I felt like home! Everything was clean and the house looked spectacular. I got a childbed for my son and the house was ‘child friendly’ as well, thank you! The host was very kind, gentle and very communicative. She explained me where I could go to and how could I get around in Havana. The neighborhood is great. Very friendly people and very polite. The breakfast was delicious and very healthy. The beach, hotels, WiFi connections, restaurants and the GYM was near. I adored it! I’m definitely coming back to this house. If you are looking for a very peaceful retreat surrounded on three sides by lovely ocean views, you will love this very nice waterfront apartment. However, it is a real disconnect as no Internet (our american carrier does not work in Cuba and i have an Esim so could not buy local one) … so bring books and most anything else you might need as very little to buy on site. The bar restaurant, Club Rio Mar, opposite apartment on the little bay is a few minutes walk and a great place to relax with seafront views. Can watch fishermen all day as a main local activity! The very highly rated small fish restaurant next door, Julio’s, was not open the days we were there. Supposed to be very good.

My first time traveling solo! This house has the best air conditioning and and the host was very exceptional.:) The place is very cleaned with the exceptional salamander lol (it's Cuba) The kitchen is spectacular and has everything you need. The living room has great light with a massage chair!!! and tv. The bathroom has a washing machine for a long stay or short. Sometime the water smells from the pipes but it goes away. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable. I had the best stay here and I will stay agin my next time traveling to Cuba.

Sergio es un anfitrión excepcional, un trato exquisito y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier circunstancia. La limpieza excelente así como todas las comidas que nos preparo, tranquilidad absoluta, vistas espectaculares, la zona de baño siempre impecable (la limpian cada mañana) el ranchon sobre el mar es simplemente único. Es un lugar para disfrutar y sentirse como en casa. Muy recomendable

Roly is a helpful person who loves to see you in the best condition. If you find any problem, you will find him helping you solve it. The place is good and clean and looks like the pictures. I highly recommend it.
