Poggioreale, Naples : locations de vacances avec terrasse

The appartment was perfect for our needs, those of a family of 4 including two small children. I believe a larger family or group of 5 people would also find the accomodation spacious enough. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms (including the living room) provide ample space. The location includes a large balcony, without spectacular views but useful for storage and drying clothes. For an additional 15 EUR/day, parking is available right downstairs, in a private and closed garagge (at 1/2 the price of public parking, provided you can find it). Other pluses include A/C, well equipped kitchen, great espresso machine, nearby supermarket, friendly neighbours and walkable distances for good restaurants and the main beach in Maiori. Maiori itself is an excellent base for the Amalfi coast. It is reasonably populated and priced compared to Amalfi and Positano, and well connected logistically to the entire coast. This was one of the best stays for us, and we highly recommend it.

it was a pleasure to stay at Alex's place, clean, beautiful view, nice and quite, everything you need , short walk to great restaurants. nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of amalfi and positano. approx 10min via bus either way

This place was so nice. I couldn’t believe how big the outside space was - it was so nice to sit up there of an evening, with a supermarket only a few minutes away. Titta gave us lots of local information and booked a really nice restaurant for us which made the most amazing pizza. It’s so close to Pompei, Sorrento, Herculaneum, Versuveus, etc… Titta is an amazing host and we felt really welcomed. Thank you so much and we look forward to returning in the future.

Excelente estancia!! La ubicación del departamento es inmejorable: muy cerca de la estación de tren (ideal para llegar desde Roma o visitar Pompeya, el Vesubio, etc.) y a pocos pasos de las calles peatonales del centro, muy fácil para ir caminando a todos lados. El departamento es amplio, cómodo, con una cocina super equipada y todo impecable. Italo fue un anfitrión excelente, siempre atento a nuestras consultas y muy fácil de coordinar con él. Sin duda, lo recomiendo!

Nous avons passé 5 jours à Naples dans le logement d'Antonio. L'arrivée a été facile car tout était bien indiqué. Le quartier est un peu excentré mais il y a des arrêts de bus proches pour se rendre dans le centre ou à la gare pour partir découvrir la région. Des commerces sont à proximité.

Luigi is a charmer and tremendously helpful. Met us at the apartment and showed us all the tricks to the place including TV screens descending from the ceiling (the view was better than anything on Netflix). At street level the neighbourhood is pretty grotty, though with the convenience of the main train station just a couple of minutes walk away. But once you’re up above the noise, you don’t want to leave. A highlight is the outdoor shower, astonishingly private given the crowded bustle of the city. The balcony itself is bigger than many Italian apartments. You can float above the city, enjoy the church bells, the distant mad honking of the traffic, the gentle play of the swallows at dusk, and feel like a king. Or Queen.

This is an architectural gem, and if you’re looking for that, you’ve found it. A grand old dame of a building, she is frayed at the edges but glorious. The roof terrace is a refuge from the frenetic vibe of the area- Naples as a city and everywhere between there and Salerno is go, go, go! Cars in Italy use horns as artistic expression, so bring ear plugs. We’re glad we chose this as staying in Naples itself would have been too intense, but Leopardi was ideal. Just a short train ride to both Pompeii and Herculaneum, also the shuttle bus to Vesuvius, not far to Sorrento. Fabio was very helpful and loads of recommendations, including La Bruna, home of wonderful pizza. The local area isn’t a tourist destination, but you’re not far from hubs with more services. Waking up to views of Vesuvius and Capri was wonderful.

This place is incredible. It has beautiful views and is walkable to everything Ravello has to offer. It is a mountain town so the short walk is at quite an incline. Luisa gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and responded quickly to all our questions, including giving us detailed information about how best to access the walking path to Minori.

Such a wonderful place and a great host! Nothing but clear and helpful communication, if you’re looking for a place to stay, this is definitely it!! 💕

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Carmen per una settimana durante il periodo di capodanno. La casa era situata in un’area tranquilla e al tempo stessa comoda per raggiungere le principali aree turistiche permettendo di fare una bella camminata. La casa era pulita e ci sono stati offerti due set di asciugami e lenzuola siccome saremo stati per più di una settimana cosa che è stata altamente apprezzata. Inoltre, la casa offriva lavatrice, macchina del caffè e tutte gli utensili per cucinare a casa se si voleva. Siccome avevamo l’aereo il pomeriggio tardi, Carmen è stata così gentile da permetterci di fare un check nel pomeriggio e in generale è sempre stata disponibile e super reattiva via messaggi. Sicuramente se torniamo a Napoli, ritorneremo qui.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment is perfect for two couples. The hot tub is an amazing perk after a day walking Positano. The hosts are helpful, met us at the door, helped with luggage, and called a restaurant on our behalf. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If you want to see, feel, and taste Positano stay here. This place is amazing. I can’t emphasize enough that if you are planning on visiting the absolute beautiful village of Positano you should stay here. This place will always stay in my wife and my memories. Some of the best ever memories were made here. But there is more. Imara, the co-host is over the top. She went way beyond the norm to make sure our stay was a great experience. Great communication and great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. And very important, how to get around. Transportation is this beautiful little place is tricky. Imara helped us tremendously. She arranged travel from Napoli that went flawlessly. She also arranged a catered private dinner on the terrace on our last night that will go down as one of our all time favorite nights. And we travel extensively. Hands down……..Casa Viva and Imara are what you hope you find when you travel. Thank you for a real good time!!!!!!

Maria’s villa was beautiful. My friends and I really enjoyed it. The host was very helpful and communicative, we will be back!

Nous étions 2 amies et le logement convient parfaitement pour 2 personnes. Je dormais dans la chambre sur le lit double et mon amie dormait sur le divan-lit du salon. C'est très lumineux et le jardin est un paradis!!! C'est très facile de se déplacer à Sorrento pour visiter. C'est un endroit très calme en nature. Stefano est très réactif et répond à toutes nos questions. Il présente toutes les activités qu'il est possible de faire. Il a même effectué une réservation au restaurant pour nous. Merci grandement pour ce magnifique séjour !

Marianna’s house was a great find. It was clean, spacious, well appointed, close to town but quiet. Ample room for parking (although a tight fit for the car at the end of the road, you won’t want a large rental car, we had a VW T-Roc which fit just fine). It was an easy and safe 10-min walk to the centre of Pompeii and 25-30 mins to the Archeological Park. The accommodation was surprisingly big, offering three large comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms. The snack food and drink provided by Marianna was very generous and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics such as oil and coffee. Stepping outside into the driveway you have an uninterrupted view of Vesuvius! Thank you Marianna!

Perfect place to stay in Napoli. Apartment located right in the busy historic center. Corrado was a great host. He welcomed us personally with a local coffee and sfogliatelle and helped us with our luggage. He also gave us some helpful recommendations and booked us a taxi to the airport upon checkout. The apartment had every we and our baby needed. Would highly recommend.😊

Siamo stati davvero come a casa nostra. L'appartamento é pulito e davvero accogliente. Fornito di tutto quanto serve. Giacomo è molto più che gentile, ci ha consigliato sul modo migliore per raggiungere l'appartamento (non vorrei scriverlo per non farlo passare per un servizio incluso ma ci é venuto a prendere in stazione e ci riaccompagnato il giorno della partenza). Ci ha fornito indicazioni sui servizi e i ristoranti nei dintorni. Sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta. Il miglior airbnb dove mi sia capitato di abitare. Grazie

Really close to historic center. Great eating and drinking. We loved visiting Pompeii, which was easy by train. The apartment had many stairs, good for walking off the pizza! Bed was comfy, and we appreciated being able to sit on the terrace.

Fabrizio was an excellent hosts. He was very helpful providing local guides and recommendations. He was super helpful and easy to reach.

This place was almost perfect for what we wanted. The view was great even on cloudy days. Our style is walking and public transport. The location is good for that. A little far from Metro stations but the walk and neighborhoods are quite nice, full of real nice people. So nice because you can be a tourist sometimes then feel like you came back to your neighborhood home in Arenella area and particularly Medaglie d'oro. La Padella, Supero and other places made life good. Most important was our very supportive and responsive host. If there was something needed the response was fast. Great. We will never forget this experience and the people and their kindness, food, coffee, wine, water, beauty, history of Naples. Sincerest thanks Chiara!

Giulia's beautiful apartment was perfect for my sister, brother-in-law, husband and my 6 nights in Sorrento with its quality furnishings, terrific terrace with 2 seating areas and breathtaking view. The apartment was so pleasant to hang out in that we had to force ourselves to sightsee. A good supermarket was very close by, as was the train station and harbor for commuting to Naples, Pompeii and Herculaneum. Claudio managed our booking and stay with the right level of communication, attentiveness and care, helping us when a medical issue arose. A delightful , well managed apartment in a quality building. I'd happily return.
