L'appartamento è delizioso e ben tenuto. Si trova a pochi passi dalla metro, dalle fermate dei bus e dalla stazione dei treni Mi sono trovata benissimo

Una opción excelente si vas a utilizar el metro.. está súper cómodo con ese propósito.

Had an amazing stay. Elena was very responsive and was kind to give us a few recommendations around the area. Although the location feels more residential, it is very convenient to walk across different parts of the city and with trains nearby. We also love how modern and clean the place feels. Would definitely come back again!

Excellent stay. Carlo’s place is spatious, modern and very clean, with parking just next to the building. We enjoyed our time there and will gladly come back. Recommended

È stata una meravigliosa sorpresa trovare un appartamento così ben organizzato, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort. Mi sono sentito a casa, nella sua versione migliore :) Michele è stato super reattivo, per ogni richiesta. Davvero un’esperienza eccellente! Grazie 🙏

Appartamento molto tranquillo in ottima zona adatto per famiglia con bambini, nn molto grande ma ben organizzato, e pulito l'arena è a 10 Min a piedi. Abbiamo portato un cane e Fabio ci ha fatto trovare un cuscino e le ciotole. Purtroppo la città nn è a portata di cani, nn abbiamo trovato aree di sgambata e i giardinetti sono recintati. Almeno il centro. I posteggi blu nn sono tantissimi ma siamo praticamente nella città vecchia . Lo consiglio vivamente

Gerry war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und kam sogar persönlich vorbei. Zur Begrüßung gab es leckere Kekse – eine schöne Geste! Die Wohnung ist komplett saniert und fast alle Möbel sind nagelneu. Alles war makellos sauber (und wir sind wirklich pingelig). Der abschließbare Garagenparkplatz ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Trotz Nähe zur Autobahn ist es angenehm ruhig. Restaurants, Bäckereien und ein Supermarkt sind direkt in der Nähe. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge nach Cinque Terre, Portofino, Santa Margherita oder Rapallo. Jederzeit wieder – absolut empfehlenswert!

Marco is the ultimate host. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. The apartement has been tastefully renovated and is very spacious! Marco not only handled every request we had he did all with cordial and prompt action. The only downside is the area. Although it is close to a metro it is not an area where you can find a restaurant or walk around in. It is necessary to take the metro to other stops to find restaurants. Although they are only 2 to 3 stops away it is an inconvenience. In all-the property is a hidden jewel in a questionable location!

Soggiorno bellissimo, camera pulita ed accogliente. Con l’aggiunta del cinema in stanza, è come sentirsi a casa propria. Ambiente rilassante grazie ai servizi forniti. Arredamento piacevole ed elegante. Casa ben strutturata e dotata di ogni comfort. L’unica cosa abbiamo patito leggermente il freddo dopo un po’ di ore a causa del riscaldamento che si era spento. Ma per il resto tutto perfetto. L’host sempre disponibile e reattivo in qualsiasi momento. Ci torneremo volentieri!!!

Good spacious option

Ottima esperienza! Siamo arrivati in 4 per passare un weekend a Torino in amicizia. L'alloggio è davvero arredato con cura, molto carino ed Elisa è davvero un host attento. Consigliati anche per coppie secondo me o per soggiorni di una settimana, vista anche la presenza di cucina.

La casa è davvero bella e accogliente, tutti gli spazi sono ben curati e c'è aria di casa. Vicinissima al Lago e in una zona tranquilla, ideale per passare un paio di giorni in relax e compagnia. Peccato solo per l'unico bagno, ma con un po' di organizazione ce la si fa!

Esperienza molto positiva, il posto è stupendo per coloro che cercano pace e tranquillità, l'alloggio è completo di ogni confort, la signora Gemma molto disponibile ci ha fatto sentire a casa, soprattutto con i nostri amici animali Consigliatissimo!!

Such a great location! 10 min walk from train station. Right across the street from the beach! Amazing location!! Ground floor. Right in front of bus stop. Found out you can catch the bus for free go to the train station. The beach is really close and the restaurant she says she will meet you in front of is amazing and reasonably priced. Amazing location. Cute town. Highly recommend. Just what I needed.

Super séjour, communication au top avec Ivano!

Stefania’s Veranda Suite is beautiful! We had such a relaxing and peaceful stay for the night, we really enjoyed using the cinema projector and her apple cake is delicious!

Our stay at Alessandro and Sara was very nice! The Appartment was quiet and had everything we need ! Very closed to the beach and the train station of Cavi (nice to take to train to several litle villages like Rapallo, St. Margarite Lingure, Chiavari, etc)

Nice place, renovated building. I stayed with family (wife and 2 kids) and it was pretty comfortable for us. Free parking right in front of the location with 1 charging station available for EV.

The apartment is extremely nice, with everything you need and maybe more :) The location, communication and overall process was amazing not to mention the breathtaking view from the balcony. Thank you so much!

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sonia war eine gute Gastgeberin, sie war hilfsbereit und hat auf unsere Nachrichten immer schnell geantwortet. Check-In sowie Check-Out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung war so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und war sehr schön, besonders die 2(!) Balkone mit einem schönem Ausblick. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Entfernung zum nächsten Bahnhof, zum Meer und damit zur nächsten größeren Stadt. An einem unserer Urlaubstage hat es leider unaufhörlich geregnet, da haben wir leider keine Beschäftigung in der Nähe gefunden. Jedoch kann man es sich auch an so einem Tag gut in der Wohnung gemütlich machen und eine der leckeren Pizzerien ausprobieren.

Great experience, we felt like home in Elisa’s apartment. Very good location, we loved the fantastic fresh market at 3 minutes walk, also a groceries store behind the building if needed. 2 comfortable bedrooms each with its bathroom, kitchen fully equipped and nice table/dinning area. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. 6th floor with elevator, very comfortable. Warm apartment, we stayed 1 month in February. Downstairs great caffe, pastry and sandwiches. Bus station in front of the building, very useful. We will be back for sure.

Italo’s place is in a great location, far enough from downtown yet a short walk to the tram, and walking distance to the Metro that can get you anywhere in Milan. Quiet and very secure place, close to stores, coffee bars, pharmacy, restaurants and more. Very friendly people in the area. Italo was extremely helpful and always responsive.

I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb. The location is perfect. The apartment is easily accessible via metro, making it super convenient to get around the city and to the airports and train stations. The Duomo is within walking distance, and in the other direction, Parco Sempione is also just a short stroll away. The apartment itself is spacious, with generously sized bedrooms. Check-in was a breeze, and the communication with Anna was clear and helpful throughout the stay. Anna sent on fantastic recommendations. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Milan.
