My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this charming, well-located apartment. It blends classic European charm with modern amenities like an updated shower and NEST heating. It's in a beautiful, safe location, close to great shops and restaurants. The highlight was the spa, especially the steam room—reservations only, which adds a nice exclusive addition. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Parma!

what a great place! nestled omg the mountains and the vineyards, Elisabetta has done a great job in organising nice apartments woth great local breakfast and a sauna and wood fired hot tub. you will be greeted by several very sweet dogs. the apartment was at a great temperature and had everything you needed. beds had food sheets and were comfortable. she also had good local suggestions and really helped us out with connecting with a local garage. we'd love to come back! tip: try their peach juice!

Nice little city appartement. Very clean and well located in a street with rather few traffic (30km/h speed limit) Metro, shops and restaurants close by. Easy self-check-in with clear instructions. Exceptional feature is the turkish bath which we appreciated after a long walk in the city. Despite the modern windows it was slightly noisy (not the traffic but the people in the street).

il y a un film qui s'appelle "une nuit au musee" chez Giovanna c'était 3 nuits au musée. Expérience inédite pour nous : habiter dans une œuvre d'art parmi les oeuvres d'art nous regrettons d'être resté si peu de temps le village est par ailleurs très agréable.

La mia esperienza qui è stata assolutamente positiva. La casa è splendida, spaziosa e curata nei minimi dettagli, con un design davvero elegante. La pulizia impeccabile e l'atmosfera accogliente hanno reso il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L'host si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile e professionale. Mi ha prontamente informata di un guasto idraulico che rendeva temporaneamente inutilizzabile la vasca idromassaggio, offrendomi addirittura la possibilità di modificare le date del soggiorno. Un gesto che ho molto apprezzato, anche se non essendo per me essenziale, ho deciso di mantenere le date previste. Nel complesso, un soggiorno perfetto! Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un alloggio di qualità, con un'ottima ospitalità e un ambiente raffinato.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce logement à Milan ! L’appartement est spacieux, moderne et très bien équipé. Le grand salon est parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visite, et la terrasse est un véritable atout, idéale pour prendre un café le matin ou un verre en soirée. Le jacuzzi ajoute une touche de luxe et de bien-être qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. L’emplacement est pratique (surtout pour l’aéroport de Linate), avec un accès facile aux transports et aux principales attractions de la ville. L’hôte a été très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus fluide. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et espérons y revenir lors d’un prochain voyage à Milan !

Daniela is een geweldige gastvrouw die er alles aan doet om haar gasten het naar hun zin te maken. We werden meerdere malen verrast met eigen baksels. Van zelfgemaakte taarten tot croissants, alles was overheerlijk. Ook hebben we genoten van de eigen honing uit de bijenkasten. Uiteraard zijn er daardoor ook veel bijen in de omgeving. Dat merk je vooral als je bij het zwembad ligt. Het appartement was helemaal compleet. Mooie badkamer, prima keuken met alle benodigdheden, airco en bovendien horren voor de ramen. Het zwembad en de ligbedden waren top. De omgeving met alle aanbevelingen van Daniela waren erg mooi. Al met al hebben wij een heerlijk verblijf gehad, hartelijk dank!

Magnifique établissement ! Calme, luxueux tout y est ! Nous regrettons d’avoir pris que 2 nuits. C’est une certitude nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Par contre, nous vous conseillons de faire des courses avant d’arriver au logement ou de manger à l’extérieur car à Ognio malheureusement le restaurant est fermé. Gros coup de cœur pour la Tana di Jack a quelques km du logement.

We were lucky to rent this flat, and honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The flat is well-organized, exceptionally clean, modern, and incredibly spacious. Location: It's just a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it very convenient. If you're driving, the flat offers easy private parking, and the highway is only a 2-minute drive away. When we opted for a taxi to visit the busy part of town, it took around 15 minutes and cost 20-25 euros. The host was very welcoming, and we immediately felt at home with a warm Italian family-style reception. and giving us all recommendation nearsit shops and delicious bakery in the area. the area is very safe and calm neighborhood . The flat itself was large, and the balcony was a highlight—we thoroughly enjoyed having our morning coffee there. I highly recommend this flat, especially for families or couples looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Overall great villa, very spacious and modern for the price! It’s a bit out of the way of amenities but wasn’t a problem for us. The only down side was the noisy dogs that live opposite the villa, they became quite annoying when trying to relax by the pool.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser traumhaft schönen Unterkunft! Die Aussicht war einfach atemberaubend – vor allem der Blick von der Sauna direkt auf den See war ein absolutes Highlight. Die Kommunikation mit Massimo war hervorragend, er war stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Alles war perfekt organisiert, und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir waren wirklich begeistert und können dieses Airbnb nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank, Massimo, für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Cascina Distrutta è una sistemazione davvero incantevole, ben arredata e completa di tutto. Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, bagni grandi con sanitari recenti, caminetti che creano un'atmosfera calda e accogliente al punto da dimenticarsi la TV. Marta ha sempre risposto celermente e si è sempre dimostrata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Per completezza d'informazione lascio qualche info supplementare che avevo inizialmente frainteso a beneficio di chi verrà a soggiornare prossimamente: la quadrupla in mansarda e una stanza matrimoniale hanno il bagno indipendente, le altre due stanze matrimoniali hanno il bagno in comune collegato da un'anticamera con porte comunicanti. La sauna (nel momento in cui sto scrivendo questo testo) costa 30 euro al giorno e necessita l'apertura e l'accensione anticipata ad opera del vicino. Una cassetta di legna per il camino reperibile sempre dal vicino costa 10 euro, il sapone presente nei bagni è solo quello lavamani senza shampoo/docciaschiuma

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa casa, per la casa in sé, per la sua posizione e il panorama in cui è immersa. Molto accogliente e non manca nulla, dotata di qualsiasi extra. La presenza degli animali nel cortile arricchisce e rende ancor più bella l’esperienza, ci ha fatto molto piacere coccolarli. Infine, ma elemento principale, la proprietaria Silvana è stata assolutamente disponibile, gentile ed è venuta incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze, il che ha contribuito fortemente a una bellissima esperienza. Torneremo sicuramente.

What a wonderful surprise We arrived very late at night and woke up in the most beautiful village with spectacular views. The apartment was perfect! Wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

Favolosa location , sembra di essere a casa però con delle chicche come la sauna e la piscina .. un piccolo mondo tutto rosa , pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio Debora persona stupenda , accogliente, disponibile e soprattutto molto professionale Da consigliare assolutamente! La Barbie house rimarrà nel nostro cuore !!

Struttura davvero bellissima e ben tenuta. Un’ampia zona piscina con una vista splendida. La casa si compone di due strutture: il rustico ( con caminetto per grigliate e una sala con Ping pong/cucinino e cose utili ) e la casa principale con 3 bagni, una grande sala, una cucina a vista sul tavolo e sulla vetrata che dà sul giardino, camere grandi e spaziose, 3 bagni di cui uno grande. Pulizia ottima, accoglienza molto bella e calorosa: è difficile trovarsi male a Ca’ d’Ros!

In una tranquillissima borgata di montagna, incastonato nel verde si trova un gioiello del relax. La casa di Ebe e Daniele é finemente ristrutturata e arredata con tutto l'occorrente per viverla come se si fosse a casa: cucina attrezzata, smart TV, comodo letto il tutto corredato da un giardino recintato per fare stare il cane in serenità. Se ciò non fosse abbastanza completano il quadro una sauna, un bagno turco e una doccia sensoriale per coccolarsi durante la permanenza. A due passi in paese si possono trovare tutti i servizi dalla farmacia al tabacchino e spostandosi veramente di poco con la macchina si possono visitare alcuni dei posti più belli della valle. Gli host sono super reattivi e rispondono a qualunque ora nel giro di minuti. Per chi ancora si chieda quanto sia tranquillo il posto, abbiamo passato la notte di capodanno con un cane fobico per i botti, che l'ha passata dormendo. Una garanzia. Torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato nello splendido casale di Fausto dal 23 al 27 Dicembre, trascorrendo lì le feste di Natale con la nostra bambina! Al nostro arrivo è stato tutto impeccabile e molto accogliente… ci hanno fatto trovare la casa addobbata con lucine e alberello sotto il quale poter mettere i doni di Babbo Natale! Con nostra grande sorpresa ad attendere il nostro arrivo sotto l’albero c’erano già dei piccoli doni per nostra figlia, che ha apprezzato moltissimo! Oltre a questo ci hanno fatto trovare dei prodotti di qualità per la prima colazione in entrambe le cucine. Il giorno di Natale Fausto e la moglie Jacqueline hanno bussato per gli auguri con un cestino pieno di buonissimo pane appena sfornato fatto in casa e un ottimo salame! Che dire…😀Oltre a questo il paesaggio è davvero suggestivo, Alba è tramonto sono meravigliosi e la posizione del casale con le sue ampie vetrate permette di godersi appieno entrambi. La struttura è stata arredata con gusto e ricercatezza. Consigliatissim

Wir hatten einen tollen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Wie bereits beschrieben benötigt man sicherlich ein Auto, es war jedoch mit seiner ruhigen Lage genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Das Häuschen entspricht völlig den Beschreibungen und Fotos. Es ist sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch in der kalten Jahreszeit dank der Heizung problemlos bewohnbar. Insbesondere die Terrasse im Olivenhain mit kleinem Blick auf den See ist wunderschön. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
