We stayed at this location because the city is expensive and this place fit our budget with still being close to NY. The apartment is very well done with very comfortable beds which is a huge plus in airbnbs. Very close to bus stops to get into the city. Only drawbacks were the neighborhood is still on the rundown side but not so bad we were worried. There is actually a couple hidden gems for ethnic food on the cheap side nearby. We also had some extremely noisy neighbors upstairs but hopefully that was a one off. The hosts were very responsive and trying to be proactive about helping. Overall it was great.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The host was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout. The room was spotless and exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better – it was ideal for everything we wanted to do. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

We had a great time in this apartment with my friends. It was very clean and well furnished. Moreover, the host was answering quickly to our questions. I would definetly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston.

This was by far the nicest Airbnb I have stayed at for a long-term stay. It was extremely comfortable (including the couch and the bed, the duvet and the pillows were just like at home), had everything I needed and more. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The kitchen has everything you need, including supplies like tinfoil, baking equipment and containers for leftovers. All of the equipment is new. The flat is very tastefully decorated as well. It is well-lit, spacious and very cosy. Philipp is a great host and was always very helpful with whatever question or request I had. There is a private parking space, which is rare in Boston. The city centre is easily accessible by public transport and there are lots of connections to choose from. I will definitely book again when I am next in Boston.

I was in town for AONL 2025 Conference. Blerina’s place was an easy walk to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. Beautiful interior and Blerina was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay again

Kevin and Maria’s place was perfect for our group of 10’s long weekend in Boston. The place was tidy and had all the essentials stocked. The T station was right there too for easy access to the city. Would definitely stay again if I come back to town.

I LOVED my stay here! I stayed here for my birthday trip to Boston with two other people. The view was insanely good for the price. We loved how cozy the place was, especially the couches. An uber to the city was around $20. Patricia was so sweet and gave recommendations of things to do in the area. Parking was free which was so helpful. My only complaint is me and my boyfriend stayed in the downstairs bedroom, and noticed there was a door in the room. We opened it and realized it was an unlocked entrance to our room from the downstairs, where other people were staying. The door had a window that wasn’t covered up very well either. We locked the area so no one could get in, but it was a little uncomfortable knowing we could’ve been sleeping and someone could’ve walked up there if we didn’t notice and lock it. Would 100% recommend just make sure those doors are locked!

Caitlin was a wonderful hostess, and the house was very nice. I would definitely recommend if you were going to be in the area.

The house is spacious and very comfortable, ideal for large groups, everything was clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a long stay, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to the center and public transportation, supermarkets, etc. Ben is super friendly and communicates quickly. I recommend 100% this stay we had a great time.

Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

Akansha & Manav were wonderful hosts. Their beautiful little ranch is exactly as described - a well-appointed, open floor plan that feels spacious and cozy. The interior was spotless upon arrival and the amenities were everything I'd have and need at home - including a well-stocked kitchen with supplies, etc for those that enjoy cooking and grilling. I didn't have the chance to enjoy the firepit and grill as much as I'd like given my winter stay, but it's a cute backyard with lights - peaceful spot to unwind. As hosts, Akansha & Manav were incredibly kind and responsive. I had the pleasure of meeting Manav in person while he was for a few spring maintenance projects. The house is newly repainted and fresh inside. I was a 10 minute drive to downtown Falmouth, local trails, beach, ponds, and bike paths, and Mashpee Commons. It checked all of my needs and more - I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Falmouth / Mashpee area.

Abdel’s place was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Home was spacious and very clean. Had everything we needed (even toys for my toddler and our dog!). My whole family was very comfortable. Neighborhood was walkable and beach was easily accessible. Sunsets were spectacular! Would stay again!

This is a very clean comfortable house. The pictures and description is very accurate. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood but close to everything. I believe the drive to the airport is about 20 minutes unless you’re like us and avoid tolls (we like to take the back roads), then it’s about 30-40. The location was great to pretty much anywhere you’d like to go. The house is very clean and comfortable with plenty of space and amenities. I don’t do stairs so my hubby and I slept in a downstairs bedroom and my 17 year old used the master that was upstairs. My 21 year old took the other downstairs bedroom. We all slept great. Marissa is very quick to respond to any questions. The check in/out process is very smooth and she provided great resources. We absolutely recommend her and would happily stay in one of her properties if we ever get to visit the area again!

Darryl was very accommodating, and was very communicative before and during our stay. I would recommend staying here, and would stay here again myself!

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.

Perfect location. The parking space was a huge value and right around the corner from the apartment. Close to great restaurants and historic sites. Ten minute walk to TD Garden. Dror was in constant contact and we had the number of the super that was on site in case anything went wrong.

The waterfront view was the cherry on top for this rental. Excellent location and fully stocked condo. Walking distance to restaurants, local grocer, and historic sites like: Paul Revere House, Old North Church, and Copp's Burial Ground. Also, walkable to the hop-on-hop-off trolley tour stop. Bill and Kristy were responsive, and we enjoyed a few of their local recommendations. Also, my husband and our 12-year-old son enjoyed a game of Battleship (located in the condo) while watching the harbor from their seats- BONUS.

Jake’s place was fantastic. Just like the photos and super clean. Felt right at home and beds were comfy! Spacious enough for the three of us with two beds and two bathrooms! Kitchen had everything you could ever need or think of!

Great place to stay, fantastic location and a very well-kept place. If you’re coming in on Amtrak at South Station it couldn’t be more convenient.
