Le logement est exceptionnel dans un écrin de verdure loin de l’agitation urbaine. La ferme d’à coté ne cause absolument aucune nuisance. Les ânes sont très peu bruyants. La piscine est juste parfaite et les différents espaces dans le jardin sont très agréables. L’accès au logement est très chaotique, préférez un suv ou une voiture qui ne craint rien. Что хорошо: 1. Просторные уютные аппартаменты с двумя спальнями, салоном, балконом, прихожей, кухней и санузлом. Очень приятный дизайн интерьера. 2. Отличная частная стоянка, предоставленная хозяином. 2. Фантастический вид на озеро и горы из салона и с балкона. 3. Кухня позволяет приготовить все, что угодно. Есть индукционная одноконфорочная электроплита и объемный холодильник. Довелось варить и жарить, готовка прошла успешно. 4. Зоран (хозяин) мгновенно реагирует на запросы и решает возникающие проблемы. Исключительно ответственный и приятный человек. 5. Зоран владеет моторной деревянной лодкой для экскурсий по Скадарскому озеру. Категорически рекомендую воспользоватся его услугами. Клуб кинопутешествий отдыхает. 6. Расположение аппартаментов исключительно удобное. Несколько минут пешего хода до местных ресторанов, кафе, супермаркета. Это же касается автомобильных экскурсий в окрестностях озера, из Випразара можно достичь интересные места и достопримечательности на все 4 стороны.

בילינו זמן נהדר במקום של מילכה. ההורים שלה ששהו בבית הסמוך ארחו אותנו. הם היו מאד נחמדים וקיבלו אותנו בברכה והיו נכונים לעזור בכל דבר. הצלחנו לתקשר על אף שלא ידעו כמעט אנגלית. למקום אוירה מיוחדת. המרחב מרווח מאד וכלל בריכה מצויינת ושימושית, מרפסת ופטיו עם נוף קסום לנהר. חשוב לדעת כי החדרים היו יחידות נפרדות ולא כבית אחד. חדר אחד עם שתי מיטות זוגיות . חדר עם שתי מיטות יחיד. חדר שירותים ומקלחת. וחדר עם מטבחון ופינת ישיבה. הריהוט בחדרים מקומי בסיסי ופשוט, אך מספק. הטבע מקיף את המקום. נהנינו מטבילות בנהר. המים מאד קרים (למי שאוהב). וכן לשוט בשני הקייאקים שהיו שם לאורך הנהר. המקום מצוי בכפר קטן ונעים דנילווגראד. יש צורך לצאת עם רכב כדי להגיע לסופרמרקט קרוב ולמסעדות בסביבה. המרחק מהעיר פודגוריצה הוא פחות מחצי שעה נסיעה. תודה על חוויה נעימה ומיוחדת ועל הארוח האכפתי.

This place was perfect. Our host was incredibly helpful, kind and happy to accommodate whenever we had a question or wanted to check in early/leave our bags. The location is incredibly close to the bus station and a five minute walk from the old town. Beautiful views and a comfortable stay. Very recommended! We had a perfect stay at Renata’s lovely apartment! It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The beds and the balcony were very nice. Renata is a superhost, very kind, thoughtful and had good recommendations. The house is very close to the old town and you can see the fortress from the bedroom windows!

Jeśli zależy Wam na lokalizacji w samym centrum Kotoru, to dom miejsce jest zlokalizowane około 3 km (30 minut pieszo), to była jedyna kwestia nie zgodnie z opisem. Poza faktem lokalizacji, gorąco polecam, zarówno gospodarza, jak i samo miejsce. Uroczy widok na morze, blisko cudowna lokalna piekarnia oraz lokalne sklepy. Polecam zabrać, ze sobą rower lub hulajnogę elektryczną, ułatwia dotarcie do centrum i ominięcie korków.

The very fact that you are reading this review means you are looking for a place to stay. My advice. Close all those other tabs and go ahead and reserve Renata's place right away. And thank me later! When one travels either you end up in a great location but maybe noisy or you end up in a mediocre location with a bit of quietness and peaceful. Renata's place takes all the pros and advantages. Geographically located in the mountains, great location, great views, very quiet, private, and very close to all the places that matter in Montenegro. The place was spotlessly clean and very modern. Its definitely a home away from home! Wondering where to eat, where to park, what to do? Renata's recommendations are super amazing. And oh yes, don't forget an endless supply of fruits such as grapes, figs, etc. Lots of playground no matter what age. Everything was perfect! Renata is the most thoughtful, fun host. I definitely recommend this place and I will certainly stay here again.

We had a great time visiting Kotor and staying in this apartment - was very clean and exactly as described. It was just a short and manageable walk to Kotor old town and the parking space was a great and essential addition as we’d rented a car. The view was incredible and really made the stay. Anya was a great and communicative host. Would absolutely recommend.

This was one of my favorite airbnbs I've stayed at. It was very nice and spacious and in a perfect location. Right by the bay, very quiet, and a nice short walk to the old town, with sidewalk all the way. The host was awesome, and rented us bikes and kayaks for a great price. I ran into him in the old town on my first day of the trip and he invited me for a beer with him and his friends. Highly recommend this spot!

A break from everything.

This is, hands down, the best Airbnb I have stayed in. Other reviewers have stated that this Airbnb was more of ‘an experience’ than simply just a place to stay, and I echo this. The wonderful hosts are incredibly respectful of your privacy whilst delivering highly personal and proactive hospitality. We visited during winter months, and the accommodation is built solidly, and easily withstood storms and high winds overnight. The hot tub was tended to by the hosts each morning and was always ready to go. The interior furnishings are well thought-out and very comfortable. We were able to access the property (despite the slightly ‘tricky’ access road) without any issues by using a standard hatchback-style rental car. Overall, a truly incredible service provided by a lovely host family, and a brilliant experience overall. We can’t wait to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

Kućica je bajkovita, predivna priroda i okruženje. Neopisivo. Mnogo bolje od očekivanog. Sve pohvale za čistoću i urednost. Divan ugodjaj kamina, toplina doma. Pogled savršen. Gospodin Milorad jako ljubazan, prijatan, uvijek dostupan ... sjajan domaćin u pravom smislu te riječi. Mi smo došle baš dane kad je nevrijeme zahvatilo Lovćen, novembar mjesec. Gospodin Milorad nas je ugostio još jedan dan dodatno da bismo doživjeli prirodu sa sunčanim danima. Planiramo se vratiti ponovo na proljeće jer mnogo toga ima da se vidi. The view on the mountain is spectacular and definitely worth the visit. There are two roads, make sure you follow the google maps road and not the road with the sign to the accommodation, since that road is more difficult to drive. The lady of the house was very friendly and welcoming. It is a truely magical place.

Staying in this cozy cabin was an unforgettable experience. The view was absolutely stunning, offering a perfect retreat in Montenegro. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with breathtaking scenery!
