was exactly like the photos. It was comfortable and felt like a family beach cottage--exactly what I was looking for. It is a beach front property in an area that doesn't get a ton of beachgoers so the beach never crowded. There were days when I only saw one or two people on the beach. The deck is well-equipped with seating. I spent hours on the deck watching the ocean and relaxing. Jeanne is a great host. She quickly responded to my texts and phone calls. She met me at the property and showed me how everything worked. She made me feel so welcome.

I will 100% stay again at Fausto’s place. The pictures don’t do the place justice. Extremely safe place and beautiful

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We traveled down for a bachelor party, planning to surf, golf, and hang out, and Fernando's place was ideal for our group of 11 (certainly room for more, we didn't even use all of the beds). Fernando was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and even coordinating a private chef for dinner. The house met all our needs with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of outdoor space, and ample indoor seating. I've stayed in many Airbnb and VRBO rentals, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. The area was fantastic, with easy beach access, proximity to Primo Tapia, and excellent local food options nearby. There were a few other groups in the neighborhood, including other bachelor parties and families, and everyone seemed to enjoy their stay. Highly recommend this place!

This place is very clean and feels at home. My friends and I enjoy staying in this Condo! It’s a in private area, everything was easy access and safe.

We could not have asked for a better place to visit during BBF. We were steps away from the venues as well as lots of local vendors and restaurants. Security was on top of it and we felt safe. The Airbnb was equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. Samuel was very responsive and proactive. We hope to return in the future!

The place was really nice, modern, safe and very clean. Just as described, easy check in and the property has security on site which made it feel extra safe. Easy access to the beach and pool areas. The apartment itself, was really nice and modern, everything was really clean. Lots of extra blankets and lots of towels. Leslie is very responsive, which was great. No complaints, would book again. We had a wonderful stay! We were greeted with a thoughtful gift basket, which was a lovely touch for the holidays. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to downtown yet surprisingly quiet at night. The AC units in the bedrooms and the heater kept us comfortable, though the floors were a bit cold, so we recommend bringing slippers. The host responded promptly to all our messages, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The beds were double size, but we found them a bit stiff and would have preferred a bit more comfort. On the plus side, my husband really enjoyed the shower—hot water and decent water pressure made it a pleasant experience. Overall, we had a great time and would happily stay here again!

Absolutely amazing experience! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from the Pacific Ocean, making for breathtaking views and easy beach access. The property is huge, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The shower was fantastic, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I’ll be back in Tijuana in July and will definitely be booking this place again!
