Podstrana : locations de vacances avec suite privative

Landlords are very kind, nothing was missing but if anything they are on the spot and will give you whatever you need. The place we stayed was cosy, felt like private (there are only 2 apartments) and close to the center of Trogir, island Ciovo as well as Split Airport.

Ein sehr angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung war zutreffend und die Kommunikation mit Mario war sehr freundlich und korrekt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Gerne wieder! Danke Mario

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und konnten sogar etwas früher ins Apartment, da wir schon eher vor Ort angekommen sind als geplant. Alles lief problemlos. Sehr kinderlieb und freundlich. Schöner, ruhiger Ort zum entspannen. Der Kiesstrand ist direkt nach ein paar Schritten zu erreichen (ca 20m). Der leckere Bäcker ist direkt an der Ecke. Sowieso auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und eine Bar. Vor Ort kann man Boote, Tretboote, Paddle Boards uvm. mieten. Wir haben uns ein Boot (20PS) ausgeliehen und waren ca nach 30 Minuten an der schönen Blauen Lagune. Auch weitere schöne Strände sind in 20-30 min erreichbar. Wir waren begeistert von der Gastfreundlichkeit und der Schönheit des Landes. Die Gastgeberin und ihre nette Mutter können wir nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Séjour très agréable, appartement propre et fonctionnel. Très belle vue mer, malgré une villa devant la terrasse qui n’était pas montrée sur les photos de l’annonce… Jacuzzi vu mer très agréable surtout après une grosse journée Logement situé à 5min de la plage à pied et transports en commun en bas de la rue.

Det är ett mycket fräscht, enkelt boende för 2 personer, med trevlig uteplats. Ca 5 min promenad till stranden. Milena svarar snabbt och är hjälpsam. Nära till mataffär och buss nummer 60 in till Split på 20 min. Ta med myggmedel, det fanns i lgh men kan vara bra att ha lite extra på kvällen.

Ana, Ivanka und Ivo waren sehr, freundlich, aufmerksam und liebevoll. Es wurde kälter, sie haben mir wärmere Kleidung geliehen und Früchte von Ihrem Garten gegeben. Sie waren sehr hilfreich als ich zum Flughafen musste und haben mir immer gute Ratschläge gegeben. Sie haben mir auch gute Hinweise für Restaurants und Ausflüge gegeben. Vielen Dank!!

We spent 2 nights here and loved it. It is very peaceful, the bed is comfy, the whole place was super clean and has everything you need. Živko was very friendly when she greeted us and quick to respond to messages. Convenient location, easy to walk around town and only a 10-min drive to the airport. We would highly recommend staying here!

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein und fein, es ist alles da, wie beschrieben. Bedingt durch das warme Klima, haben wir uns tagsüber auf der Terrasse und im Garten aufgehalten, der sehr schön gestaltet ist. Der Wein war Ende September reif und durfte von uns genascht werden. Auch hat Barbara im Garten einige Kräuter, was sehr praktisch ist. In der Küche sind ebenso Olivenöl, Essig, Salz und Pfeffer vorhanden. Das Meer ist nur eine kurze Entfernung, über eine Straße erreichbar, der Kiesstrand ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist ebenfalls nur 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Ca. 15 Minuten brauchten wir zu Restaurants, am Strand von Poljica, die am Saisonende, noch offen waren. Mit dem Auto waren wir in 5 Minuten in Marina, wo das Angebot an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten größer ist. Wir haben Poljica als Ausgangspunkt zu Ausflügen in die Nähe, nach Trogir, Primošten und Sibenik genutzt. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Barbara, sehr empfehlenswert. Danke.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war rundum gelungen! Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und konnte uns alles hervorragend auf Deutsch erklären. Die Wohnung “Luka” war wunderschön und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der fantastische Ausblick vom Balkon, wo wir abends die Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer genießen konnten. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt war die Lautstärke der Hauptstraße, die mit offenem Fenster schon laut war, sowie die etwas hellhörigen Wände zu den Nachbarn (die uns morgens leider durch ihre Kinder immer wach gemacht haben). Dennoch haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein besonderes Plus: Aufgrund unseres späten Fluges durften wir 5 Stunden später auschecken, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt – wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

everything you need is nearby. the market is just over the street and if you cross the bridge, you are already in the old town within a few minutes. the room is small, but there's everything you need for a short city trip. you can make yourself a tea or a coffee in the hallway.

Logement conforme aux attentes, dans un environnement calme et proche des commerces et restaurants/bars à pieds. Anita est très attentionnée et hyper réactif aux demandes . Je recommande à 200% cette location.

Vi hadde noen fantastiske dager på terrassen og leiligheten til Ivana. Det føltes litt som å være med i «Mamma Mia» da vi åpnet døren og gikk ned mot stranden som ligger 20 sekunder unna. Ubeskrivelig vakkert både Strand område og terrasse som skjermet for innsyn.. Leiligheten var sjarmerende, og med et utekjøkken på terrassen som var helt perfekt for oss. Kommunikasjonen med Ivana var god. Hun svarte raskt og prøvde å fikse det vi spurte om. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Das Haus entsprach perfekt der Beschreibung ... Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt... Podstrana ist ein perfekter Ort, um Ruhe und schöne Landschaft zu finden. Der Strand ist perfekt zu 5-10 min zu Fuß zuerreichen. Sind als eine Familie mit klein Kindern verreist. Das Haus ist kinderfreundlich und sehr sauber. Es ist an alles gedacht. Ich kann dieses Haus und Damira wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Dujes Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und am Pool kann man entspannen und den schönen Ausblick genießen. Duje und seine Mama sind so gastfreundlich und herzensgute Menschen. Beide sind jederzeit bereit gute Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung zu geben. Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage - ruhig, aber man ist zu Fuß schnell am Strand und im Zentrum. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!! Wir werden die beiden sehr vermissen

Domaćin vrlo brzo odgovara na poruke, sve smo se jednostavno dogovorili. Smještaj je lijep i ima sve potrebno za ugodan boravak.

The house is very cozy, clean and tastefully decorated. Marija is a great hostess, very warm and pleasant. We had the cottage in the immediate vicinity, yet always had our privacy. We usually saw each other briefly in the evening when we sat outside the cottage. We enjoyed talking about our excursions, for which Marija gave us great recommendations. We were able to contact Marija at any time if necessary. We only took advantage of this offer once, when we were missing a little something while cooking; she was standing in front of our door less than 5 minutes later. She also gave us fresh basil, which she picked for us in the garden, and a large bowl of her own peppers to go with our meal. Super nice! By the way: in the kitchen we found the finest olive oil (homemade of her family) which we were expressly allowed to use. We can recommend Marija and her apartment without reservation, we felt very comfortable and we will certainly not be the only ones. 😉

Srđan was an amazing host! Even though we were a little late he waited for us at the apartment and recommended activities. The apartment was BEAUTIFUL. A very modern, stylish interior set in an old stone house right below of the town’s church. When you step outside on the marble steps that lead up to the church you have an amazing panorama! The apartment is cozy and they made great use of the space by dividing living and sleeping spaces on the gallery. We recommend staying in Nerežišća if you’re looking for a central location on Brač to explore the whole island. From here we drove to different beaches and towns every day. The village has a small supermarket, bakery and two cafes only a short 3 minute walk away, but for serious shopping and night life we would recommend the close-by town of Supetar.

La mamma di Karlo e Miroslav ci ha accolti e spiegato tutto per filo e per segno, non parlando inglese, si è fatta capire in altri modi ma nessun problema! L'appartamento era pulito, ordinato con tanto di bagno altrettanto sistemato. Non erano presenti olio, sale o zucchero ma non è stato un gran problema. La posizione ottima ci ha permesso di raggiungere a piedi in neanche 10 minuti le spiagge. Sono presenti ben due supermercati nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento, entrambi raggiungibili a piedi. Nell'appartamento inoltre è presente una televisione da 43 pollici proprio davanti il letto!

We would like to thank Ivan for his warm welcome and all the help he gave us throughout the trip (such as transportation from the airport to the accommodation) and his availability! It is safe to say this is the best Airbnb experience we've ever had (and we've had a lot). Hosts were very welcoming, friendly and flexible and were very detailed in their check-in instructions. Beach and restaurant recommendations were provided and we were very happy with these. The house itself is spacious, the bedrooms are on two separate floors and the whole place is beautifully decorated. The yard is very cozy, we enjoyed our morning coffee there and also had a relaxing time in the jacuzzi at night. We definitely recommend Nikola's place to anyone who's looking for a stay in one of Split's most gorgeous areas. Thanks for everything!
