This home is in a beautiful location. It is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck that overlooks the river, walking to delicious restaurants, and visiting family and friends in nearby towns. Thank you, Bill!

We were very comfortable. The furniture and beds were some of the most comfortable we've stayed at. Pet friendly.

Jen’s place was perfect for our family. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. Local trails for biking, hiking or running are close. We enjoyed this peaceful place a lot!

This was our favorite property we've ever had as an airbnb guest. The property's pictures maybe didn't even do it justice; when we were looking for a property with open space and good for our two doggos, it looked like the property was pretty flat, but open. It isn't really flat the 40 acres had hills and fun natural barriers out from the patio. The views were INCREDIBLE no matter where you were sitting. The property was extremely clean. Fun welcome basket for Easter and consistent friendly communication. You could hear a pin drop, it was so quiet. We just marveled at how "alone" we felt. Also, we were pleasantly surprised that the property is gated and fenced; it felt secluded and safe. We also saw a couple deer on the property one morning. Lastly, there's lots to do near this property. Mesa Verde is about 25 min away, and Dolores and Cortez had fun restaurants and we did a great hike north of Dolores (Boggy Draw). If you want a quiet vacay, you need to consider the property!

Bill is an awesome host and his Airbnb is amazing. Great views, great location, felt like home as we walked in. Beds were comfy with great linen and he was just a text away. We would definitely stay here again.Thank you for the great experience. The holiday decorations were a nice touch and our stay was wonderful.

Dawn’s place is a funky older house right off of Main Street Cortez. It was a short walk to many restaurants and the grocery store as well. And Cortez itself is in such a beautiful area.

We had a wonderful time at Jon and Julia’s place! They are some of the kindest people we’ve met on the road. Their place is meticulously clean and decorated beautifully. We spent a lot of time sitting by the wood burning fireplace and taking in the view from the living room (thank you for all the firewood!). The surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. I recommend going into the little town of Dolores for coffee and there’s also a great hike (McPhee Overlook) on the west end of town. We look forward to coming back again!

Just gorgeous! We looked for a last minute airbnb after our first reservation didn't work out. We got the 2 bedroom suite #11. It is roomy, with a kitchen and all new, very nicely appointed touches. They provided water since the water there isn't potable. They provided nice local coffee beans with fresh tidy kitchen accessories. The town of Cortez is not too far and we found some good Mexican food and Farm to Table. The lodge on this property is wonderful! The style is very peaceful and quiet. The vibe is very Zen like. We met one of the hosts, Allison, who couldn't have been more helpful. She pointed out where ruins were right on the property. She talked with my husband a lot regarding the history of the ruins and artifacts. Besides that, it was full privacy. One of the nights we picked up dinner at the grocery store and cooked in. This way we got to watch the sunset from our own private porch.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat. I'd definitely love to come back! I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful getaway. The surroundings were incredibly serene-perfect for unwinding and escaping the hustle of daily life. The space itself was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and had everything I needed including being pet friendly. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always quick to respond and genuinely caring about making my stay as comfortable as possible. You can tell he put a lot of heart into creating a warm and welcoming environment. Thank you Stephen!

Jodi and Dennis were amazing hosts. The setting of the cabin couldn’t have been more breathtaking. Both Dennis and Jodi were very helpful with anything we needed. I would strongly recommend their cabin as a quiet getaway with amazing views to anyone!!

If you are even slightly thinking about booking this property, JUST DO IT! Steve was a very friendly and responsive host. Very rarely do I find that the Airbnb matches the photos. This view blew me away! It is exactly what the picture shows and even more breathtaking in person. This property has it all and is so unique! We will be back!!

Our purpose was not only to see the local attractions in Cortez, CO but to attend a graveside memorial for my parents at the Cortez Cemetery. Your home was exactly what we needed to re-connect with our extended family. 10/10 would recommend this stay. Everything was beautiful. It had everything we needed and was way bigger than we had originally thought. Perfect for semi-large families with pets. Kathy is an amazing host and very responsive. The views while it was snowing were impecable. If we ever come back, this stay would be my first choice!

Great place to stay near Mesa Verde. The place was very clean and everything was organized. The beds were comfortable and super cozy! The deck had a great view of the sunset in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

The place is good and the host she make sure we got what we need. If you have pet it is a perfect place for your dog cause it's a big backyard enough for your big dogs to run around. It is near to the groceries, gas station and convenience store. Just few mins away from national arch park and moab canyon, near to some restaurants. It is a perfect place to stay there is a lot of rooms. It feels like having a Vacation to grandma's house very cozy, and comfortable so far us. Thanks Linda.
