Candice is the nicest host ever , was there for us for everything we needed. The house is absolutely gorgeous and modern, large windows overlooking a beautiful lake. So peaceful!!! Great large decks surrounding the house. The house was perfectly clean and we felt so at home the second we got there.

My family and I rented Ava’s home over Christmas and it was the best AirBnB experiences I’ve ever had. The house was very well stocked and truly had everything we needed. We had a 5 year old with us and she loved all the toys available. The space was truly beautiful and Aga was responsive and proactive with everything. We knew just what to expect. Truly above and beyond a 5-star experience-we hope to find an open time this summer to return!

It's a perfect stay for a crew of snowboarders and skiers. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and lake cabin vibes, we got rained in one of our days and were happy to relax by the fireplace.

Breathtaking Views, Cozy Cabin - A Perfect Getaway. From the moment we arrived at lazy river , we were blown away. The views were absolutely incredible! Waking up to the Delaware river and the winter views, the sunrise over the mountains, was truly magical. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a comfortable bed. We especially loved the deck views of the river, with driving distance to beautiful views like high point and surrounding hills only minutes away, the fire pit outside and the fire place inside, can't forget the good collection of record players. David was a fantastic host. They were very responsive, helpful with local tips, and ensured we had everything we needed. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway with stunning scenery.

Amazing place to stay if you are looking to unwind. loved that you can do a nice small hike right from the backyard to the lake. Loved the hottub/pool didn't get to use it, but something to do. I would definitely come here again In the near future. Thank you Jason for letting us spend sometime in your beautiful home.

Dasha was incredibly helpful, especially since it was very snowy and we had trouble getting in and out of the driveway. Lovely secluded cabin, well appointed kitchen, nice area to hike around, very dog friendly.

Looking for a quiet mountain lake retreat? Look no further. We booked for Christmas and had the best time. It snowed 6 inches upon arrival! Sunsets were stunning on the lake. The house is large enough for a big family and we loved the open plan kitchen and living room. The soaring stone fireplace made it super cozy. Even the teenagers wanted to hang out! Really comfortable couches and large family dining was so enjoyable for our holiday dinner. Kent made sure of everything you would need to spend time here. Not to mention the wildlife on the lakefront which was so nice to watch from the big windows. I felt very much at home and am already looking forward to rebooking for summertime. Thanks Kent!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always responsive whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. The house itself is in an amazing location, super convenient for exploring the area. One of my favorite parts was the game room—it was a great spot for some fun downtime. The Poconos painted wall was such a unique and cool feature that really added character to the place! Each bedroom was so thoughtfully decorated, making it feel like a cozy, welcoming retreat. Highly recommend staying here!

This place is very well decorated and squeaky clean. It also seems recently renovated.. The beds are super comfy and the house is spacious. We felt very safe in the gated Arrowhead Lake community. It’s close to Jack Frost and other activities. My only suggestion would be to leave instructions for the DeLonghi nespresso machine or place a regular coffee pot. But this is a minor detail - otherwise a perfect weekend stay and we’d definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay! The property is right across from the lake and the view was breathtaking! Great location to visit many of the beautiful hiking trails in the area. One of the must haves for our trip was access to a golf cart and Mamta made sure it was on the property, ready for us when we arrived. Peaceful, relaxing, Pocono, retreat!

Great stay my family enjoyed it tremendously. Very clean. Fireplace was perfect. We were expecting wood burning but the gas fireplace was even better. Kept the whole house warm and didn't need to tend to it. it was perfect. My family enjoyed the frozen solid lake. We cooked all our meals. House was stocked well (utencils,pots and pans) One thing bring a griddle for pancakes and French toast that was the only thing missing. Looking forward to booking with Michael next year. Thank you! Overall 1 to 10 our stay was an 11.

The cabin was great, not the most modern, but absolutely worth it. The place was well maintained and our hosts were super responsive. Only thing that was tough was the garbage hours. There are very limited times you can dispose of your garbage, but that’s the community, not our hosts. Just felt horrible leaving garbage behind, but the compactors were closed on our check out day. Lucky our host was very understanding

This is our third time at the lake house. The beautiful views of the lake are magnificent! It just never gets old. The house was nice and clean and the beds were so comfortable! The two living rooms plus the basement are so great when having a group stay at the house. Plenty of TV’s for everyone to enjoy. Our hosts David & Lee have always been super friendly and are always very responsive when needed. We can’t wait to go back!

Wanted a little escape for the weekend and I have to say I was not disappointed. Great views, lovely home and the enclosed hot tub was amazing.

If you're looking for a weekend getaway and proper 'cabin in the woods' feeling, BOOK THIS PLACE!! Ample space for 5-6 Adults. The only drawback is no Air Conditioner. But if you're going with good friends and family, it's an amazing time!

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our week at this peaceful lakehouse. The house itself was clean and comfortable, kitchen renovations are beautiful and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Linens were plentiful and soft, not always the case for vacation rentals. We appreciated the picturesque views from the main upper floor on rainy and sunny days alike. The private beach and cool stone fire pit were well-used and an added bonus. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and grilling outside. Our kids enjoyed the access to nature on the property, it felt very private and serene, a contrast to our usual city life. James was very responsive and informative both before and during our stay. I had a great stay with my dogs at this location. It was quite and peaceful. The river is very close and easy to find. Absolutely no cell internet until you log into internet for the house. Place was easy to find and well lit, actually beautiful when I arrived at about 1am. Very relaxing and peaceful. The dogs loved it as they were able to run around thw yard. House was very clean with everything you need for the weekend. I definitely will be returning for another weekend in the future.
