Beautiful house and serene neighbourhood,as described. It was clean and had everything listed. Additionally, host was very hospitable and responsive.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. George was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Great restaurants nearby and minutes away from skiing @ Big Boulder. I recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future.

CJ is a great host and this was a beautiful home. I had issues locating the access code once I arrived and CJ quickly responded. Also one of the guests was forgotten on the list for the property, he quickly contacted the guards and assisted my needs. My family and I were able to go fishing, walk around the community and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the lake.

Linda’s place was absolutely perfect. We stayed for our Mom’s 60th and it was ideal for the peaceful retreat we were looking for. Private beach on the lake with all the amenities you could ask for. She missed nothing when putting this home together from places to stay in each bedroom, to the great gathering area off the kitchen. Extremely clean and so, so cozy! Close to hiking and Jim Thorpe downtown we will definitely be back!!

Had a beautiful stay and view right in the backyard! The hot tub overview of the lake was great and same with the view from the queen bed in the loft! Host was super responsive, personable and friendly. The space was well kept and welcoming!

Ms. Kimberly is the BEST HOST. Her attention to detail is exceptional. We had everything that we needed. The place is majestic. It is super clean and beautiful. I hope that she gets recognized for being one of the best Airbnb hosts. I truly appreciate her hard work Thank you Ms. Kimberly, for providing us with such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. My family and I had a great family reunion. We hope to visit again.

Spent a weekend here with family and 5 little dogs. There is a bit more paperwork you have to do to get allowed into the community and to get the visitor pass at the Welcome Center. Once inside the community, getting into the house was easy. It was very cozy with lots to do in and out of the house. It rained the entire time we were there...but the house had lots to do inside. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and was able to cook a beautiful family dinner! Thank you for the beautiful setting for our family yearly gathering!

Meg & Tay had a comfortable home with all of the homey touches. They even provide snacks and dog treats/bowls for your furry companion(s)! It was in close proximity to many attractions like Blue Mountain and the town of Jim Thorpe. We enjoyed the hot tub each night while looking up at the stars. We had a great little weekend getaway trip!

Our group could not have been more impressed! This was one of our top experiences! Melissa was always very quick to answer questions. They have a FAQ video that was SUPER helpful. The house was perfect! The large dining table and chairs was one of the big selling points! You don't find many houses that can accommodate 17 people at one time. We loved their attention to detail by labeling where everything was in the kitchen! Even the bedrooms had name tags on them. They had QR codes you could scan in case you needed to know how to use the heating, ac, or hot tub. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious! They even included a laundry kit for us. The multiple decks allowed our large group to enjoy the back yard together. We spent hours in the game room. The kitchen included everything we needed! The 2 full size refrigerators was a big PLUS! The cost was VERY reasonable! They really seem to care about their guests and seem to have thought of everything! We will return!

The house is large and clean. There was a big bucket of salt left for us (thank god as it snowed everyday) and the deck was shoveled when we arrived. All amenities worked and we enjoyed our time. The hot tub did have trouble keeping up with temp but it was 8 degrees out and to be expected. Be aware that the bedroom that is the game room is in a separate small building from the house. In the winter it’s a small icy walk. Totally doable though. I would definitely return in warmer weather as the area looks like it would be beautiful in summer with lots for teens to amuse themselves

Michael's place was very cozy, clean and quite. I loved the lake view. felt right at home. Michael was very responsive. all details and descriptions were accurate. loved his list of recommendations for local activities. Our fur baby enjoyed herself as well as we did. Thank you again Michael for allowing us to utilize your home. will definitely visit again.

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

We had the most amazing time here! The home is comfortable and has thoughtful inclusions for cooking and great decor. It was perfect for our girls weekend with 9. 6 queen beds made it a great house for adults and we made use of the hot tub and lived in that gorgeous living room all weekend. The fireplace is perfect and we can’t wait to come back to enjoy more time outdoors in warmer weather!

Loved the home, it was beautiful! Perfect for the girls trip I planned! Rooms were spacious and had all that we needed! Would definitely book this home again! Loved that there were instructions everywhere for things to be cautious of so that nothing gets broken! The only thing I would say is, I wish the porch & hot tub area had a bit more lighting to it, other than that this home was amazing!

Jonathan was fast at responding to everything I had asked… very friendly and chill… defently did not wanna leave me and my fiancés little vacation…

Came to town with a full crew of friends and family from all over to help a cousin whose house flooded while she wasn’t in town. The perfect place to all gather, eat, relax and rest well after working hard all day. I can’t imagine how awesome it is in the summer. Great host.

Kasia was an excellent host and her house was beautiful! The view of the lake was absolutely stunning in winter, as it would be regardless of the season. The kitchen was well equipped, accommodating multiple cooks at once, and everything was spotless - we found we could even use a cup without rinsing because there wasn't even a speck of dust on anything! On top of all this, Kasia was friendly and always quick to respond, and even answered right away when we called with a question. Would definitely stay again!

So perfect! My family and I had an amazing time here. The place is beautiful with a balance of rustic and modern. Will definitely book again ❤️

Barry’s place was just stunning and perfect for our gathering. We were celebrating my mother”s 80th birthday party and had a small reunion-like party amid the gorgeous fall background and peaceful Lake Harmony. There was space for everyone and one of my aunts gave consistent approval, which is nearly impossible. We were provided a flexible check out, which was nice because my mom and sister love to chitchat while drinking morning coffee. I strongly recommend Barry’s place .They are professional hosts and although the lease and rules seem daunting at first, once you’re past that you will not regret the choice.

House was great! Girls trip had a fun time cooking and enjoying the hot tube and sauna. House was clean and beds were super comfy !! Will definitely go again.

Such a great time! The place was spotless and very peaceful! The hot tub was our favorite part and the sun room was great for friends together to hang out. Overall, very much recommend and would happily go again!

My husband and I, 3 teens, in-laws, mom and two pups enjoyed a lovely stay at Michael’s house! There was plenty of space for all of us with beds to spare! We took walks, cooked dinner all three nights (including steaks on the grill!), made a campfire, played all the arcade games, fished, watched movies and even found a few unique local shops to visit. We saw deer and eagles, too, which was a bonus! First floor bed and bathroom were helpful. Everything was clean and wonderful!

The house and amenities were just perfect! I enjoyed sitting on the lake view porch just taking in the beautiful scenery. The house itself was pristine, very well decorated and so clean! The host was super responsive which I really appreciated! The bed in the main room was super comfortable and made us feel right at home! We loved it! I’d highly recommend staying here!
