Amazing stay! The place was clean and so close to the water. Host was friendly and communicative. Really can’t beat the location for the price!

This was our 2nd stay in the last two months and will be staying here again in the future. Great location, clean and the kitchen is well appointed. It’s perfectly sized for me, my wife and 1 yr old son and reasonably priced. Richard is a very accommodating host and is on top of it. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you, Richard.

This is such a fantastic location! You can see the bay from the patio & so close to the beach!! We walked or Ubered everywhere… which was cheap 🙂 Lots of natural light with all the windows & the temp inside was perfect with the fans provided. Love the live plants inside too 🪴 .. so homey, comfy & clean. We had such a great time 🌊☀️🏖️

This spot is perfect for a group visiting Pacific Beach. Super close to the beach and all of the awesome restaurants and bars that surround it. This spot was great for hanging out at during down time, and was a great home base for our beach-going weekend. I would stay here again in a heartbeat while visiting PB!

Cute and well equipped 1BR apartment in a small friendly complex with shared grassy courtyard. Great beach-y vibes, easy walk to Windansea beach, some good food options nearby. Host Cy is onsite in another unit and was very helpful and attentive. We loved it!

The host and the place was amazing, we loved how spacious and how clean the place was. The only xomplaint that I have would be the parking and safety of neighborhood. It's hard to find parking on street..

Kevin's place was quiet and peaceful . It's a little smaller than I thought, but it was clear that Kevin put a lot of care into keeping the place clean and comfortable.

Very quaint and quiet place. Simplicity at its finest the beach being less than a mile away was amazing and the serenity and feeling we got why we were there was amazing.

Really enjoyed staying at Rich and Ruby’s Airbnb. The location was extremely convenient, with many restaurants and things to do nearby. The space was clean and had everything we needed.

The place is perfect for two people. I loved all the natural light in the place. It's only a 1 block walk to the bay and the boardwalk and from there you can follow the boardwalk to the beach. We would stay here again for sure.

Loved this stay! Felt safe, comfortable, and homey. The TV is huge, the bed is super comfortable, and it looks just like the pictures. Super easy check in and check out and great communication from the host(s). There was a bit of noise early in the morning from some construction or landscaping across the street but, being early birds we didn’t mind.

Fatima’s place was excellent for a quick weekend stay. We found it very private, safe, and easy to get to/from the airport. The private outdoor area is nice too.

The best place we could have hoped for. Great restaurants and places to visit nearby.

We loved our stay in Mission Beach! Perfect for both relaxing and having fun on the boardwalk. The private hot tub was a great amenity to come home to every night in February, when the ocean is still too cold to swim in. The home is tucked away in a cute alley of beach houses and relatively private for being in such a bustling area. We would love to stay again!

Bryan’s space was beautifully updated, full of high end features, and in a wonderful area of San Diego, close to the beach and lots of local neighborhood restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated Bryan’s prompt responsiveness, friendliness, and flexibility. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and nicely updated with quality fixtures and nice decor

Adam was an absolute lifesaver. After being left stranded by another host, I sent a last-minute request and he responded right away with kindness and professionalism. The home was immaculate, with so many thoughtful and charming touches that made me feel right at home. The space was quiet, the water pressure and temperature were perfect, and everything was just as described. There was a minor issue with a guest accidentally taking my parking spot, but Adam resolved it immediately—he was truly on top of everything. This stay turned what could’ve been a stressful night into a peaceful and welcoming experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend booking with Adam !

Fantastic stay! If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place with a spa like feel, this is the best place in San Diego. Spacious, clean studio room with great bathroom amenties and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine with plenty of capsules. Then there is the huge private, outdoor patio with hot tub, outdoor bathtub, and a full barbeque and counter! My only regret was that I was really busy with work and couldn't use the hot tub more. Perfect to relax after the day. Highly, highly recommend. Look forward to my next visit.
