Great location, restaurants near by walking distance. awesome house, very cozy yet large

Carlos's place was better and larger than expected in the pictures and description. His co-host was there to greet us along with the house keeper. They took us on a tour and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They even had an ice machine and a full water cooler in the airbnb which was so helpful during our stay and saved us from buying bottles of water. The place is beautifully decorated with plants and really well cleaned and maintained. The wifi worked really well and they even provided us with a Cuban cell phone/sim card so that we can have internet while we are out, which was extremely helpful. I cannot recommend Carlos's place enough if you are staying in Cuba.

très bon accueil. Logement agréable, bien équipé intérieur et extérieur (canapé, chaises longues face à la mer). Superbe vue sur la mer. Place de parking fermé. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel présent uniquement quand on en a besoin. Je recommande ce logement.

Los dueños de la casa , Maby y su esposo Manuel fueron los mejores anfitriones que pudimos tener . Siempre atentos y dispuestos a atender a nuestras demandas nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa, o mejor aún . La casa respondió con creces a lo que de ella esperábamos por la información de que disponíamos en esta aplicación . Sin duda si volvemos a La Habana será nuestra primera opción. 100% recomendable.

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

Yudeisi es muy amable, siempre están al pendiente de ti, te apoyan y dan sugerencias, los primeros 2 días no hubo agua pero no fue por ellos, si no por temas del gobierno, todo excelente!

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise nach Vinales. Das Haus hat die perfekte Lage zum Busbahnhof, sodass wir problemlos weitereisen konnten. Amelie und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Menschen und die Wohnung ist eine wunderschöne Altbauwohnung mit voller Privatsphäre.

Where home-away-from-home meets art. The interior design of this home with the wide open floor plans create space to absorb the beauty of Cuba. The primary bedroom is spacious and the bed itself was super comfortable to sleep on. Our favorite memories were cooking dinner together in the open and spacious kitchen. The rooftop was a favorite hang out spot for us. We are grateful for Leandis’s hospitality and sharing their vision and space with us.

Maravilloso local ,una organización en todo al detalle , la vista muy Habanera en general me encantó el servicio. Les cuento de Raquel una señora muy preocupada por todo , y nos preparó unos desayunos de primera . 🥇 bueno yo me e quedado muy satisfecha al igual que mi esposo. Hermoso lugar, lo que ves en la foto será exactamente lo que vas a encontrar. Desde que reservé el apartamento me sentí cómodo, los anfitriones nos recomendaron varias actividades con las que terminamos encantados. Todas las personas que estuvieron con nosotros estos cinco días fueron muy amables, tenían mucho conocimiento, y estaban muy pendientes a nuestras necesidades durante el viaje, en fin, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Empezando por Carlos, muy pendiente a nosotros, siempre respondiendo mis mensajes al momento, e incluso en múltiples ocasiones llegó a asistirnos al apartamento cuando lo necesitábamos. También estamos agradecidos con Mary, por el desayuno que nos hizo, fue muy amable con nosotros esa mañana. Sara, que nos dió un tour por La Havana increíble, fueron 4 horas donde no nos cansamos de escucharla. Y por último y sin quitar mérito a los demás, nuestro gran chofer David Fernández, le cogimos un cariño inmenso, nos hizo sentir muy seguros. Les agradecemos a todos!🫶?

Marcia es una persona encantadora. En todo momento se preocupaba por nuestro bienestar y nos ayudó en cosas que necesitábamos. El apartamento está incluso mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, no le falta de nada. Si vuelvo, será mi opción sin dudarlo. La recomiendo al 100%

The host Ramon was very attentive and responsive as well his assistant Alex was flexible with our check in hours and was always there to help out. Overall great place and location with good beds and living room and well set up bathrooms with hot water. The view is amazing but only limited due to on going building construction as the scalfolde obstructs 75% as well the front of the building is very old but highly secured to park our car on the street. Look forward to staying there again next time I visit.

The host was very friendly and helpful and the place has a wide sea view with great sun set view over the havana port. Fridge had water available and chilled when we arrived which was really needed the time Thank you so much Linda for having us. See you in Malta ;)

Staying at this Havana penthouse was unforgettable. The property is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and a panoramic overlook of the city from an iconic 1950s building. It felt like stepping back in time, with mid-20th-century decor beautifully preserved while offering all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The space was not only charming but also incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was impressive, creating a unique and timeless atmosphere. The breeze in the large balcony is amazing. The host, Enrique, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. He kept the space pristine, checked in regularly, and was incredibly accommodating. When my flight was delayed, he generously extended my stay at no extra cost. Internet access, often challenging in Cuba, was reliable 24/7. During our two-week stay, everything was perfect. On New Year’s Eve, Enrique even brought us food and treats, making it even more special. The best Airbnb I’ve stayed in!

Shhhhhhhh....!!!!! I'm in Cuba. Let me begin this review by saying I have stayed in another apartment in this same building earlier this year, yet jumped at the chance to rent out Ms. Marta's space for my friends who were visiting for the first time.... I have found my treasure in Vedado. The accommodation rival any 4-star hotel anywhere, clean beyond thought, spacious to no end and tuck in a neighborhood that has everything you need. My Host Senora Marta contacted me before I left and gave me such a reassurance, I couldn't help be find things perfect. Host was there at every turn to make sure this was the best visit... so if you are in town, book this spot for ultimate enjoyment, comfort and memories.... A million thanks aren't enough yet I will try.

Fomos muito bem recebidos por nossa anfitriã que nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. A habitação estava limpa e tinha bons utensílios de cozinha, além de secador de cabelo e lavadora de roupas. Recomendo muito esse lugar.

This location is clise enough to anything you wiah to experience. yet it's just one the outskirts where you have a peaceful and safe place to retreat to. The staff and apartments are better than described. This is my 4th trip, and I can say it's a shame I didn't find this place sooner. Like (I'm not sure how to spell it) was gracious, warm, welcoming, helpful, patient, and and absolute joy to interact with. She even took the time to make sure we were not in. need of anything proort to her leaving for the evening. I would 100% recommend you consider this place when looking at places to stay in Havana. the price can't be beat.

Una renta muy buena, una de las mejores q he visitado. Realmente me encantó, y la recomiendo totalmente, muy linda, espaciosa, limpio todo y en perfectas condiciones. Nanci era muy amable y atenta a lo q necesitáramos. La verdad vale totalmente la pena pasar tu estancia en este lugar.

I always love coming here! I’ve stayed multiple times, and each visit has been just as great as the last. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and has everything I need—just like I would have back home in America. The neighborhood is fantastic, with everything conveniently nearby. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
