Great place right on the beach. It’s small but perfect for what you pay! We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again.

Richard was very responsive and flexible at check-in, and this place truly is in an amazing location - a short walk from the beach. The beds are all sturdy which is nice, and the heater was enough to keep us warm at night in early March. My one comment is that the bathroom basics were a little lacking - mostly that we were missing shower gel and didn't get a response when we asked about it and just used the shampoo as soap instead. Location was still worth it though for such a small thing.

Hands down this is probably one of the BEST AirBnB's I've ever stayed in! The place is beautiful and in a heavenly location. There so many cool touches and details in the apartment, we barely wanted to leave but for the ocean outside! Kostas was super responsive and accommodating and a wonderful host.

John is so friendly and responsive. Also reply very fast and very accommodating! The apartment is very clean and the view is awesome! Had a good time at the game room downstairs. The pool looks nice, but it was windy during our stay, so we did not use the pool much during the stay. Hope we could catch the game season as we should be able to see the game clearly from the apartment! Thanks very much, John!

It doesn't get much better than this. You can watch the ocean all day from 5 floors up. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

What a gorgeous view of the water and baseball stadium! The windows give you an amazing panoramic view. The bedrooms are on opposite sides so if you are traveling with someone you have separate spaces joined but the common area. The building is lovely and you can walk to restaurants and gas lamp district. Everything was great! Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in San Diego. The location is unbeatable right on the beach with good views. There are tons of great food places within a 5-minute walk, which made it super convenient. The host was fantastic, responding quickly to any questions and even recommending some awesome food spots. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway.

Amazing experience for a young family of 4. The home has everything you need and more. I would highly recommend staying at Harry’s property as he has thought of everything that a family would need during their stay. The location is spectacular as it’s located between the boardwalk and the main road. Beautiful finishes, interior space, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a garage for your vehicle! We couldn’t ask for more. Harry was very responsive to questions prior to our stay and checked in with us during our stay.

The place was perfect for our family which included a 22 month old. The hosts thought of everything one could need! Used the stroller everyday to walk to the beach boardwalk just down the walkway and to Bay boardwalk just across the street. Super clean, comfortable and one of the top AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!!

The house was amazing and looked just like the pictures. The bay side is peaceful but there can be alot of people on the pathway. We didnt mind though. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ocean/beach side. We really enjoyed our stay here and already planning our next trip!

Stayed here for our anniversary with our pup and enjoyed every moment from check in to check out. Place was insanely clean and we really enjoyed the outdoor amenities. Beautiful home and location with ocean views in La Jolla. Short uber ride to downtown and several great restaurants within walking distance and a fantastic beach! Would highly recommend!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at Tina’s place! Tina is a very helpful host and responded quickly to any questions. She was also accommodating to us traveling with kids. We appreciated the pack n play and all of the beach toys. :) The condo is a very short walk to the beach and the view out the window is gorgeous! Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic condo with beautiful view upstairs & down of Sail Bay. Decor is very light & beach & homey. Kitchen has been remodeled and it is gorgeous!

We loved staying here. It is clean, well kept and the view is amazing. We loved that there are lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows too. Great neighborhood with good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect vacation spot! Place on the Bay and just steps away from the beach. This is our second time staying at John’s place and we plan to visit again in 2025. It was perfect once again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great coffee shops, and local stores, with an amazing view to enjoy each morning. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. Traveling with a child can be tricky, but the hosts were incredibly accommodating—they even provided a pack n play, which made things so much easier for us. We were warmly welcomed with a basket of fresh fruit and a bottle of Rosé, which was such a thoughtful touch and really set the tone for a relaxing trip. Parking was super convenient, which made coming and going a breeze. To top it all off, I accidentally left my AirPods behind and the host was so kind and honest—they promptly shipped them back to me, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The pictures, description, and positive guest reviews are accurate: this is a beautiful, clean condo with comfortable beds and stunning views. It was perfect for our family trip (three people) and could accommodate a larger group, too. The location is close enough to local restaurants/activities without being so close as to hear the commotion. We saw dolphins from the balcony on multiple occasions and even spotted a whale! This condo is gorgeous and has the most amazing views!! We even saw dolphins from the balcony. Loved that we could hear the crashing waves from inside the condo. We felt so comfy and didn’t want to leave! We loved a lot of the restaurants that were easy to walk to and our favorite was the açaí bowls at Juice Wave across the street. Emmy was so helpful and responsive and we loved everything about this Airbnb experience. We can’t wait to come back again!! Thank you so much Emmy and Gregg!

Lovely place in an amazing location, with easy access directly to the bay and the beach a very short walk or bike. We were all out cycling the boardwalk on the bay and beach daily. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Richard!
