La maison est conforme au descriptif. Une grande maison, très agréable pour une famille de 4! Koke et sa famille sont très accueillants et réactifs. Koke nous a donné de nombreux conseils et idées de restaurants. Cetinje est une ville paisible et agréable, accessible à pied depuis le logement. Une bouffée d'air comparée à l'agitation touristique de la côte en cette saison. Je recommande vivement !

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

A beautiful and peaceful spot in village Krimovica. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. A special place. We are glad to have the chance to meet Željko and appreciate his hospitality. A short drive from several beaches. Local restaurants nearby. Comfortable space for 2 people. Željko has many great recommendations. He arranged a boat ride for us. Fantastic location , with a fabulous view. Just a 15 minute walk to Old Town. Easy for us with the stairs down to the bay. Would be a challenge if you had mobility issues, but an easy walk down to the water. A great bakery just to the right at the bottom of the stairs. We really liked the restaurant Landovina, which is nearby.

Ved ankomst mødte vi Eamonn, meget imødekommende, storsmilende, klar til at byde os velkommen. Nem indflytning - gode anbefalinger - vi følte os velkommen og “hjemme”. Under opholdet havde vi daglig kontakt med Eamonn. Og havde gode snakke. Restaurant Portun på modsatte side af vejen er en oplevelse. Huset er meget spændende indrettet, der er god plads til 8 personer. Stranden ligger lige udenfor døren.

Daniel est très serviable et disponible. L’arrivée s’est très bien déroulée. La vue du penthouse est tout simplement époustouflante avec une terrasse gigantesque. La piscine est très agréable et aucun vis à vis. La baignade dans les bouches du kotor, juste en face de la maison est très agréable et très pratique. Le penthouse était très propre et très bien équipé. Daniel nous a mis quelques attentions personnelles dans le réfrigérateur. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Je recommande fortement.

Wir hatten einen 6-Nächte Aufenthalt in dem Appartment von Ivona. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war hervorragend - von ihr und ihrer Schwester haben wir zahlreiche Tips für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung erhalten. Wir haben es genossen, dass wir direkt in die Altstadt von Kotor laufen konnten - und gleichzeitig eine sehr ruhige Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht! Auch das Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe ist gut und hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Appartment und weitere Services der Wohnung wie z.B. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, 2 Schlafzimmer und Kamin haben unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Vielen Dank Ivona!

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und einfach zu erreichen. Sie entsprach den Bildern. Jelena & Ivan waren gut zu erreichen und haben immer super schnell geantwortet. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön! Ich kann die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen :)

This one one of our favourite Airbnb stays ever! The apartment is actually better than the photos (this rarely happens), with spacious interior and stunning views over Kotor Bay! The host was so helpful, communicating with our taxi driver when we arrived, so that we found the place easily! Check in was as easy as walking in and making ourselves at home. We IMMEDIATELY felt at home here. It is a welcoming, small neighbourhood on the mountainside. It is devinely peaceful and away from the bustle and crowds of Old Town Kotor. The hosts had water, juice and wine waiting in the fridge as well as a large tray of fresh fruit on the table, which is such a nice welcome at the end of a travel day. Do not hesitate to book! Very well appointed for long stays! Do know that for these amazing views, you are situated up the mountain, so a car or strong legs and healthy cardio is required. This is well described in the listing however. The hosts make this stay even better!

Great home base for exploring the bay of Kotor. Walkable to the old town of Kotor, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The host has tons of recommendations for what to do in the area, we highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic week in Vladan’s apartment. He was very communicative before and during our stay and answered all our questions promptly. He was so helpful in lending us a phone cable and electrical adapters also. The apartment itself is in the perfect location. Everything is on your doorstep: the beach, restaurants, bakers, the Old Town with all its wonderful bars and restaurants and shops and a supermarket. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. The apartment itself is lovely and clean and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. We cooked several meals in the large kitchen. The shower was very powerful and bathroom was spotlessly clean. A lovely balcony to sit on and watch the world go by.. plus the air conditioning was very much appreciated. Thank you Vladan for your wonderful apartment - we had an amazing trip!

He was really helpful and professional, explaining everything about the place and sightseeing in Kotor. The house was spotless, and all facilities were fully functional. We would definitely come back next time👍

We had the best two nights here. The apartment was lovely and cosy. The weather wasn’t great for our stay so it was a lovely place to spend some unexpected time. Milo was great too and an excellent host. Would recommend to stay here while staying in Kotor.

Slobodan's home was really beautiful. Very conveniently located in the old town. The apartment itself is very nice, comfortable and spacious. Check-in process was very easy, thanks to the clear instructions and videos sent to us. Slobodan gave us good recommendations of the restaurants in the region and places of attraction. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed for 7 days at Three Figs and what a fantastic beautiful and peaceful place it is. I can’t recommend this place enough. Luka was amazing at sorting us transport more or less daily at reasonable prices. Any queries and Luka was straight on it to help out. We felt straight away at home and everything you could possibly need. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the breathtaking views. I would recommend hiring a car. We didn’t as neither of us have driven on the right hand side of the road before. We were left a basket of delicious fresh vegetables and a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. All in all a great experience and Dalmatia is simply a stunning area Andy, Eastleigh, England

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! This home is located a lovely distance from Kotor -- close enough for a long (~1 hour) walk or short drive -- and a short drive from Perast. This neighborhood is much more quiet than Kotor or Perast but with the same views. Budimir was the perfect host and is the reason why Airbnbs can be special. He met us for check in, arranged a (great) boat tour for us the next day, made us an incredible breakfast and dinner at his private restaurant downstairs, let us use his kayak, gave us local recommendations, and generally just made our experience incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it wholeheartedly. I only wish our stay had been longer.

We loved our stay at the villa. The location was ideal being a short distance from the airport, Cavtat and Dubrovnik. The borders to Montenegro and Bosnia are also nearby. We hired a car for our stay and would say it’s essential to really appreciate the area. The villa has a homely feel although a bit dated in its interior decor, it worked so well for us all, enabling private areas and space. Aircraft did fly by but did not affect our enjoyment of the property. The real plus for us all was the outside space …. So gorgeous with fruit in abundance; kiwis, limes, pomegranates, figs, apples, damsons and quince. The outlook was stunning and the pool was perfect and cleaned regularly. The nearby beach was 20 minutes walk away. A steep decline but stunningly beautiful. Local wineries are worth visiting and their produce impressive. Anna was very approachable and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Milos’ place. The Villa is modern, spacious and super clean. It is well resourced and even has a lovely outdoor cooking area also. It is very suitable for families or a large group of friends. The only difficulty we had was booking taxis for a group of 6 so I would recommend hiring a car if considering staying at this villa. Milos is super nice and responsive when we had questions.

Ich war Ende Juni mit fünf freunden in der Villa Nera von Sonja und Neno. Ich kann nur absolut positiv über die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber berichten. Die Unterkunft war meiner Meinung nach, noch schöner als es auf den Fotos rüberkommt. Die Gastgeber Sonja und Neno sind jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Der Ausblick den man in der Villa hat ist einmalig. Wenn man sich einen Mietwagen mietet kann man auch innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten alles in Budva erreichen. Selbst wenn man mal mit dem Taxi in die Stadt fährt, bezahlt man auch nicht die Welt. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden und sind uns einig das wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen wollen. LG Luca

Spotlessly clean villa, beautiful location with stunning views, host were lovely people and always happy to help. Beds were very comfy. We loved the outdoor kitchen and found it ideal. Close to airport if you have a car 25 mins drive. 35 mins to the old town. The villa is quite rural and very peaceful and relaxing. Overall a very lovely villa with a great picturesque view, went for one week but we would have loved two.

Tamara is a wonderful host. This is the first time I have seen such an open, kind and easy to communicate host as Tamara. Very attentive to details in the house, explained and showed everything. Her house is charming, super cozy, lots of kitchen appliances and devices, impeccable wooden furniture and bed linen. Even the curtains match the bedspread. 😍 the house looked exactly like in the photo, in the description and even better! A big plus is the hamam, especially in rainy weather it is very pleasant to warm up. The territory is completely private, you can safely spend time both in the house and on the territory near the house. Check-in and check-out times were flexible, this is a huge plus! Despite the fact that my friends and I stayed only one night, Tamara left us a welcome gift of wine and candy. I was touched, especially considering that it was my birthday.
