La Havane : locations de vacances en résidence de tourisme

I have stayed at Marhabana Apartment a number of times in the past. The hosts, Libia and Yuri, are very welcoming and attentive. The breakfasts Libia prepares are delicious. The location is very near excellent restaurants and is within walking distance to the 4 main plazas in Habana Vieja. The rooms are spacious and the living room is ideal for the group to gather. I will definitely stay there during future trips to Havana.

Tamara’s place is a hidden gem! She is the absolute best host and went above and beyond to help us when we dealt with some major flight delays and airline issues. Her kindness and flexibility saved our entire trip. Tamara had the best recommendations and was always quick to respond if we needed something throughout our stay. She arranged a taxi from and to the airport for us and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and simple. The apartment is very centrally located within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Havana. It’s clean, spacious, comfortable and safe. We are SO happy we stayed at Tamara’s and can’t recommend it enough.

This is my second time staying here, and I always choose this place whenever I visit Havana. The apartment is in excellent condition—clean, tidy, and fully equipped with everything you need. The hosts are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about running this Airbnb. They go above and beyond to provide assistance. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Havana!

I spent two days here with Berni, he is really helpful. And the accommodation is good, clean, well equipped with everything you needed.

Great communication and service. Angel picked me up at the airport and shared important information to move around the area. The kitchen is well equipped and he offered coffee, honey, and condiments and the fridge has different kind of beverages. The apartment is located nearby restaurants and touristic areas. I highly recommend Angel’s place.

My family and I loved staying at Alessandro’s place. The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away, making it super convenient to explore the area. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the pictures—beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were outstanding—super attentive, helpful, and incredibly responsive to any questions or requests. I would highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be back!

Yanet the attendant went out of her way to make sure that the group were feeling comfortable, she was very friendly, courteous and efficient. We had a great time. Solinos is highly recommended. Will do it again next year. Thank you for all you did for the entire group!

The airbnb host was very quick to respond and extremely helpful with all our questions and needs. The view is incredible and the air conditioning works really well. They have someone at the front desk 24/7 so it is extremely safe and well taken care of. They came and cleaned up the place and even washed some of my clothes for me. They went above and beyond with helping us and gave us a few good tips as well. Thank you very much for providing a comfortable and safe stay.

Fernando nos recibió súper bien! Desde las 10 am nos permitió hacer el check in, lo cual fue muy bueno pues llegamos temprano. Nos dio buenos tips y nos dejó con todas las referencias posibles. Afortunadamente no necesitamos más así que ya no volvimos a hablar hasta que nos fuimos 3 días después, donde fue igual de amable. El lugar está en muy buena zona (Vedado) desde la cual se llega fácilmente caminando a muchas atracciones. Igual está a dos calles de la calle 23 donde se toma transporte para ir hacia la zona de Nuevo Vedado u otras. Para ir a la Habana vieja sí se necesita taxi (o al menos nosotros tomamos taxi). Todo muy limpio y bien ordenado Si volviera a ir lo tendría como una primera opción :)

Orlando y Víctor fueron muy serviciales, amables, estuvieron pendientes de toda nuestra estancia, nos recomendaron lugares y nos dieron muchos concejos de la habana, el lugar es muy acogedor y lindo se siente bien como en casa, muy buenas vibras, la vista desde el balcón es muy hermosa, puedes ver grandes atardeceres. La verdad estarán en buenas manos

We could not be more pleased with Carlos' home. Cuba is a complicated country so we know that some adversity is to be expected. Carlos can't prevent the rolling blackouts, wi-fi going out or our tour bus catching fire ... these are just Cuba things that sometimes happen. The home was wonderful, great location, and clean and a friendly staff. A great restaurant around the corner too. If we had one complaint it is only that getting a cab can be a bit hard but it's easy enough to walk the block to the busier road. Overall, excellent stay in Cuba. Can't wait to repeat the experience next year.

¡Todo es perfecto! Lucilen es muy educado, acogedor y agradable. Reservé un apartamento un par de horas antes de llegar y ¡era Año Nuevo! Lucilen nos ha preparado una cena de gala gratis! Estoy muy contento El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesita, camas muy cómodas, siempre hay agua fría y caliente. El apartamento está ubicado en la Habana Vieja, a 3-5 minutos a pie de todas las atracciones. Definitivamente recomiendo alojarse aquí para una niña o una pareja. Everything is great! The apartment has everything you need, very comfortable beds, there is always hot and cold water. The apartment is located in Old Havana, 3-5 minutes walk to all attractions. Я забронировала квартиру за пару часов до того, как приехать и это был Новый год! Люсилен приготовила праздничный ужин для нас бесплатно! Я очень довольна. В квартире есть все необходимое, очень удобные кровати, постоянно есть горячая и холодная вода. Квартира находится в Старой Гаване, 3-5 минут ходьбы до всех достопримечательностей. Однозначно рекомендую остановиться здесь одной девушке или паре.

El depa es excelente, todo te queda super cerca, la recamara muy cómoda el minisplit perfecto...el agua caliente y presión en regadera excelente, la cocina superpractica, agradecemos a los anfitriones Yasmani y Sheila por estar pendientes desde antes de la llegada y en todo momento asistirnos con peticiones especiales, renten sin duda es una excelente opción para disfrutar de la Habana. El mejor plus es que cuentan con un wiffi móvil por lo que tuvimos Internet todo el tiempo y lo llevamos con nosotros a todas las vueltas. Sin duda volveremos.
