Fantastisk lejlighed. Elskede min morgenkaffe på balkonen med udsigt over havet. Det samme med solnedgangen. Lejligheden har alt det vi som familie manglede. Superhurtigt wifi, hvilket vores børn elsker. Vi ankom 30 minutter senere end vi havde aftalt, fordi der var problemer med at få vores lejebil. Selv om vi ankom 23:30 blev vi modtaget hjerteligt. Vores værter var fantastiske. Vi har kun godt at sige. Vores bedste anbefalinger til kommende gæster.

Good location, close to beach and shops. Apartment was initially difficult to locate. Self check in simple, would recommend.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris car le logement et la terrasse sont plus grands que ce qu’on pourrait imaginer en regardant les photos. La communication a été très facile et rapide. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gerti's apartment! From the moment we arrived, Gerti was incredibly helpful and hospitable, making us feel right at home. He was always available for any questions we had, and his quick communication made the entire process seamless. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The kitchen was a dream! It had all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing us to prepare meals easily and comfortably. The location of the apartment is simply amazing. We were close to various attractions and local amenities, making it easy to explore the area. After a day of adventures, we loved returning to the apartment, where the beds and mattresses provided exceptional comfort. We had some of the best nights' sleep we've had in ages! The apartment was excellent, and the host was very responsive to all our questions. Everything met our expectations and was great for us. The only issue we encountered was that the room was on the 9th floor, and the elevator wasn’t always working. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Steisi is very easy and kind to work with. His communications are quick and helpful. During our stay, he arranged airport pick-up, and drop-off, as well as any other taxi service needed. The apartment is located right on the beach in Durrës. This place is not in downtown Durrës, but rather along the strand south of the harbor marina. The neighborhood is quaint, and people are very friendly. There are grocery stores, meat butcher, and restaurants all around, and convenient. The apartment has a spectacular view of the ocean, and each night shows a different, gorgeous sunset. There is a smart TV, stove, and oven, with a sizable refrigerator and freezer. The air-conditioner works perfectly, and the water heaters provide well. The living room, as well as main bedroom offer walk out balconies. This was a fun, relaxing place to spend holiday, and we would definitely stay again.

Isha javën e kaluar dhe vila ishte më mirë se pritshmëritë e mia. E këshilloj nëse doni të mblidheni larg zhurmës e të shijoni natyrën. Dispononte të gjitha pajisjet e duhura për të kaluar edhe më shumë se një fundjavë. Faleminderit për gatishmërinë dhe për dhuratën e mirëseardhjes.

Ottimo alloggio, situato in una zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dalle spiagge. Nei dintorni si trovano i servizi di base, piccoli supermarket inclusi. La casa è esteticamente ben arredata, con letti comodi e zanzariere alle finestre (particolarmente apprezzate, considerato che la zona è abbastanza infestata dalle zanzare). Il luogo inoltre dista pochi chilometri in auto da Durazzo. Con Ina ed Elio la comunicazione è stata ottima. Mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni necessarie e si sono mostrati sempre disponibili per ogni evenienza. Lo consiglio!

It was a pleasure to stay at Rovenas place for a long weekend with my family. We all leave abroad with our parents living in Albania so for us time together as a complete family is precious and staying at Rovenas place made it feel like home. She was also very clear with instructions, very responsive, proactive and always happy to help. She suggested a great local restaurant. The place is as shown on photos with the spacious terrace being the highlight and feels peaceful especially at this time of the year. Loads of coffee places, restaurants etc nearby with the beach being less than 5 min walk. We are particularly grateful to Rovena for extending the check out time and accommodating our proposed time. We left with great memories and hope to be back soon one day. Thank you Rovena.

Erg fijne en warm welkom door de host. De buitenplaats is heerlijk privé en ruim. Aan alles gedacht, bijvoorbeeld airco aangezet, koffie en anti mug! Het huisjes is 15 meter van het strand. 2de douche buiten is fijn voor als je van het strand af komt.

Heerlijk ruim huisje in alle rust. Een paar minuten lopen naar het strand en ook op loopafstand een heerlijk restaurant aan zee. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf en raden het ook echt aan!

Elio is heel erg gastvrij en prettig in de communicatie. Het huis is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben er een supertijd gehad!

It was a smooth,super friendly and easy going operation with this host. The apartment itself is really neat, convenient and comfortable. The pictures you see is the real view you'll get. It made us feel welcome and it offerd peace and quiet we were looking for. The generosity and hospitality of the host is a 7 star service. You'll get more than you need. Highly recommended!

Posizione ottima per il mare, 2 min dalla spiaggia e dai negozi. Appartamento di recente costruzione, dotato del necessario e dell’ aria condizionata. Situato in un residence tranquillo è una palazzina di sole 3 unità. Parcheggio dentro al residence garantito. L’host gentile e reattivo. Tutto era come nella descrizione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Consiglio vivamente a tutti.! Se passiamo da quelle parti torniamo volentieri a soggiornare nell’appartamento di Emarilda. Grazie e alla prossima!

L'appartement était très grand et la vue magnifique ! Le quartier est grand avec pleins de commerces et restaurants et bien sûr la plage ! L'hôte est très réactive et à l'écoute et nous a même proposé un taxi pour faire le trajet à l'aéroport Nous recommandons !

Lokalizacja 10/10, wszędzie blisko. Na plażę nie więcej niż 1 minuta, naprawdę nie pomyliłem się:) Kawiarnia, market, 3 restauracje, przystanek autobusowy - wszystko w promieniu 150 metrów. Apartament był bardzo dobrze wyposażony, wygodne łóżko. Taras z widokiem na morze. Podobało się nam bardzo. Chyba przyjedziemy tu za rok:)

The apartment is well located, with restaurants and markets nearby. It also had a great view of the beach. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and a double sink. The washer worked perfectly for our extended stay. We did have an issue with the WiFi, but Sardi had it up and functioning in no time. Sardi was also very accommodating, allowing us an early check in and a late check out, which helped with our travel itinerary. We recommend this Airbnb.

Very nice apartment. All clean and like new, very good coffee. Beach in front of the apartment is under reconstruction and you have to walk like 15min to nice beach. I recommend the place.
