This spot is incredible!! Rented it for me, my partner and a few of our friends for my birthday and it was truly a spectacular landing spot!! Robert is very communicative and available about any needs and the view cannot be beat. Will note that while they are pet friendly, they don’t like animals on the furniture and also it is a glitter free space, if you are a sparkly gay like myself, it may not be the space for you!

John’s place is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect! It’s at the entry to the beach and walking distance to fun surf shops, coffee shops, happening restaurants, stop and shop and even a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s easy to ride into the city. The ferry was our favorite part of every trip to and from manhattan! The place is super spacious and comfortable. John is friendly and helpful and gave us tips for local restaurants and even suggested what ended up being our favorite - sunset trips on the ferry! He was extremely responsive and available if needed for anything. I can’t wait to come back with the family. We had the best time and John and his place were vital to that experience!

Rob was very responsive to all emails and texts and all the instructions for checking in/checking out were very clear. House was exactly as advertised. Easy to get to beach and town. We had a really nice stay.

The location was great. Walking distance to good restaurants and the beach. Good mountain biking trails not too far away. We visited in October. Maybe too chilly to go swimming, but perfect for sitting on the beach enjoying the surf, sand, sun, and a good book. Chris was an amazing host. The house was very clean and the perfect size for our family get together.

Welcoming and responsive

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was perfectly located to allow us to take a great long walk on the boardwalk in the morning, and was an easy drive to the events we were on Long Island for. Bruce was a great host and very responsive to questions ahead of our stay. We so appreciated the special touches like cookies left for us and a bottle of milk to go with our coffee! Our stay was easy and comfortable we would definitely stay there again.

So many wonderful things to say about Mario and this place. Clean, newly renovated, so many amenities and a quick walk to the beach and restaurant. Mario was very responsive and ensured our stay was comfortable. Would recommend to the Airbnb community!

Mark and Jose’s home is wonderfully decorated: minimal but still homey. Very clean including the linens and towels. They offer cleaning supplies and lovely products in the bathrooms. The pool is perfect, and it’s perfectly located close enough to the action, but still quiet and private for when you feel like getting away.

My partner and I had the most wonderful weekend at the Long Beach Bungalow! Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bungalow itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to the beach, great restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore. We especially loved the little thoughtful touches, and the comfortable bed, which made it feel like a home away from home. Our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless, providing great recommendations and being responsive to any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to stay here again! If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway // staycation, in Long Beach, with a wonderful host, this is the place!

I stayed here with two babies and 7 adults. Amanda was extremely communicative and helpful. She checked in with us a few days before our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed and tell us about baby proofing :) Her yard & garden are beautiful. There was plenty of space for my extended family to hang out and enjoy. The babies loved the ducks on the water in the early morning! Worked very well for our stay.

Jim and I love staying at Johnna's Air B&B. This is our 2nd stay and we will be reserving for June and July in the next day or two. We are extremely comfortable there. It does feel like home.

the house was extremely comfortable...quiet yet close to town and a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. it's a little small, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, but well-appointed. the pool is gorgeous. shawn was extremely responsive to any questions we had .

Christina’s place is a lovely cottage by the marina and walkable into town. The main loft bedroom and sitting area is spacious and comfortable. We stayed for the holiday with our adult daughter and we were all comfortable and cozy. She had her own bedroom on the main floor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while we visited our family over the holiday.

Gregory’s place is a bit of a triumphant return to the old days of Airbnb. He lived in the basement but I’d completely respectful of space and privacy and even left during our stay. The house itself feels like a real home and has been meticulously g curated with all sorts of awesome art and eye treasures to uncover. Might not be everyone’s taste but if you need the beds as listed and appreciate pastiche, this is the place. We would definitely return.

I stay for a weekend with my family for my granddaughters dance competition. Place is beautiful, beach is literally 3 minutes .I felt like I was home .Nice area and easy to find what ever you need.

Had a truly amazing stay! House was exactly as pictured and was perfect for sleeping 8 people comfortably. Perfect location in between the beach and the town. Host was incredibly accommodating and very responsive. Outdoor roof space was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Highly recommend!!

Bronwyn was an excellent host. Clean and comfortable with alll of the amenities you could need. She was nice enough to provide coffee and some breakfast items which was both thoughtful and convenient. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place. Not only did it satisfy our kitchen critics the location satisfied the people who wanted a workout through walking. The outdoor patio is comfortable though too cold and windy for a March hang outside time. The trundle bed was so easy to use. High quality everything. We even used your “junk drawer” and found the tape measure and scissors. Thanks a gazillion. Fantastic place.
