We really liked staying in this house. It’s a really great beach house that is quite comfortable and has heaps of personality to it. The views of the Tasman and the nearby dune fields are unbelievable. Paula was such a friendly and effective host. She gave us great advice on how to reach a nearby lake by trekking over the dunes. Definitely want to go back!

It truly is a beautiful spot, the view is stunning, the only thing between you and Australia is some bush, the beach and ocean. The privacy is practically absolute, it's serene with fantastic bush and birds visiting. On arriving the street is unique in that the numbers start high, going low, the carparks are great, but first time hard to see in the dark. The walk(steps) goes up about 30m ( 10 stories ), through beautiful bush and silver ferns. The house is very private, beautiful wood ( the outside is deceptive ), upstairs there are windows either side of the house with insect screens, that open cool upstairs nicely. It's relatively basic, but functional, you really pay for the view, privacy and some of the freshest air in NZ. If your happy with a decent walk up, a quaint house, the reward is a stunning location. To sit and watch the ocean, surfers and listen to the birdlife was magical.

Elsie and Mike's cottage is so beautiful, such wonderful attention to detail and we instantly felt at home. A perfect spot for any amount of time in Auckland with everything you could need, and lovely hosts to wave hello to at the end or start of a lovely day. We would definitely come back asap!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect. Instructions so easy loved having a carpark. The space was so nice especially with a few of us there it had everything we needed. My son and I enjoyed sitting outside on the deck. We all had such a good sleep nice and cosy, the shower was great! Overall loved our stay thank you!!

Roko’s townhouse was the perfect place for my parents and I to stay while visiting family nearby. The apartment is pristine, modern, comfortable and homely. The kitchen was well fitted out, beds super comfy and air con worked well to keep us cool. We appreciated the effective communication from Roko and would definitely stay again.

Great place. We liked the kitchen/outdoor space, we liked that it had plenty of everything that you might need for a stay and how responsive it was Tanya. We could walk to a few cafes and was a short way from Zoo the main purpose of our visit. Having two levels allowed for some privacy with grandparents as well. Super well equipped house where you will feel confortable during your stay.

Lovely central apartment close to K Rd and easy access to ponsonby. Place was immaculate and comfortable. Mostly quiet. Small but nice gym and decent internal pool. Convenient city side pad. Would definitely stay again.

It was a wonderful location, awesome view and right above some amazing eating spots. Just what we were after! Look forward to coming back.

the place was accomodating, Alan and Lisa were very friendly and helpful, everything was perfect. if we come back to new zealand would definitely come back to Alan and Lisa. Would certainly recomend staying there. They really made you feel at home and were very welcoming

Such a great find, the home is beautiful, tidy with great amenities.

It was a perfect place to stay. I even stayed one extra day there. Everything you need is in walking distance - either you wanna have a breakfast, lunch or dinner or get smth to eat at home. After a breakfast a even got massage and pedicure on my way back to home. Della is very friendly and willing to help. I felt right at home

We found Rachel's place to be even better than what was written about it. Rachel had everything generously stocked: kitchen supplies, crockery and utensils, bathroom supplies and everything you could need for your stay. It was an easy walking distance to the New World Supermarket and shops and cafes. We so enjoyed our stay at her place will look forward to staying there again, when next we visit our family. We enjoyed a fabulous stay here in this wonderful home. Everything from the space, to location to the cleanliness was great. The multiple indoor and outdoor spaces offer a haven to relax and unwind. and with easy access to the motorway, beach and local restaurants it’s a perfect place to stay. The space also caters well to large groups which is a bonus and to top it off Grant is an exceptional host. Would highly recommend staying here!

The house is centrally located, with a grocery store just around the corner and a beach within a 5-minute walk, which I didn't even realise was so close. We had access to the fridge, microwave, and plenty of silverware. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels available. Additionally, Shane was extremely kind and helped resolve a minor issue with our car, which saved our trip. Overall, Shane was a wonderful and hospitable host.

Amazing Air BnB that was 10/10! Henry's place is super cool, amazing art, furniture and style... this is one of the best spots I've stayed in Auckland and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay. Host was so welcoming, he left cold beers and drinks in the fridge along with fresh bread, eggs and other food to ensure I was well looked after on arrival. Super helpful and went over and above to ensure it was a great stay. Easy self check in, great WIFI, the place has everything you need and was extremely clean and tidy. The home is in the best location, with local cafe's, food stores, parks and beach all within 5-10mins walk. Thanks Henry!!

Wir können die Unterkunft von Ann und Chris nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und hat ein unheimlich gutes Flair! Die Lage zu den beiden Stränden (Narrow Neck und Cheltenham Beach) ist phänomenal und die Anbindung mit Bussen zu der Fähre funktioniert auch sehr gut. Außerdem gibt es einige Shops und Restaurants in Fußreichweite. Ann und Chris sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die sich rührend um ihre Gäste kümmern. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Georgia’s place is gorgeous, like a home from home, great location, well appointed and gorgeous inside and out. Georgia is a wonderful host and I would definitely stay again. Loved the welcome basket with some snacks, so thoughtful. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at this property recently and found the space itself to be beautiful, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was great, and the property had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding regarding a late check-out request, which was initially agreed upon but later couldn’t be accommodated due to other bookings. While this caused some inconvenience, the host acknowledged the mistake and worked with us to provide a resolution, including a partial refund. Overall, we loved the property and would recommend it for future stays, but we suggest confirming any special arrangements with the host in advance to avoid potential misunderstandings.

We arrived late at night, so in the dark it was hard to locate right away, but once the entrance was found all was perfect for our one quick night stay in between cities. Would definitely stay again!
