Po : locations de vacances avec balcon

Séjour de trois semaines très agréable dans cet appartement propre et agréable. Les bémols : quelques éléments basiques de cuisine qui manquaient car nous cuisinions souvent à domicile mais nous avons complété. Idem pour les oreillers très très plats qui n'ont pas été remplacés malgré les demandes (l'agence est très sympathique et réactive, l'hôte lui même l'est moins et c'est lui qui était chargé des oreillers) donc nous avons également acheté. Le canapé n'est pas du tout confortable, donc ça peut être dérangeant pour ceux qui y passent beaucoup de temps. L'appartement restait de façon général très chouette et agréable, dans un quartier calme juste à côté de l'hyper centre, et à côté de pleins de bars et restaurants pour sortir. La situation géographique ne peut selon nous pas être mieux pour profiter de Bologne ! Le parking a proximité est également un immense positif pour visiter les alentours. Je recommande vivement!

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was so spacious with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms and a large living room. The balcony faces out to a beautiful museum and the apartment is located a close walk to the Porta Venezia restaurants and shops. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Milan. Grazie!

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre nell'appartamento, l'abbiamo trovato comodo e pulito. Un ampio parcheggio ci ha permesso di arrivare sotto casa e di spostarsi in macchina senza preoccuparsi di non riuscire a ritrovare parcheggio. Per qualsiasi esigenza Nicola è sempre stato molto disponibile. lo consiglio vivamente!

Barbara's place is a very nice, light appartment in a nice neighbourhood, it is furnished with good taste and you have everything you need, also if you want to kook. You can either walk to the city center or take several busses nearby the house. We felt very much at home after exploring Turin in the daytime, it was cosy to rest in the appartment. Also we liked the quiet beautiful neighbourhood not too far from the busy city center. And Barbara was a very nice host, very responsive and caretaking! We would recommend her place very much. Thanks for everything!

Schönes Ferienhaus in den Weinbergen. Die Begrüßung durch die Gastgeber war sehr nett und sie waren immer sehr hilfsbereit. Den Pool hatten wir oft für uns alleine.

Tolle Unterkunft mit gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis! 3 Pools und gute Umgebung um Aktivitäten (mit dem Auto) zu unternehmen!

Très beau logement, rénové avec beaucoup de gout dans un cadre agréable. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et confortable. L'emplacement est un peu perdu dans la campagne. Cependant, nous voulions visiter à la fois Turin et les Langhes et le logement avait le mérite d'être central. L'accueil était très agréable et flexible.

Une très belle semaine de vacances à 2 familles dans cette superbe maison. la maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos. Tout était très propre et bien entretenu. Pièces de vie immense avec une salle à manger équipée d'une très grande table, 2 salons, une cuisine où l'on prend plaisir à cuisiner... 2 étages composent l'espace nuit. ce qui est parfait pour 2 familles. très grand et magnifique jardin entièrement clôturé idéal pour les enfants. Garage transformé en salle de billard et coin jeux bien équipé pour les enfants. Au calme dans un petit village du Piémont, il faut une voiture pour explorer les villages alentours. je recommande cette maison qui est exceptionnelle et doit être bien agréable en été aussi.

Great location, walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. The pool was awesome and well maintained! Both kitchens could use a few more glasses, plates, and some cutlery. We enjoyed our stay, clean and comfortable and would definitely stay again in the same place.

Lovely big house with massive secure gardens. We were here in October for a family wedding and the weather was mixed. This meant we weren’t able to fully appreciate the pool but we certainly enjoyed using the wood-fired pizza oven and the roaring fire at night! Sara was very kind and helpful and she responded promptly when we had any enquiries. We had very young children with us and there wasn’t a huge amount for them to do, given the poor weather (but that was not the fault of the accommodation!!) We would definitely consider returning in the summer!! The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of linen and towels. The kitchen was well equipped. In the wet weather, we enjoyed a visit to McAurthur Glen retail outlet. We also visited Gavi Fort and Varese, which was beautiful. I would recommend that you need a car for this area. A lovely stay at this place, the hosts were kind, helpful. House in pristine condition, 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a lovely modern kitchen. You also have use of the pool, ping pong and table football which is only a 2 minute walk down a quiet country lane. The deposit of €400 was merely a protective measure incase of extreme damage, it was returned to us in full.

Sehr gut und liebevoll gestaltete große Wohnung. Ideal für 2 Paare, die zusammen verreisen wollen und trotzdem Platz für sich möchten. Riesengroßer überdachter Terrassenbereich. Sehr gute und günstige Trattoria in der Nähe.

This is a lovely home just outside of the old city. Very walkable. I would recommend looking for food where most people are speaking Italian, otherwise we loved Verona and had an amazing stay.

My second stay with Helena and it was as amazing as the first. Everything I needed, a great amount of space, and in such a great area with restaurants, cafes and shops all in short walking distance. Helena is so helpful and makes sure you have everything you need as well as giving recommendations. Her home is like a second home for me in Milan. Also her little dog Cassey is so adorable!! I will miss saying with them both 🫶🏼 I will definitely book next time I’m in Milan!

Квартира дуже тепла (ми були на початку березня), зручна, красива і стильна. В чудовому доглянутому італійському дворику. Всі кімнати і ванна з кухнею чисто прибрані. На кухні є все, що треба від посуду до олії, солі, цукру і кави. Власник квартири, заслуговує на своє звання Супергосподаря! Ми його не бачили жодного разу, але відчували турботу протягом усього нашого перебування: швидко відповідав, чітко і зрозуміло пояснив як знайти квартиру, де припаркуватися. Особливо приємно, що на кухні я знайшла всі зручності для того, щоб я зробила сніданок своїй сім'ї, включаючи каву для мене і навіть какао для моїх дітей. Такі дрібниці, а вже відчуваєш,що про тебе заздалегідь потурбувалися. ❤️ Дуже зручне ліжко, достатньо рушників. Гарний вид з вікна, зручний доступ до пам'яток і туристичних місць Мілана. Парковка безкоштовна, але пізно ввечері важко знайти місце, але можливо. В нашому турне це була одна з найкращих зупинок. Рекомендую!

We loved this place! Traveling with two kids under 3 - the toy room was amazing, so many cool toys! Play pen and highchair provided along with kids plates/ cups. Plenty of books and movies to choose from. Large and clean apartment. Kitchen very well equipped to cook meals Very close to train station - it was easy for us to walk there. Very easy to get to public transit. Cheap all you can eat sushi right outside bedroom window. Large park right across the street. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Really great hosts that are so responsive and kind. such a spacious apartment that has easy access to anything. If anything this place is undersold, highly recommend and will use this place anytime we are in Milan.

5/5 Stars I had a fantastic stay at Horacio’s Airbnb! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the thoughtful touches made it feel like home. Horacio was an excellent host—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet but conveniently close to public transport, making it easy to explore Milan. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly return in the future.

The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhoods. You have a private parking for your car. The tram and bus stops are near the house so you can reach the city centre easily. The flat is very modern and well equipped. Fabiola is a great host and she is also very friendly. Highly recommended.
