Nice location and peaceful and private. Beautiful beach. Suggest using the “back road” to come and go due to very congested traffic along the beach road. Walk out patio to beach and the amazing views are a real plus. Only one restaurant near the property so plan to travel a little or utilize the well-equipped kitchen.

Great spot for families! Restaurants & grocery store within walking distance. Amazing pools & food from the pina shack. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed this place. Super spacious, well stocked, great patio. Felt like home. The complex is great - we enjoyed waking to the cafe, taproom and grocery store. Loved the pools and hot tub. Loved the restaurant / bar right beside the pool. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful location with Marina, mountain and stunning sunrise views over the ocean. Pool was a good temperature and home was clean and spacious!

Great beach house for big group! There’s 4 bedrooms (all with king sized beds & private baths) only 2 of the bedrooms are accessible from the main shared living quarters, other 2 rooms are only assessed by a digital coded door (1 is upstairs off the pool deck & the other is downstairs off the courtyard). Felt super safe due to coded doors. We weren’t advised that a security guard would be patrolling around the home at random hours so this frightened us at 1st when we saw him outside at night w/ a flash light but we were comforted by his presence once we realized he was patrolling for our safety. The trash cans are at the top of the hill & the beach is at the bottom of the hill, definitely recommend having a rental (car or golf cart) to access these. Host was super attentive both before & during our stay. Only complaints were the amount of bugs/crabs that were frequently inside the house & the dryer takes 2-3 times of running to get clothes dry. Overall great stay & would come back!

Fantastic secluded villa with an amazing view!! Very clean with a fantastic pool! Me and my family really enjoyed staying here however you def need a car which is capable of going up steep hills!

We stayed here for 4 nights. It had everything we needed, lots of space, clean, very private - really nice to have your own pool and patio area. The location is perfect - five minute walk to several good restaurants or a drive of no more than 10 minutes will give you a lot more options. Five minute walk to the beach. Or a 10 minute drive will get you to Playa Flamingo, one of the nicest beaches in the north Pacific CR. Our host kept me well informed and was always available to help. Overall it was a great experience, absolutely no complaints!

We had a lovely trip to Playa Flamingo and the house was as described and in photos. It is Not fancy but very functional and with a lovely view and a nice pool.There were a few small land crabs that would come in the house but otherwise it was pretty free of bugs; there were hardly any mosquitoes. We were visited by some iguanas and there are a few raccoons that like to visit the pool at night and leave little gifts on the patio and in the pool, but its Costa Rica... The pool and the balcony upstairs both had lovely breezes and were great for sitting out in the early mornings and evenings. No better place for a sunset than the upstairs. Not that we were around much in the evenings - the beach is wonderful and so closely so we were mostly out there. It was a lovely week and we very much enjoyed the home.

Mambo Oasis provided everything our family needed for a vacation I have dreamed about for years! Our whole family was together and it fit all 13 of us very comfortably with lots of space. The kitchen was so spacious and fully stocked with everything needed to cook most meals while there. The service was amazing and had quick replies with any issue we messaged them with. We felt very safe in the gated community yet was very private; we loved swimming in the pool at dusk watching the Howler monkeys yelling in the trees, and also want to mention the amazing views of the ocean and mountains along with the beautiful sunsets! Am still wishing we were there and not back home!

View from balcony is stunning! Beautiful large rooms and well equipped. Location is superb. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops, Potrero and Flamingo beach. Very responsive host. A good walk up the hill to get back to the unit. Loved the unit and the whole area. Highly recommend! Andrea

Awesome place. Very spacious rooms, super clean, quiet and private. Me and my family had a great vacations there. Highly recommended for a family of 5 or 6 members. We will return for sure!

Special Places was WONDERFUL. They contacted us at check-in with clear, concise instructions. In a place that doesn't really have street names and directions are similar to "turn left at the mermaid statue", Special Places found a way to give us directions to where we needed to be in order to check-in easily. The condo is located in Pacifico, which is a fabulous resort with every amenity you could hope for. The pools (and there are many!) were relaxing, clean and easily accessible. Walking to a myriad of restaurants and even a (VERY Americanized) grocery store is a snap. The beach is beautiful for both those that love to play in it and those that love to look at it. :D The hosts were very attentive and checked in on a regular basis to ensure all our needs were met. I highly recommend this vacation rental! - Marty

We really enjoyed our short stay here! The view was amazing and we had everything we needed, with clear instructions from the host and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The kids LOVED the pools and the friendly staff. We had a great time watching birds on the balcony, spending time on the beach and eating at restaurants close by. The grocery store on site was very handy. Overall, a great experience and we wished we could have stayed longer!

Very nice apartment. On second floor. So up flight of stairs. Well equipped kitchen. Two nice bedrooms. One en-suite. Balcony had great aspect. Always sunny. Good a/c. We overlooked the three main fantastic swimming pools. But are high enough and set back for privacy. Much better than the ground floor places. Good washing machine. Netflix/Youtube on smart tv. Security tight getting in and out. But easy enough.

Beautiful home in a great location. Photos don’t do the place justice! Highly recommended staying here if you are in Coco beach
