Poetto : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Taty und Luca. Die beiden sind tolle Gastgeber, waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und der Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattetes - insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es an nichts und man kann sich wunderbar bekochen. Das Meer ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Apartment, sowie Taty und Luca als Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen. :)

Ospiti squisiti e alloggio perfetto, moderno, ben arredato e pulitissimo. In più ci è stato fornito il materiale per la colazione. Non posso che raccomandarlo. A presto !

Barbara war sehr aufmerksam und hat sich regelmäßig nach uns erkundigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt; Strand, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt waren 2-3 gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier.

Grazioso appartamento in una zona tranquilla con tutte le comodità nelle vicinanze. Apprezzata la cura e la pulizia della casa. Matteo ci ha anche fatto trovare il frigo pieno.

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

Massimo’s apartment is a little gem in the middle of Cagliari, located in an amazing old building. The entire apartment is beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated. The high ceilings and thick walls and its location next to a beautiful square complete the experience. With a 2-minute walk you are right in the center of the city, starting at the Via Roma next to the harbor, where a lot of bars and restaurants are. A relatively large supermarket is located within just 5 minutes’ walk. So if you are looking for a stay in Cagliari in style, where you can and enjoy an evening in relaxation at “home” on one day and enjoy all the city has to offer within walking distance the other day, this is your place. Not to forget, Massimo is a great host and very responsive!

Well-equipped, modern apartment with great views. Christian is a welcoming host and was quick to respond to any questions. The apartment is conveniently located next to a supermarket and bus stops so we found it easy to get around without a car. The beach can be reached on foot (~20mins) but a short bus ride will take you to the other end of Poetto beach which has more facilities.

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti dell'appartamento,accogliente,ordinato e pulito. Zona tranquilla,ma con tutti i servizi a disposizione intorno..pochi km e si trovano vari grandi supermercati, discount, farmacia ecc.. posto auto interno super utile! Comodo come soluzione per chi si ferma al mare del poetto che dista circa 1km in auto. Anche il barbecue lo abbiamo usato un sacco. 🔝 E infine un grazie a Davide che è stato sempre gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione utile per la casa e fuori. We had an amazing family holiday here and loved the ambient of the house with its vicinity to a wonderful sandy beach and crystal clear water. Thank you to Enrico who supported us with helpful advice!

We loved staying here as a family. The hosts were so helpful and friendly even loaning a fishing rod. Their advice was great! The house was great and had everything we needed. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with stunning views & wonderful hosts. Our tips for people staying: You need a car to get around but do get an SUV as the roads around are full of holes so it was easier compared to a normal car. If you stay in the back bedroom and like to get up past 7am or sleep in the afternoons take ear plugs. The neighbour has loud conversations on his telephone & you can hear it all & their shower etc If you are a light sleeper you will need this or use the 2 front bedrooms. Make sure you watch the sunset. It’s beautiful The recycling takes a bit to work out what is where if you don’t speak Italian but use a translator app and take a picture and it translates it for you

Boendet var perfekt för oss, en barnfamilj med två vuxna och två barn. Lungt och tyst område och nära till bra strand och bad. Vi hade även bil och kunde enkelt ta oss till Villasimius med ett stort utbud av jättefina stränder, btiker och restauranger. Vi kan defenitivt rekommendera både boendet och Michele som värd!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Dom a vybavenie vyzerá oveľa lepšie ako na fotkách. Miesto bolo naozaj blízko pláže. Bol tam kľud a ticho. Dal sa použiť gril na drevené uhlie. Bola k dispozícii aj vonkajšia sprcha tak po pláži sme sa od piesku umyli vonku. Dve terasy kde sa dalo jesť + veľký balkón bol skvelý. Ak chcete byť len na pláži a ísť si niečo len kúpiť do obchodu tak nepotrebujete ani auto. Obchod bol relatívne blízko (15 minút peši), aj keď s veľkým nákupom to nebolo jednoduché, ale dá sa to zvládnuť. Ak budete mať požičané auto, parkovať sa dá na pozemku. Klimatizácia bola v každej izbe, ale nebolo ju treba ani zapínať. Wifi bola dostačujúca pre 4 osoby. Vrelo odporúčam toto ubytovanie

Alice our host was very welcoming and helpful. The villa is extremely good value for money, views are amazing, and the pool is heated to perfection, in fact 'awesome'!!! Good wifi, tap water that is great to drink and everything you could need. 2 minute walk to lovely beach and beach bar open even in February! Thank you Alice from all of us!

We stayed in this apartment for more than a week. If you don't want to rent a car and just want to relax, you can easily get to the apartment with just one bus from the central train station. Owners are very friendly, met us outside the apartment and showed us around. Thereʼre two big grocery stores and restaurants near apartment. The apartment was actually great with a sea view and beautiful balconies on which you can spend hours. Sea is also close , about 15 minutes walk on a nice big beach. If you are looking for an apartment with great owners where you have everything you need and more, clean and comfortable, Really do not think and rent Michela apartment you will be 100% satisfied and have a great time. Thanks guys 🙂

The accommodation was pristine and had all the amenities you needed. Huge balcony with views of the sea and mountains. Perfect for your morning coffee or evening wines on the balcony!

Silvia è stata una buona Host, ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare per un self check-in in tarda serata. L’ alloggio assolutamente corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione, a due passi dal lungomare del Poetto.

Casa Levante ist sehr empfehlenswert! Super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles verfügbar und es hat alles funktioniert. Die Lage ist großartig. Ein paar Schritte und man ist am Strand, den man auch von der wunderbaren Terrasse sehen kann. Sehr bequem war, dass Strandstühle, Schirm etc. zur Verfügung standen. Die Kommunikation hat bestens geklappt. Silvia und ihr Mann sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Leute. Bis zum nahe gelegenen Supermarkt sind es nur ca. 3min. mit dem Auto, man kann auch gut zu Fuß gehen. Dort gibt es alles, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Ich kann Silvias Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen! Grazie Silvia!

La Leopold house è un appartamento piccolo ma dotato di tutti i comfort, ha una cucina, un bagno privato e un piccolo ma delizioso balconcino che affaccia ad una strada poco trafficata dove si può parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente. Nei dintorni si possono trovare locali, bar, pizzerie, ristoranti, supermercati e fermate autobus, taxi e noleggio scooter, biciclette e il servizio car sharing. Noi abbiamo fatto bellissime passeggiate con la bici lungo le saline e fino al mare, anche d'inverno è davvero bello! Loredana è un host attenta, gentile e mai invadente, sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande e indicazioni. Assolutamente consigliato!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Andrea und seiner Frau. Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell auf Fragen antwortet und viele Vorschläge für Unternehmungen bereit hält. Das Apartment ist sehr groß, modern und sauber. Sichere Parkplätze finden sich direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Orazio zu 100 % wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Lage ist traumhaft. Der Strand und das Meer sind direkt vor der Haustüre. Wer Entspannung sucht ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig. Orazio ist ein überaus freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der einem weit über das Übliche hinaus unterstützt.
