Lovely place very clean , it is a hill up to it if you have anyone elderly just be mindful car park was grand across the road you have to pay between us all it wasn't much and it's free in the evening till morning , everything was in the house hair dryers etc and everything is spotless great hosts

Exceptional experience from start to finish. It was our second visit and it didn’t disappoint. Ann and David are super hosts, who have thought of everything and provided super tips on the local area. The cottage is perfectly appointed and beautifully finished. Their ability knows no bounds as demonstrated by the conversion of the garage (witnessed in our last stay) to an attractive, cosy studio all from reclaimed materials and finished to the same higb standard. Overall another amazing stay, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at the Old Tea Hut. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, with the most amazing views. A special place to stay regardless of the season, we were treated to mostly sunny weather (the sunset was incredible across the bay!) but even on a rainy day it was great to look out and enjoy the property. Lots to do in the local area - we enjoyed a good dinner at the Finnygook Inn, golf at Whitsand Bay Golf Club, and lunch at the Cliff Top Cafe.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.

We loved every part of our stay at The Nest, Swallow's Flight. Lucia was the perfect host and welcoming from the out set providing useful accommodation info, a welcome guide and detailed arrival instructions. On arrival we felt immediately at home from the chalk written welcome sign and thoughtful extras including tasty local cookies, Salcombe chocolate, a lovely bottle of Cava and the most delicious (and most local milk) we have ever had from Coleridge Farm next door. Every detail had been thought of in the design and layout from guides, maps, to wood for the fire and toiletries and kitchen items, everything we should need or want. We felt so comfortable and cosy during our stay and couldn't have chosen a better place to spend our Anniversary. I already miss the gorgeous window seat with cosy sheepskin, cushions and sunlight streaming in, the perfect seat for the morning coffee whilst bird watching! We only wished we had booked longer but hope to come return!

Just returned from 3 nights at beautiful sea mist , such a special place . We loved sitting looking out at the beautiful view , spent lots of time in the hot tub & enjoyed walks to the local cafe . Perfect escape from it all . We found the property really easily using three words which was very helpful . Suzanne responded quickly & was very helpful . It was very busy & we would say the only negative is lack of parking as this proved tricky . But apart from that we had an amazing time x

We had an amazing time in Kingswear at Sharon’s house. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and with spectacular views from the terrace. There are plenty of walking trails you can reach and at the same time it’s not as busy as the other side of the river. We loved it and hope to stay here again. Thanks Sharon!

Amazing location and amazing views. Place was just perfect for us especially as the beach was so close for us to take the dogs for walks. Clean and spacious, with a parking space directly outside the door. Overall, it is definitely a place I would stay in again.

Our stay was in October and we had a great time. The flat was spotless on our arrival if anything looked better than the photos. The flat was nicely laid out and was quiet and cosy. We cooked in one night and had all the equipment we could have hoped for. The other night we ate at Harbour Lights and had a very tasty meal. Gwen was always on hand and checked in with us by text to see if we needed anything. Highly likely that we would stay again.
