Brand new building, great spot for easy access to north Austin. The growing pain of it being new construction, is that there is construction noise constantly. Even on Saturday morning unfortunately. But space is very comfortable and clean. Everything you might need in kitchen. Would recommend

Excellent place in the heart of the Domain. Apartment is clean, well-stocked and stylish. William was friendly and responsive.

First time in Austin but I loved this location. It is close to downtown (Ubers were under $10 anywhere around downtown). It is also right off the Riverwalk making it walkable to downtown (if walking a mile or two is fine). The area is very quiet for being so close to downtown. The spot was very clean and good size. It is your typical nicer apartment and the balcony is a plus too. Ida was a great host, very responsive. A few cool places within a block, Buzz Mill is a great coffee shop to hang at. Rosita’s Al Pastor across the street is amazing.

Great location, comfortable studio, excellent host. Would be happy to stay here again.

Cory’s place looks just like the photos, I meal prep and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook my meals the place felt like home. If I have to work again in Austin I’ll be sure to look at his places 1st.

The place was great and comfortable! Felt right at home. It’s a tinnnnny but hard to find the first time but once you find the right gate/door it’s a breeze. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved this place so much that this is the second time we've stayed here. The apartment is spacious and has a great view. It's also walking distance to Rainey St. and so many restaurants. There's a small market right around the corner. Did I mention the view?

We had an amazing stay at Flor’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to our office, restaurants, bars, shopping and to be right in the Domain is an absolute plus. Flor was an incredible host, super responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. The little touches like welcome snacks, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, coffee pods, Keurig made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Austin!

We had the most wonderful stay! Nils and his team were super responsive and helpful. Very accommodating on checking in and out. The apartment was perfect for our five day stay and the building is great (rooftop pool is amazing!). The apartment was spacious, thoughtfully designed and felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay here any time we are in Austin again.

I hate writing this review, because others will want to stay at Alex's place and I'd prefer to save it for myself. The location, views, and amenities are all fantastic. The check-in staff were friendly and accommodating. Alex was very responsive. You cannot go wrong on this one.

Would highly recommend. Location was the best, you are two blocks from Rainey Street, so about 3 minutes walk. We went all over Austin, and the Lyft rides were no more then about $12 + $15 per trip. This place has the best of both worlds, you get to have a condo, but the lobby is like a hotel. 24 hours check in/check out, a coffee shop in the lobby, which is also a bar. Not an out of control bar, but a grab a glass of wine or tap beer kind of bar. The pool was perfect, never overcrowded, always had chairs or loungers open and fire pit going if it was slightly shady. Amenities were exactly as described, unit was clean, and the bedding/beds were the comfiest I have ever been on. Literally took pictures of all the tags so I could purchase for home. When we go back to Austin, we will be staying here again.

The place was a great deal. Nice view and great and efficient space all together. The building is nice. Has many amenities and quiet for the most part. The sheets need to be replaced. You could tell they are old. Otherwise the stay was perfect and they were very accommodating. My stay was stress free, which I needed because I was there to take the bar exam. Overall We would stay again!!

Had an amazing stay in such a beautiful condo near Rainey street Austin. The view from the condo was so incredible to wake up to and I enjoyed how easy it was to walk around and get food and drinks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this condo whenever you come to Austin!

If you’re looking for a 3 bedroom, with every amenity you can think of, centrally located near all of Austin’s hot spots, this is the place. Not to mention the hosts were incredibly helpful, caring, and gracious. Can’t recommend enough!

Sue was very responsive and was quick to help when initial plans fell through. The house was cleaned and smelled so good. I would highly recommend Sue to anyone traveling in Austin.

This house was the perfect venue for our party of 9! The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with coffee, kitchenware, towels, and games/books. Walking distance to restaurants and about 12 min away from airport. Host was very responsive and checkin/checkout was easy!

What a fantastic stay! Top to bottom would 100% recommend to stay at Zoel’s listing. In fact, I would say the photos do not do this beautiful home justice. Entire place was fully stocked with everything needed for our stay. Comfortable beds and couch. Clean kitchen and bathrooms. Zoel was nice enough to let me use his garage for one of our cars. The whole process was seamless and needless to say we were impressed. The open floorplan in the kitchen/living room/dining room helped to create a welcoming environment to enjoy time with family. Backyard is gorgeous and would be a great place to host a small get together. Not to mention this is a pet lover’s dream location. Huge backyard, room to play, and Zoel was very accommodating of our pets. Shout out for this great property and wonderful host who was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will be back!!

We were a group of five ladies on a "Girls Trip". Everyone in the group loved the house. It was furnished beautifully and had all the amenities any group would want and enjoy. Our hosts' communication was quick and helpful. The home location is close enough to the airport and downtown for ease and the area surrounding it had all the amenities one would need. We all said that if we returned to Austin together or with our own family's we would want to stay at this place once again. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

This was a perfect place for our two week getaway to Austin. The Midcentury Modern home is fabulous renovated and it's very apparent that the hosts have put a lot of care and thought in decorating it in a very comfortable and inviting way. Everything we needed was easy to find as it was well-organized and well-stocked. There were great nearby ethic foods. We liked the Rice Bowl for Chinese and Santorini Cafe for Greek. Also, all the restaurants and entertainment at the Domain was a short 10 minute drive away. Overall, we highly recommend. Thank you!
