Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

This was our third stay at the Lil Sea Sass, and as always, it was a fantastic experience! Susan is a wonderful host—quick to respond, accommodating, and flexible. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully maintained. We also loved the newer updates, which made our stay even more comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

Really enjoyed our stay. Met Phyllis upon arriving and she was extremely friendly and welcoming. We all felt right at home. The place itself was great for our group of friends and being a minutes walk from the beach was ideal. Would absolutely stay here again

Dori’s cottage was so comfortable, homey and peaceful. My dogs and I loved being able to walk to the beach just minutes away. Dori was very friendly and responsive. There was a small issue with the hot water and Dori was very helpful and able to get a plumber out to have it fixed.

Steven and Laura have made the place really quaint and cozy. Everything at the house was neat and clean. This time we went for a quick getaway during winter. Would love to go back again to enjoy nicer weather.

Simple and clean get away for 1 person or a couple. I had a little dopamine detox all to myself and was able to read write and walk in almost complete privacy. The private beach has an amazing view at 6-7 AM for those who want to catch the sun come up. I went in the winter during a cozy little snow storm so I can only imagine how nice it is in the summer.

Staying at Wings Neck Lighthouse Keeper's Cottage was delightful! The cottage was charming. We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. The cottage was spotless and the supplies provided more than sufficient. The views were wonderful with sunrises and sunsets. The walk/climb up into the lighthouse was great! Not sure if it was this time of year (February) or just the weather, but the WIND was astronomical!! Be prepared for wind gusts like you have never felt before. It made our stay even more adventurous!! Christina is an excellent host providing easy communication. Wings Neck Lighthouse gets 5 stars from our family. We are hoping to return!

My husband and I stayed for a 3 day take a break and relax visit and Paul and Katie's place was just perfect. It is beyond wonderful in its description and so beautifully maintained. We are so grateful to have found this amazing haven. From soaking in sunshine through all the big windows, playing a board game next to the fire, relaxing in the peace and beauty of the home and walking along the paths down to the water, this amazing gem is already a place we have a place in our hearts for and will look forward to returning.

Me and my family spent the weekend at Poseidon’s Palace and it was a great time. Upon check-in, Alex was very communicative and was able to answer any questions I had. The house was very clean - fresh linens, towels, and wonderful kitchen fully equipped for the whole family. We were very comfortable. The house had lots of room for everyone, with lots to do for all ages. We traveled with 3 kids ages 10 months - 6 years old, and it was so nice to have comfortable rooms for everyone. Of course, the pool was the main attraction of the house. The sauna was definitely an added bonus. Not to mention the incredible beach view. Overall, it was a wonderful house perfect for a staycation with lots of great food options nearby. We loved it! The only thing I’d mention is that the pool area and pool temp were a little cold for some of us - it would have been nice for that area to be a little warmer. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful house with a great host - thanks Alex!

This property was awesome!! We so appreciated the gas grill and heater on the porch. Rob walked us through everything and was super friendly. The house was outstanding. Beautiful views. Plenty of rooms, plenty of beds, plenty of space! We loved using the porch and the swimming pool/hot tub!! We would absolutely return!! Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for families with children. So close to the beach with all the beach and home necessities you need while on vacation! Quaint town that was quiet but still has plenty of restaurants to visit. Overall, a great place!

We loved our stay at Tony’s! Beautiful and spacious home with exceptional water views and easy walk to gorgeous and private beach! Loved family dinners in the spacious and modern kitchen and the indoor pool was an absolute favorite for the kids on this cold blustery weekend! We were all sad to leave!

Patrick’s place was absolutely perfect! We made great use of the kitchen with no problem whatsoever. We really appreciated the nearby trail to get some fresh air and enjoyed being close to a grocery store for cooking meals. Highly recommend this place if you want a quiet laidback place to rest and refit!

This house is perfect in every way. From the jacuzzi right off of the bedroom (which makes it much more pleasurable to use when cold) to the view and the well equipped kitchen. Definitely a place to be enjoyed!

We had a wonderful stay at Colleen's place. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed the cozy living room, big dining table, and comfortable beds. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the sunsets from the porch. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed. Wonderful weekend!

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. This is the first house we’ve recommend for other people to stay at. Peg

We had a wonderful stay with easy access to area nature spots for winter beach hiking and birding. Eric was very welcoming and excellent with communication. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 3 and our small dog. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The views of Cape Cod Bay from the house were spectacular. We appreciated seeing and hearing the waves from the sliding glass doors and sleeping to the sound of the waves. The sunrise was gorgeous over the water.

Our family spent the Thanksgiving holiday at Samantha’s place with our sons who go to school back east. It was a pleasure staying at her beautiful home. She had a beautiful kitchen with all the amenities to cook a perfect Thanksgiving dinner in a scenic setting. We would definitely consider returning to Sandwich perhaps in the summertime.

The home is in a beautiful location! Beautiful views of the water, private beach, and within walking distance of the Cape Cod Canal. Calvin was very responsive and a great host. The home was clean and just like the pictures. We would stay there again! I highly recommend the home!
