Plemmirio : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Magnifique cadre, logement et jardin très confortables, hôtes aux petits soins !

L'appartement de Sebastiano est très bien situé pour visiter les alentours et il se trouve juste en face de la magnifique plage d'Avola. Le logement est très propre et très pratique. De plus il y a quelques restaurants et bars à cinq minutes à pied en longeant le bord de mer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sebastiano qui est très accueillant et sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

This apartment probably has the best roof terrace on the Isola d'Ortigia, very private with an amazing view. A small and tidy kitchen and bedroom offer everything you need for a couple of days in Syracusa. Super location with sights and restaurants a stone's throw away. Don't bring too much luggage as the last flight of stairs, leading of the landlords landing is very narrow and a bit windy. Massimo was very friendly and welcoming.

Dario place was just as described. spacious with great rooftop terrace. We checked in one day late also but Dario was flexible with getting in later.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen! Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und konnten direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Um die nahegelegenen Städte zu sehen, sollte man ein Auto besitzen. Die Terrasse war sehr schön um morgens zu frühstücken. Die Katzen sind sehr lieb und nicht aufdringlich. Gabriella ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Laura è stata un host gentilissima si è fatta trovare presso l’abitazione a seguito della nostra telefonata per l’arrivo. L’appartamento è bello, nuovo, pulitissimo, comodo, fresco, arredato con gusto, con due camere da letto e un parcheggio privato. Il mare a 700 metri è raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge più belle(Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo meglio traversa III) a 15 minuti d’auto, ottimo punto per visitare NOTO, AVOLA, MODICA…Il nostro Diesel(🐕) è stato accolto con piacere. È stata una esperienza davvero davvero positiva, grazie Laura.

We absolutely loved our stay at Federica's home ❣️ It is actually small house you have to yourself, with amazing terrace, lovely and big bedroom with balcony and sooo comfortable bed with lots of pillows, sufficient kichen where is possible to cook almost everything as there is a stove and small oven as well, big fridge and freezer 👍 and dining room with big table and couch to crash on while watching TV 😉 Location is absolutely perfect, few mins walk to the beach, bus stop around a corner with perfect connection to Catania, Noto, Syracuse and more, exquisite butcher on the corner is a must as well as tiny bakery and fishmonger around a corner ☝️ There is a pizza place next door with excellent pizza and very nice seating setting right outside your door, open late, so if you are light sleeper as me, bring your earplugs and you will be fine 😉 Last, but not least, Federica is such a darling, very friendly, helpful and kind host and beautiful person ❤️ Absolutely recommended ❤️

Ein kleines Schmuckstück mitten in Ortigia. Sehr liebevoll und artsy eingerichtet. Das grüne Schlafzimmer mit dem Balkon hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die schöne Terasse mitten in den Dächern von Ortigia haben wir sehr genossen und haben sooft wie möglich da gegessen und die Athmosphäre genossen. Einen Katzensprung entfernt ist der Markt wo wir uns schon morgens mit frischen Früchten/Gemüse eindecken konnten. Alles ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen und es macht Spass sich in den vielen verwinkelten Gässchen zu verlaufen. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier als Familie! Danke Ginevra und Alberto, (beide sehr sympathisch und freundlich!) Falls wir mal wieder in Siracusa sind kommen wir gerne wieder!

This is a convenient flat with loads of great restaurants etc nearby. We recommend a great local bar/restaurant Il Quarto steak house. Proper local bar, full all the time when most other restaurants empty, wide selection of great food, proper bar staff, etc. Parking was Ok. Easy walk to the archeological park which was fantastic. Only issue we faced was that the spiral staircase to the bedroom is hard to negotiate with a large suitcase and you have to do a steep up and down staircase to access the front door - it was not too much of a problem for us as we are fit but it might be hard for some people

Alles war genau wie beschrieben und hat genau für unsere zwei Nächte in Syrakus gepasst: tolle Lage, Ortiygia fussläufig entfernt, das kleine Haus auf zwei Etagen mit hübschen Innenhof und Balkon und alles in der Küche und Bad, was man braucht. Sehr leckerer Kaffe! Vielen Dank, Martina! Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Robin. The host with the most. His tips and pointers ranged from Syracuse to Noto and beyond. A wealth of information. Culture, culinary, you name it, Robin knows the ins and out The rental itself, with the terrace and garden fronting onto the sea....priceless. We got what we were coming for, a place well equipped , clean and private. Robin's place is our third on this trip and so far, the best.

Francesco made sure we felt at home right from the beginning. You can’t beat the location and the view from the apartment. Everything is walking distance from the apartment. Thank you very much!

We had an enjoyable stay at this apartment, which was perfect for my family of four, including teenagers. The location was both convenient and quiet, and we felt safe walking around the area, even at night. We truly appreciated Grozdana's help in familiarizing us with the apartment, the surrounding area, and her recommendations. The rooftop terrace, with its impressive sea views, was well worth the stairs. Highly recommended!

We had a great week in Roberta's place. The balcony is a lovely spot for breakfast in the sunshine (in March!), with a wonderful view of the small boats in the harbour. The flat is large, elegant and eclectic. All the facilities worked well (washing machine was particularly useful). There's lots do to and see within walking distance and we had a great time exploring Syracuse and Ortygia. Thank you!

The apt is very clean, surprisingly quiet and functional in all respects. We would rent again for sure but beware: the second bedtoom really isn’t a bedroom except in the most technical sense. It is a sofa bed with a divider to the real master. However, there is a second muchbetter sofabed in the living foom area which we used and it worked great so just depends on your sleeping arrangements. As others have noted, apt does not provide amenities like soap, shampoo but kitchen is stocked with basics.

What can I say, what an amazing find in Ortigia. On a beautiful historic street close to the cathedral and historic monument but also moments from the sea. The apartment is beautiful, with clean parquet wooden floors throughout and everything feels like it has been recently renovated. It has a great kitchen with a hob, large fridge and dishwasher. The bedroom is glorious, spacious with a really comfortable bed. And the bathroom has a lovely walk in shower. The living room has a really comfy sofa and a large flat screen tv. It’s really tastefully decorated. There’s a small, but perfectly formed terrace with comfy seating. The hosts kindly left us some snacks, water and coffee, which we appreciated. And most importantly, Salvatore was really helpful in finding parking for our car, just around the corner from the apartment, which was a massive help. Salvatore was very responsive to any questions we had. And we’d definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

Wij hebben met z’n tweeën de maand januari in dit authentieke pand gewoond en het was helemaal naar onze zin. Prachtige plek aan een pleintje, rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De badkamer is klein en basic, maar de woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn groot, en het bed is perfect. Het appartement is in de winter goed te verwarmen. De communicatie met Giuseppe en Aurora verliep uitstekend, ze waren heel behulpzaam en reageerden snel. Zeker een appartement om terug te komen!

Wir hatten zu zweit 5 tolle Tage in der Wohnung von Gianmario. Die Lage war perfekt, um die Altstadt von Noto genießen zu können. Die Terrasse haben wir für die Pause am Nachmittag genossen. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden und auch gut zu finden, wenn man sich einmal orientiert hat. Der Check-in & Check out durch Luisa war sehr nett, unproblematisch und unterhaltsam. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen!

We had a really good time! We were even able to find an arrangement so that a total of three adults could stay at the place. For others considering this, however, keep in mind that the appartment is rather small overall, so not ideal for staying longer term. The excellent location does compensate for this!

Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé, nous avons été accueillies chaleureusement. Merci pour tout c'était parfait.

Fantastic apartment at the centre of Ortigia. From the bedrooms to the kitchen and bathroom, everything was very clean, very comfortable, very convenient. Wonderful view from the terrace upstairs. We were in touch with Rosy (Leandro's mother) who most helpful and always reactive. We loved our stay there and would recommend it to anyone. Just keep in mind that there are rather steep stairs to access first the apartment's first floor, then its top floor and terrace (not suited for PMR).

Had an amazing stay at Claudio’s place. The location is close to everything and his place is the perfect spot to call home for a few days in Noto (the balconies are amazing!). Claudio was also a great host and responded right away to any questions we had and check-in was easy. There was also free parking on the street out front. Would stay again.

Maria Teresa was amazing. She had so much information about sites, restaurants, tips etc for us to do, all printed out. A very well appointed apartment with all the little extras. Easy to return to when you need a break. Maria Teresa is an extremely good host and lovely lady .
