Playas del Coco : locations de vacances dans des maisons de ville

Très beau logement. N’hésitez pas à réserver. Super bien situé. À distance de marche des commerces dont l’épicerie, restos et plage. La piscine est très pratique avec les enfants; elle est située à l’ombre en pm. L’appartement était propre et ressemblait aux photos. Les hôtes répondent rapidement à vos questions. Je recommande ce logement à tous! Un petit coin de paradis.

We spent a wonderful 12 days at Luca’s place. The garden and pool area was even more beautiful than we expected and we were thrilled with our little side courtyard and hammock. The house was nice inside and adequate for our needs. The walk to the beach is easy for fit adults and older kids, but a little challenging for younger children. Consider renting a golf cart if you don’t have a car. We appreciated how we were close to groceries stores, coffee shops and restaurants and yet slightly removed from the nightlife noise. We would absolutely stay again if we get a chance to come back!

We have an incredible stay at Villa Tranquila. The pool and patio area are private, spacious and offer a stunning view of Playa Hermosa. The house was very clean with spotless tile flooring throughout, large en-suite bathrooms, very well stocked kitchen and supplies. Deborah was quick to respond to things that came up - the safe was repaired quickly and an empty propane tank was replaced within minutes of reporting it. Deborah gave us ideas on activities and restaurants and Fernando the property manager is friendly and cheerful. I agree with others that a 4 wheel drive vehicle is needed for steep streets. We will recommend this property to others and will stay here again if we ever return to Costa Rica.

Me and my family loved every minute. Great pool. 2 minutes walking to the beach. Definitely we are coming back.

The unit is close to everything. Grocery store is just a short walk, the beach a short walk and lots of restaurants to pick from. Every evening we had margaritas on the beach watching the beautiful sunset. Tamarindo is one of our favorite places in the world and this was a good place to stay with a pool, beach towels, washer and dryer, good kitchen and comfortable living area. Note to anyone renting this unit, if you don't do stairs realize there are three stories of tiled steps to the top master bedroom, which we didn't mind even though we are seniors as it's good exercise. It's a great bedroom with AC and a balcony and bathroom. We were very comfortable there. The rental agency is super helpful and quickly responsive. We had our transport from the airport set up with them and when our shuttle was late, we just called Kattia and she took care of it promptly. Even an email on Sunday morning was answered within minutes. Ellen is a person you can trust. The location is fantastic.

Tina’s place was exactly as described. The units are really charming and we felt like we were in a little community into itself. The wifi was super fast and my husband, a video producer, was able to edit some work and upload videos quickly so we could get back to vacationing. There is a grocery store within walking distance and the beach is about a 12-minute walk away.

This is a perfect location was ideal for our family it close to everything we needed yet far enough to enjoy the serenity. The view from balcony is gorgeous and pool was quite refreshing. Aaron was very responsive and also very helpful in recommending places that were reliable for us to do excertions. Enjoyed our time here an will certainly come back.

Gustavo, our concierge, was incredibly proactive and responsive to make sure we had a great stay. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants easily from this location. It is on a hill but we enjoyed the exercise. The kitchen had all the basics so we were able to cook our own breakfast. Our time in Tamarindo was awesome. Pura vida!

The condo at Villa Jazmin was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable, clean, well stocked and convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked, the pool and grounds were well maintained and the bbq was handy and appreciated. The local contact was accessible and responsive as was the owner, Diana. We felt right at home here! We appreciated the local suggestions in the information especially the suggestion of the company to contact for rides. That worked very well for us. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was beautiful, just like the photos. Our host Fabrizio was outstanding! He was so extremely helpful throughout our whole stay. The house is close to the main street so, we didn't have to go far to the grocery store or restaurants. We opted not to rent a car and use Uber. That was wonderful, the only issue was some drivers weren't extremely familiar with the address but when we learned to tell tell them, when you go up the hill make the first left, it was much easier. Overall, wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you!

Loved the place and people within the condo complex were really nice. Great for families - pool is really warm and clean and it’s a short walk to Coco Beach. Convenient location and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Close walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

By far one of the best AirBnBs I have stayed in, from communication to expectations. The amount of detail that Joel and his team put into making sure we are taken cared of is exactly what our group was looking for. From sharing all the details and recommendations at the time at check in, answering all questions and if we need anything in terms of transportation, specific excursions or general questions prior to our trip was also super helpful and something we appreciated a lot. Also, never had an AirBnB notice a toaster be broken and the next day already had one ordered to replace, goes to show Joan, the maid who cooked for us is very attentive. Thank you so much for everything Joel, Pura Vida.

Our stay was great from start to finish! It was a super easy check-in process and easy to find the place. Both Erika and her property manager were extremely responsive, and constantly communicated with us for any potential issues. This made things very easy. Erika also gave a huge list of recommendations for restaurants, bars, activities in the area, which was very helpful! The apartment was also in a great location, walkable from great food spots, the beach, etc. The apartment itself is also extremely comfortable and spacious, given that it is two floors. We had such a lovely stay here!!

The only thing better than the place was the host. Scott was born to host on Airbnb. From the time we arrived to moment we left, he was always just a msg away and took incredible care of us. The place has everything you need to enjoy a week, a month or a year in Coco. We’re talking cheese grater, rice cooker, cooler to take on your travels…literally everything. The condo is ideally located a couple minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown, and a mere 2 min walk from the ocean. The pool is always clean and 20ft from the front door. I’ve stayed in 30+ Airbnbs and this one is for sure in my top 3. Six stars.

I highly recommend Jeremy's place, very cozy and well equipped. We had a problem on New Year's and he still helped us and solved it on that date. Don't hesitate on booking this place!

One of the nicer places in this price range I’ve stayed in. Host was very helpful and communicative with any questions! Felt right at home and the building was very private and just far enough from the town core but still within a very good walking distance. Would highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy's. Her place is the best place to stay in Ocotal. Very close to beach. Several days, we found ourselves alone on the beach. Her place is just a few steps from pool yet private with all the beautiful gardens. It is also is very close to Father Roosters to grab something to eat or drink. Access to the two clubs was also nice. Ocotal is a quiet place to stay but offers easy access to everything in Coco. We got around by golf cart. We stayed an entire month. At the end of the first two weeks cleaning lady came. She cleaned everything including rooms we hadn't gone into. She left the place spotless. The place had everything you need for an extended stay. Beds where very comfortable. Amy was very responsive to our question, always got back to us quickly. If headed that way again, we will most definitely stay there again. Amy is a great person with a wonderful rental property. My wife and I highly recommend this place

Fue muy bien la estadía, la piscina está excelente, ideal para almuerzos en el rancho que hay, supermercado bastante cerca el espacio de Parqueo si vas con 2 vehículos tienes que estacionar uno detrás del otro pero nada complicado bastante espacio, es un lugar muy silencioso perfecto para descansar

We had the absolute perfect stay at Shannon's beautiful property in Playa Hermosa! The view from the primary bedroom on the second floor was sublime and the pictures of the listing do not do it justice! Pristine linens, clean, quiet, private, and a great kitchen to cook if you wanted to do so! Awesome plunge pool off the first floor balcony! We didn't cook much but explored some of the local restaurants - the ceviches at Marisco on the beach was amazing and the best I had in Costa Rica! Pura Vida Juice Bar for great healthy smoothies and Ginger for great cocktails and small appetizers plates! The property is located with an easy walk to the beautiful uncrowded, calm beach, perfect for swimming and cooling off. Shannon and Michael were the perfect hosts, always helpful, and available to answer any question!
