The apartment is located in centre of Podgorica,only 5 min walk from the main square.It has everything you need,nearby cafes and markets.The apartment itself is very modern,very very clean and ful of daylight,Pavle is a great host and I recommend you come and stay here if you are visiting Podgorica!

Staying at Tijana’s place for a month was absolutely incredible! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a long-term stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to the grocery store, atm, transport and Gora park. Easy 20-25 minutes walk to the city center. We loved starting our mornings on the serene balconies and working in the bright, airy space with reliable WiFi. We didn’t get to utilize the shared pool but it was clean and maintained regularly. The greenhouse with fresh vegetables was a bonus. Tijana and her family truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming home away from home.

Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Ein sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer und zwei schöne Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Matratzen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ruhig und sehr nah zum Bahnhof gelegen. Zoran war sehr nett und hat schnell reagiert. Wir haben von ihm sogar Granatäpfel und Mandarinen aus seinem Garten bekommen, die köstlich waren. Vielen Dank noch mal.

I haven't seen such perfect cleanliness for a long time. Every glass sparkled, the bed linen was fresh and smelled very nice. Convenient location. Cozy and impeccably clean. Gordana was polite and helped with any question. I would be happy to stay again. I recommend everything.

My friends and I stayed in this apartment for 3 days. We can definitely recommend it. It is a nice flat with everything you need - no unnecessary stuff. It was clean and big enough for the three of us. Also there were some cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and other stores near the apartment. We walked from the flat to the Center and main bus station without problems. Even if it wasn’t a problem for us - be aware that there is no elevator to take to the 5th floor. The nice host informed us about it and was always reachable. All in all we would stay there again.

Literally the cleanest apartment I have ever rented. And all of the tools and spare linens present to keep it that way. Beautiful area, park-like feel, a block from a major park and shopping, easy walk to downtown. Homely feel with very usable kitchen, thoughtful decor. Very relaxing!

Спокойное место, приятный район, местами видно горы и ощущается простор. Рядом тц, ресторанчики с вкусной едой и много мест для парковки. Достаточно тепло зимой.

we enjoyed our stay in Jelena’s house, is clean, peaceful, internet works reliably and you have everything to have a nice holiday there. she and her husband are great hosts. totally recommend their beautiful house. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🔝

Jelena was very hospitable and helpful. She allowed us to check-in early due to an early flight. My 2 year old had a wild time at the large garden and wonderful orchards. The house was the right size and kitchen had all that was needed for family cooking. The house had air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom which was amazing in the August heat. The area around the house is absolutely stunning. Though roads are very tricky, so not great for access through public transport or for inexperienced drivers. Overall we had an amazing time and would love to visit again.

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

We were honestly blown away - quiet literally! Nikola was friendly and professional, right from picking us up on the boat to dropping us back off. He made sure we felt at home, helped when we were stuck for groceries due to flight delays, and even threw in some house extras! The house was well equipped, with free kayaks to use, local restaurant, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only sounds were of birds chirping and boats gurgling. We had a couple of windy days, but that only made the experience more exciting. We had our breakfast on the patio, watched the sunset and stars appear, dipped in the river, bird watched, and went kayaking up to the monastery. Overall, a beautiful house in a breathtaking place of natural beauty, with a superb host... We recommend boating over to the restaurant in the summer. Many times we even watched the friendly restaurant owner pull out fish from the river - It was delicious.

We were absolutely thrilled! definite recommendation! the host is so friendly, shows you around, welcomes you and makes a check-in really easy. The house itself is so cozy and special! A hammock under a fig tree, a really nice outside porch, a cute living room - we would have liked to stay much longer! You can even use kajaks (they belong to the house). We had a wonderful sunset kajak tour on the beautiful lake. We loved it. 5 Stars!

Příjezd byl naplanovam kolem 10h večer, bohužel kvůli defektu jsme se zdrželi a nebyl problém ve 2 v noci nás ubytovat a vše ukázat. Krásné čisté a navíc jelikož jsme cestovali se psy byl k dispozici psí výběh. Určitě se rádi vrátíme.

位置很好，房东非常好，热情友善，这个房间非常适合第二天的飞机，步行到机场只要20分钟。

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Nenad! Es ist eine tolle Wohnung mit einer schönen Terrasse. Die Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet (wir hätten uns eine Auflaufform gewünscht). Nenad war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, v.a. als wir Probleme hatten die Unterkunft zu finden (nach Ljuta fahren, nicht der automatischen Wegbeschreibung folgen). Ansonsten ist die Lage super: ein bisschen entfernt vom recht vollen Kotor kann man mit einem Wein oder Bier den Blick auf die Bucht genießen. Und in nur 2 min Fußweg gibt es einen kleinen betonierten Zugang zum Meer. Klare Empfehlung! Danke für das Begrüßungs-Bier im Kühlschrank :-)

Всё очень понравилось!! Jelena — потрясающая хозяйка, всегда была на связи, принесла нам красивые бокалы для вина, встречала и провожала! В доме есть всё, что нужно для отдыха на море, а для моей больной спины хозяйка принесла 2 мягких матраса, что сделало отдых ещё лучше. Моя однозначная рекомендация! 100 из 10! Вернёмся сюда ещё!

Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite mal hier. Es war wieder ein wundervoller Urlaub! Die Kommunikation war super und der checkin und Check out war super flexibel! Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Der Balkon ist natürlich das Highlight mit einer wundervollen Sicht aufs Meer. Hier haben wir viele Sonnenuntergänge beobachten können. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir werden wieder kommen.

We stayed in the apartment for a few days. It is a cozy apartment with a great view from the window. It had everything you need to cook for yourself and have a good time. Great wi-fi. Friendly communication and quick answers in the chat. Nice place, we liked it and even booked a few more days. I recommend it!
