These are great hosts. I booked several stays as I was re-locating to the area. They are responsive and the place is clean and cozy. They also have snacks for after a long day of travel and the location is safe and convenient.

Heathers spot was the perfect place for a weekend getaway to San Diego. The place was clean, had all the amenities you would think you might need & the location was great. Would definitely come back!

The place was spotless. Extremely comfortable bed! I slept great! I didn't use the sofa so can't speak to that. A little traffic noise during rush hour, but nothing horrible. The location is excellent! Super easy to get to, and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and I-5. Laura responded very quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with. The place has a friendly, welcoming vibe. I would happily stay there again.

This place was great! Great location, felt safe and clean. Also close enough to the freeway that we could get anywhere we wanted. Everything was clean and exactly like described. Would stay here again, 10/10.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Melissa's place! It was in such a great location and very well decorated. We felt right at home here. I would highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

Greg en Lesley hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen. Ze waren steeds bereikbaar voor informatie. De woning ligt een rustig gebied op 15 min rijden van alle belangrijke hotspots in San Diego. Dit was voor ons de perfecte locatie om onze trip langs de Westkust te starten.

Will and Janine see such gracious and mellow hosts. Their place and the surroundings are stunning and the lodging is a wonderful space for relaxation and restoration. The pool area and sunshine were just what we needed. The kitchen area is small but well-appointed. it being a pet friendly space was much appreciated. Don't get us started on the bathroom! While it's a shared wall with their part of the house, we never lacked for privacy. Lastly, the value for what you pay is top tier. Highly recommended and we hope to return next time we're in San Diego!

I truly enjoyed my time spent in this home. the hospitality and thoughtfulness that I experienced was greatly appreciated. When I return to San Diego I would be delighted to stay again.

Adorable cozy clean studio with a super comfortable bed! Private, quite walkable neighborhood. Enjoy morning coffee at a little backyard bistro table overlooking a wonderful view. Amanda is so friendly and helpful. Great stay and will not hesitate to stay again!

This was such a lovely place to come home to after a day of exploring and tennis tournament matches. I looked forward to it every day! The hosts were so accommodating and gracious. We interrupted cleanup upon our arrival, but Broc was so kind and allowed us early access because of our tiring day of travel. We were so truly grateful and appreciative for their kindness and hospitality. We even had friends who live in the area over for a barbeque dinner. The kitchen was well appointed, and we especially appreciated little touches such as charging stations in both bedrooms and in the living room. Their response when inquiring about availability of things such as sugar was met with such astonishing speed… with extras we did not even ask for! I would love staying here again if we are ever in the area💝..

Kim’s place was great to stay with my family. It felt peaceful and spacious for the 4 of us and it had all the essentials we needed. The bed was very comfortable . Kim was a great host and very friendly. We will definitely be staying there again next time we visit San Diego .

This is a lovely AirBNB with beautiful views in a peaceful neighborhood. Great location and we really appreciated the local recommendations. We had a really enjoyable stay with our dog at this pet friendly spot and will definitely return again!

Very happy with our stay. Charming home, great location, near so many cafes, restaurants and beaches. Parking was easy, too. We had to move our car once because of street cleaning, but the host kindly reminded us in advance and it was easy to find parking on a nearby street. There is a small market around the corner, a neighborhood coffee shop within a few blocks, and grocery stores nearby. We felt right at home and highly recommend.

Very close to everything you need. Really secluded & peaceful area. Perfect for a short or long stay. The views from the patio were amazing. Comfortable furniture and bed. Evan was a great host I would definitely stay again. If you’re a light sleeper the upstairs footsteps are a little noisy sometimes but nothing too bad.

We stayed at Brett’s place after having a medical procedure and the apartment was perfect. I was worried we might get cabin fever but the local walking to beach or town provided a lot of exercise while other half rested and the apartment is well supplied and very private and quiet despite being on a busy road. The nice carport was good to keep the car secure and we loved having a laundry and a large desk work area since we stayed a week. We would stay here agin on follow up visits.

Awesome hosts! Great location. Near the zoo and balboa park, 2 blocks over is university street with lots of restaurants and night life. Very calm and beautiful place to stay.

one of the best places i’ve stayed in san diego! if you’re fine not being super close to the beach, it’s the perfect spot. not a far drive from anywhere and super easy to get in & out of.

This was a great place to stay and exceeded my expectations for sure. My daughter and I were touring UCSD and SDSU so the main reason we'd chosen it was the proximity to them both. This place definitely fulfilled that goal. But beyond that what we found was: everything was so well thought out, spotless, comfortable, and well-designed. Easy to get to, easy to get in. Everything you need but only what you need. AC/heat simple. Nothing complicated or hard to figure out. Safe neighborhood. Super comfortable bed (I have back/neck problems). So clean that you can go barefoot and not regret it. The hosts were super responsive, and kind and generous. We were tired and worn out after each day and it was a pleasure to come back and chill without any struggle. We will come back next time we're in San Diego.
