The accommodation was ideal for us as a family of 4. There was a generous welcome pack and Mike in the fridge. The static caravan was spotless inside with a well equipped kitchen. It was easy to get keys and we were given a warm welcome at reception and could have an early check-in. Perfect for a short stay and would be a nice base for a summer holiday too.

You will not be disappointed with your stay at this gem of an apartment. stunning views ,fantastic facilities & absolutely zero complaints! We hope to return! Thank you 😊

We had a great stay at Zaneta’s place on our way down to Cornwall with 2 children in tow. The space was exactly as described, clean and cosy with beautiful decor. Great communication from Zaneta, I didn’t have to question a thing! This is our 4th stay at Royal William’s Yard, the location has everything you need right on your doorstep and is a stunning upmarket spot. Will definitely return.

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be back!

Lovely stay, friendly hosts. You can walk into the town easily. We were made to feel very welcome which was lovely. The place had everything we needed and more, was home from home. Would definitely happily recommend.

Pam is a wonderful and very responsive host. She did everything she could to help us have a lovely stay. It was my favourite birthday weekend ever, so that says it all I think. My friends and I had a fabulous time and it's very near to Challaborough Beach and a short walk to Bigbury and Burgh Island. Thank you Pam. Would certainly return.

This is a great apartment. We were 3 adults, had plenty of room. Two good size bedrooms with plenty of storage. You can unpack your suitcases. Top notch appliances, excellent bathroom. A number of pubs within easy walking distance that do food. We ate at a small place called Tilt, really enjoyed the food. The address is Ebrington Street, but set your navigation for the small cobbled Hill Street, where the apartment entrance is located. Parking is right outside the external door to the building. If mobility is an issue this place is probably not for you. Steep stairs to get up to the first floor.

Great apartment, central location close to the Cathedral but quiet. Excellent quality linen and towels, comfy beds. Was warm with lots of hot water. Perfect for a February stay, would absolutely stay in this apartment again. Thank you!

We spent a wonderful few days at 7 The Reach. The apartment is really lovely, spacious with clean lines in a fab location right on the beach. It had everything we needed for our stay, & more. The living space is roomy & well equipped with extra like sounds system, board games, all mod cons in the kitchen. All the bedrooms are clean and tidy, bright & comfortable. The 2 main bedrooms are really spacious with loads of storage & very comfortable beds. We would love to visit again but the price tag is pretty high even in low season so this may unfortunately be a one off visit for us, but you never know! Be aware the balcony is off one of the main bedrooms at the back of the apartment, so doesn’t have views of the sea, which you only get from the side through Juliet balconies. Also the parking spot is pretty tight & can create a problem if someone parks on the road in front as happened to us!

We had an amazing few days at Caroline’s caravan and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a holiday with lots to do near by. The caravan itself was clean and had all of the amenities needed. The location was excellent as it was a stones throw from the swimming pool which pleased our oldest immensely! Caroline herself was super communicative and was easily reachable when we needed her. A fantastic stay and we will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic break at Bigbury. I don't think we've ever stayed anywhere with such a lovely view, a really wonderful spot and as we were blessed with sunshine, the sunsets every evening were stunning. The apartment itself was clean and spacious with plenty of amenities and areas to laze around in. Access to the pool was a real bonus and we took full advantage of that and was a real bonus for the children. In all, I would heartily recommend it, would definitely stay there again.

A great location for walking on Dartmoor and short walk to local pub. Comfortable accommodation, good quality fittings and large shower. Not lots of room but the space is well set up with storage etc. Very quiet with parking right outside the door. Quick response to questions. Would stay again to explore more of Dartmoor and tick off some more tors!

The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

we stayed here for 4 night early January while working in the area a.d felt very much at home dispite the freezing weather the home was warm. cosy and comfortable so.much so I'm booking again to come with the family

4 adults and two children under 13. The place is very clean and has all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfy and the lodge was cosy although a little too warm at times as we couldn’t seem to fathom the heating out - not a massive issue. We went to a party on one of the nights in Tavistock and were able to book a taxi although some of the numbers in the welcome book were disconnected. Thank you - we would book again.

Just got home from a long weekend at Roxedge. The property was the perfect location for a family birthday gathering covering 3 generations. Large enough to accommodate our party of 14. We made use of the pool table, table football, cinema, barbecue, hot tub and garden during our stay. Tina and Luke were lovely hosts, being attentive and providing clear instructions without being intrusive. They have been great hosts.

so far the best place we ever stayed. and its a first time ever that we made our French friend to start love camping 😂 its a coziest place you can ever get, and price is justified! jacuzzi is amazing! loved every moment of it! Thank you so much :)

We had such a lovely holiday, the park is in an ideal location with lovely facilities, our children loved the pool! The caravan was beautiful, clean and spacious and such great value for money! Great communication throughout as well, thank you.

We had an amazing stay at Sally’s property. Very communicative host and kept us up to date and lots of useful information and instructions about the property and local area. Felt like we were staying somewhere really private and peaceful, idyllic surroundings! Access to China Fleet for swimming and golf was also a brilliant addition to our stay! House was well equipped with everything you need, down to Tupperware, which sounds like a small thing but ever so useful and made it feel homely! We would very much like to come and stay again! It was a fantastic cottage, perfect for a family of four. Excellent location to visit Darmouth, Salcombe, Brixham and many other beautiful places in South Devon. It was great to be able to use the facilities at the golf club and the surroundings were stunning.
