What a fabulous house for a family break! So much space that for the 11 of us to spread out in,we never felt over crowded. The house was very well equipped,we could all comfortably sit down to eat. The garden was very safe for the children to run around in and it was such a quiet area. David was very responsive to any query I had. I think we could be back next year!

We had a lovely stay, the place was clean and was as described. Check in was easy and Fergus let you check in early and late as no one else was booked in. You are staying in the town so no need for a car, lots to do in the area. Over all great place and would return

Lovely cottage in a beautiful part of the world. Well equipped and comfortable. Seating in the living area would be better suited for a family/couple with children rather than 6 adults, though plenty of seating in dining area. Beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was powerful with unlimited hot water. Excellent location with direct access to the river, this must be a perfect spot in the summer months. Parking was a little tricky and a short distance from the property but clear instructions were provided with suggestions for where to park. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely, spacious, and modern property. Plenty of choice for outside seating too. exceeded expectations, more than matched the photos provided. Only advice I will give, which is not anything negative about the Property is be mindful if you have guests who aren't particularly mobile as there are steps up to the property and the driveway is up a fairly steep hill. We did also struggle to get a taxi, as didn't really seem to be all that often or available in this location from what we found and Uber just said it would be a very long wait. The Property itself was fantastic though, plenty of space for all of us. Myself, My Husband, My Sister, her Partner and children plus My Dad came for the weekend & there were three spacious double rooms, two with en suites and then the two singles in another room for My Niece and Nephew, so absolutely perfect for what we needed. Overall, very happy with this property & our Host was very friendly and super quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again!

Me and my family had a fantastic time away . The accommodation was as described in the advert. Had a small issues at the start but resolved within minutes . Hosts were super friendly . Highly recommend

The hut was superb. Exactly as described and shown in pictures. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped with lots of lovely personal touches. Great use of small space. Bedding and towels plus toiletries to a hotel standard. Lots of lovely treats including Prosecco and cream tea, local produce, tea and milk and quality coffee. Easy check in and excellent communication from Julia, responding swiftly. Super comfy bed and the shower was also great. Lots of blankets, heaters and log burners to keep the place cosy. The piggery was a lovely additional living space which we would defiantly have used more if staying longer. The bbq worked well for cooking breakfast and we were lucky enough to have fab weather to be able to dine alfresco. A super weekend break in a top quality, quaint and quirky accommodation. Definitely recommend and hope to return.

I highly recommend this place - unique space, beautiful surroundings, amazing view and a friendly, helpful host. One tip for future guests is to prepare for all weathers as it can get a little cold at night!

It’s quite simply a beautiful place to be. Water views to the front - from the terrace, the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms. Fields to the rear. As the hours pass and the tides change, so does the wildlife. It’s just mesmerising. We spent a week, as a family - 3 siblings and our mum. The 4 bedrooms are all a great size, really comfortable beds, good linen. The living areas are spacious and well equipped. The covered terrace is just the best place - even when the weather takes a turn and that’s where we spent most of our time, watching the waters change and the birds fly and feed. Thank you Mark, for all your great communication and for this stunning home. It was everything.
