Great location for all activities on Donner Pass. Easy check in and out, and very clean. Overall nice place and we enjoyed the weekend.

Great spot - perfect for my kids to walk to ski/snowboard lessons and play in the snow.

The lofts in Downieville are airy, clean, and well-outfitted. The bed is comfortable, and the queen fold-out in the living room worked well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Downieville is our favorite place to visit in California and Sonya's lofts offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Missi's place! It is a large house that has everything you may need and at the same time feels very cozy and homey. We got to celebrate New Years's here and the dining room and and the living room area were so perfect! and of course hot tub is a nice bonus!:)

Nice clean cabin fun place to stay

Alice’s place was a perfect fit for our family. It was spacious yet cozy, remote and peaceful, yet conveniently located, and had all the amenities and touches of home. We had the best time sledding at the local hill she recommended to us, skiing at sugarbowl a quick drive away, and cooking delicious meals in their open concept kitchen. Not to mention the hot tub! Highly recommend.

The Wild Fern House provided a beautiful and peaceful getaway for our family with everyone having space for themselves. The kitchen was well stocked, living space just as pictured, beds comfy and warm, bathrooms spotless, sparkling hot tub, and great visibility for stargazing. The house is also in a great location, close to amazing hiking trails, swimming spots (if you visit in summer/fall), archery club, markets, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and all the small details, like the welcome note, essential oil diffuser, having the hot tub hot and ready on arrival, etc. We hope to visit again soon, thank you!

We loved our stay here. It was a very sweet home with a well stocked kitchen, which was great since we cooked a lot while we were there. Super convenient to town and skiing. Already planning another trip back!

Just like the 100+ other reviews, Ben’s place was fantastic. You can feel the love he put into it from cozy decor down to cabinet/color choices and lighting. The kitchen was lovely and ready for ANY and all cooking. I’ve never known such quiet. Insanely peaceful and private, even though neighbors are somewhat close by. Adored the outdoor shower and Adirondack chairs. Complimentary coffee, creamer, all the washroom supplies you can imagine (including soap), and plenty of blanket choices. You also wouldn’t know you’re off grid, all the creature comforts are there including heating and A/C. Cyndra and Ben were super responsive and despite being in grizzly country, I never saw a bear. I did see Cyndra’s 2 GORGEOUS dogs, though. If you have reactive animals, I would simply be aware since these 2 roam free. Also! There are bugs. Depending on the season, maybe a lot of bugs. I encountered tenacious carpenter ants, grass spiders, and wasps but the screens kept most things out. Adored it!

We were in town for a golf tournament and this house was in a great location right on the course. The house was exactly as depicted in the photos and exceeded our expectations. The host was extremely responsive and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again next year.

Our family really enjoyed our four night stay and would happily return. The house had everything we needed, was in a great location, felt easy and right at home. Thanks Nectar!

This place is better than the picture! Nice designer furniture and just an overall great vibe. Samantha and Eric was super helpful and friendly, we will come back here for sure!

First of all, this is as close as you get the slopes. OK, technically you could stay in one of the places on top of the mountain. This was perfect for our weekend. And the one thing Eric doesn’t talk about enough detail is the amazing quality of that deep tub, which, after a full day skiing my legs were more than grateful for. We will be back.

This was the most adorable condo! From the aesthetics to the cleanliness of the entire place. It was so peaceful and cozy. My husband and I felt right at home. We enjoyed a day of golfing, which was only a few steps from condo. Highly recommend!

Great stay. It was nice to be within a short walk of downtown Truckee. Very clean, modern, well appointed apartment . Good quality towels, linens, TV, etc. Hosts were very responsive and we were able to extend our stay when snow storm rolled into town. Main living area on 1st floor was small but totally adequate for the 3 of us. Only small call-out is the noise at night. The train came through town much more often than I imagined - sound woke up my husband each night, but ear plugs helped. There was also a lot of activity and noise from the Cal Trans lot (across the street from front entrance), mostly early morning after the storm. That being said, we would definitely stay again.

We had a Magical time at Tor’s condo on Donner Lake. Super comfy condo with amazing views (seriously I barely watched any TV or scrolled), just watched the Lake and Mountains while we were there. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfy beds and lots of bathrooms. And SPACE. We were 4 adults and each had tons of room. Tor provided excellent instructions and communication and recommendations. You can’t beat the location. (Oh, and the yummiest ice cream is right across the road) Do yourself a favor and book this condo for your vacation!

The place is very cute, clean, and has lots of thoughtful amenities. Julianna was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I had a great time and appreciated the location as well.
