Nous sommes arrivés dans le logement de Nina après des déboires avec notre première location. Nina a été d'un grand secours, nous a permis d'arriver bien avant l'heure donnée dans l'annonce en s'assurant regulierement que tout se passait bien. Nina et Harry sont très prévenants, réactifs et chaleureux. Le logement est parfait pour une famille dans un quartier paisible à 5mn a pied de la plage et des restaurants. La résidence est calme et la piscine hautement appréciée. L appartement est bien équipé et climatisé. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon. Merci encore Nina et Harry pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse.

Remarkable value for the money. The host and his family are kind, communicative and generally make you feel at home. The location, with a car, is an easy drive to a number of Mauritus’ top destinations. Highly recommend.

Super séjour. Logement magnifique ! Situation en bord de plage avec accès de l’appartement directe a la superbe piscine. Chambres spacieuses avec rangements et salle de bain avec wc. Les propriétaires répondent aux questions très rapidement et fournissent des informations pour le sejour : adresse excursions, taxis et alimentation. Le ménage est fait tout les jours.

Dawood est un formidable hôte. L'appartement est très propre, fonctionnel. Il est dans une résidence calme et sécurisée ou on peut se garer hyper facilement. A 5min à pied de la plage de pereybere et des restaurants. Hôte arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée, de départ, de ménage. Lorsque je suis arrivé une des deux clims ne fonctionnait. Il m'a dit demain un technicien va venir. Le lendemain soir je suis rentré chez moi, la clim fonctionnait. Dawood est sérieux, ponctuel et de parole. Je compte revenir sur Maurice en décembre 2025, il y a de fortes chances que je réserve à nouveau cet hébergement. Je ne peux que le recommander.

If you looking for a romantic break or a family holiday- this is the place for you 2 lovely bedrooms - modern living room Fabulous kitchen Daily cleaning services The apartment is ground floor with a large patio - which my partner and I spent most of our evenings there. There is a gas bbq sofa and sun lounges A supermarket 5 mins away that has everything you will need And 2 restaurants across the street- highly recommend the Chinese restaurant- food is fantastic! You will feel safe at this lovely home - with 24hrs security - direct access to the beach which is great for an after dinner walk. The pool area is lovely too There are 18 apts in the complex occupied by either couples or families So if peace, quiet and a friendly environment is what you looking for- this is a piece of paradise! My partner and I can’t wait to go back 100% recommend!

Ahmad ist ein toller und fürsorglicher Gastgeber. Ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Studio ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man braucht. Ich habe alles sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden und Fragen zur Umgebung konnte ich persönlich oder über den Chat stellen, hier hat man mir umgehend geantwortet. Gerne wieder!

I highly recommend this place. We fully enjoyed our stay there. The place is very close to the beach, restaurants and food stalls. It was clean and very spacious . We did not encounter any issues during our stay. The apartment is located on the third floor and does not have an elevator but we appreciated the stairs and got a good workout. I highly recommend you choosing Jess as your host - trust me, you won't regret that! He's really friendly and helpful. It's our second visit to Flic en Flac and this year we also decided to stay at Jess place. The apartment that we stayed for a week was really nice and clean. You will find everything that you need there even for longer stays - washing machine, a lot of towels, a lot of beddings, hair dryer, iron and fully equipped kitchen with oven and microwave. Each bedroom is also equipped with AC unit. The localization of the apartment is also great - it's just 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches and a lot of great restaurants. And it's only 7-8 minutes from JumboExpress (bigger suppermarket).

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Unterkunft hätte nicht besser sein können: groß, sauber, toller Balkon und überall Klimaanlagen! Der Pool ist großartig, alle Mitarbeiter, die wir vor Ort in der Anlage getroffen haben waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Anlage ist super grün, gepflegt und Balsam für die Augen. Ron und Amit haben uns sogar ein Mal extra die Bettwäsche wechseln lassen und waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts immer erreichbar und haben uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen, vielen lieben Dank! 🤗

Das Haus, in dem sich die Wohnung befindet, liegt in zweiter Reihe zum Strand. In der Nähe gibt es viele Restaurants und auch Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock und hat einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick in einen gepflegten Innenhof mit einem großen Mangobaum und vielen anderen Pflanzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt.

We were lucky enough to visit Mauritius again after some 15 yrs some things have changed for the better the infrastructure seems to have improved considerably. The apartment Pretty much exactly as the photos the position for us was ideal with the sea just a few paces across the lawn although not suitable for swimming a 5 minute walk and you are at one of the best beaches on the island. The apartment is tended every day by housekeepers and gardeners who are all wonderful ,we hired a car for our whole holiday which we would recommend so you can get around this we were able to park in a secure area just opposite. Restaurants and beach shacks are within walking distance for food as is chez polo supermarket which has dramatically improved since our last visit so much so I would not recommend going to the bigger stores in grand baie we did and felt the choices were less although marginally cheaper. Do not hesitate to book this apartment everything you could need is hear. Many thanks all

Bra och rymlig lägenhet. Lugnt och stilla, inga störande ljud. Vi hade en härlig vecka när vi bodde här. Lagom gångavstånd till en underbar strand. Super att ha stranden så nära med två små barn som älskar att bada. Liten men bra supermarket i samma byggnad vilket var bra. Hade önskat lite bättre utbud av grytor och stekjärn men i övrigt ett toppenboende för att utforska denna delen av Mauritius. Nära till busshållplatsen också!

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été impressionné par la propreté et le soin apporté au logement . Le logement est non seulement spacieux, mais il est également équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable : cuisine entièrement équipée, salle de bain pratique. L’atmosphère du logement est chaleureuse et accueillante. Les hôtes ont fait un travail remarquable pour créer un espace où l’on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Leur disponibilité et leur réactivité pour répondre aux questions ont grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable. Au regard des prestations offertes, le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement imbattable. Pour un logement de cette qualité dans un emplacement aussi central, je considère que c’est une véritable aubaine. En résumé, je ne peux que recommander ce logement a celui qui cherche une expérience mémorable. Cet endroit saura répondre à toutes vos attentes. A wonderful apartment, there is everything you need to stay! A balcony with panoramic views, where it is pleasant to have breakfast and dinner. A very quiet place! The beach and the supermarket are all nearby. Independent check-in is a great idea! Yudish, very responsive and friendly, he was always in touch and ready to help with any question!

We highly recommend this accomodation and would not hesitate to come back or recommend it to our friends. Vincent and his mom are amazing hosts - friendly, helpful and so very kind. The place is conveniently close to the beach and to a small supermarket. The flat is very comfortable and the terrace is very spacious - even better than in the photos. We had a great time here.

Très bon emplacement dans quartier résidentiel à 10min de la plage, distributeur de billet, supermarché (Jumbo), restaurants, bars, boutiques de souvenirs, excursions. Le marchand de fruits et légumes est à moins de 2min, produits de qualité. Flic en Flac est un très bon endroits pour partir au nord, au sud ou à l’est. Les parcs nationaux sont proches en voiture. L’île Maurice est une île à visiter dans le détail pour comprendre sa richesse (culture, culinaire, paysage). Kuzagen a toujours été présent pour répondre à nos questions. Merci. L’appartement est propre, le balcon terrasse filant est parfait pour les repas du matin comme du soir avec vue sur la mer et ses environs. La machine lavé le linge marche bien (programmes avec temperatures et délicat si besoin) et est sur la terrasse (c’est normal à l’île Maurice). L’eau chaude est présente dans les douches. Une piscine commune à l’immeuble, avec une belle vue à 360, est sur le toit terrasse facilement accessible.

We had an absolute wonderful time at this penthouse, right at the beach. Location: The east side of Mauritius was stunning beautiful. Weather: We were at the end of February. Almost always sunny. Sometimes a brief period of tropical rain. We found that very refreshing. Quiet: we only heard tropical birds from the apartment. It was absolutely quiet. Apartment: The most stunning holiday home I have ever been. Spacious, stylush decorated. The terrace was enormous with a breath taking view. Clean: The apartment was spotless. Cleaning lady comes daily except for Sunday. She really respected our privacy. To do: There is much to do on Mauritius. The nearby resorts offer beautiful restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just make a reservation. There is also a private cook (very affordable), but we did not make use of it. Swimming pool: The swimming pool is shared, but practically it is private as it only used a few times a day by other residents. Host: Very kind and responsive.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Harry et Malini. Le logement est très bien situé, proche de la mer et des commerces. Je n’ai rien à redire, notre semaine a été excellente! Merci à eux pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Laetitia & Laurent sind zwei superhosts! Zusammen mit meiner Frau haben wir dort eine Woche unseres Babymoons verbracht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der blitzsauberen Wohnung, die so gut wie alles geboten hat was wir brauchten (eine starke Klimaanlage wäre tatsächlich super gewesen bei heißen Temperaturen😉). Die weiteren Möglichkeiten, die man auf dem Anwesen hat z.B. mit Pool, einem Sportbereich und immer wieder vorbeischleichenden Tieren (Hund & Katze) sind hervorragend und haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit einem kurzen 15min Spaziergang ist man auch schnell am public beach. Das Beste von allem ist aber, dass Letitia und Laurent beide sehr tolle Menschen und Hosts sind. Virtuell und in Person waren sie jederzeit für uns super erreichbar, haben uns wertvolle Tipps mitgegeben und auch die gemeinsam verbrachte Zeit mit ihnen fanden wir hervorragend. Gerne jederzeit wieder ❤️

+ Beautiful penthouse apartment in a very safe place. They have security guards that check everyone trying to get in to The complex. We felt very safe. The security people was friendly and helpful if there was something we needed. Example: Call the AirPort for us because of lost luggage. They called for taxi and gave us tips about where to Go for shopping and food. Big swimming pool. Beautiful environment with people working everyday to keep everything nice and clean. Aircondition in apartment was 10/10 in every room. The apartment really had everything you needed. We did not miss anything. Cleaning service was good. - It said that there is an restaurant at the complex. That was not true. The restaurant is closed permanently.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Eine sehr großzügige Terrasse mit Whirlpool, nur wenig Schatten, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden und ein Bäcker ist gleich unten im Haus. Gute Anbindung zu den Stränden Tamarin, Le Morne und Flicenflac.

Pascal’s place was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we could have possibly needed. Pascal went above and beyond to make our stay special—welcoming us with a lovely fruit basket, providing all the amenities you could possibly need for a great day at the beach, and so many extra touches that made all the difference. The place itself is in a really quiet area with lots of wildlife (birds, bats, lizards) around. The pool has an incredible view and served us well during rainy spells, as we never felt like we were stuck indoors. Also worth mentioning - the fridge provides filtered water and ice cubes, so no need to go out and but water. Beyond the fantastic amenities, Pascal himself was an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and always ensuring we had the best experience. This was hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had. Thank you, Pascal!

Florian's house perfect to me and my friend! We had a absolutely pleasant 2 weeks here. The house is in a quiet street, like a villa place, pure living area. Means not many restaurants nearby, but there is a perfect kitchen with all necessary equipments, we can cook whatever we want. The house not far from the center of Port Louis as well as big malls. It’s convenient for stay. I highly recommend this place and definitely will book again if I come to Mauritius in the future.
