I had a wonderful stay. Listening to the ocean as I fell asleep was so healing. Waking up with the sunrise and walking across the street for a morning swim was magical. The location is perfect. A quiet street across from a small beach. Short walk to the great shops and restaurants at Kukui'ula Shopping Mall. The space was perfect for me. Nice clean space with comfy bed, small kitchenette, clean bathroom and little balcony at the front to sit and drink my tea as I watched the water. Was appreciative of all the little touches including beach towels saving me to have to bring my own. Would definitely book again when I revisit Kauai. Thank you!

It was a great place to rest our head for a few days. We chose this one because of the AC. We loved the ocean view from the patio and the pool. I was able to successfully turn my burgers into hockey pucks with the bbq grills while we swam. Although i dont recommend doing that. (The turning meat into hockey pucks.)we had cereal that night instead

Exactly as pictured. Spacious, easy to get to. Staff/front desk were so friendly and helpful. Great location if you plan to go both to south and north shore. Close to airport, Costco, Walmart. Convenience of kitchen was very helpful to have daily breakfasts at the condo. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

It was so convenient to have the pool and beach at our doorsteps almost. It was very pleasant walk to get there and this was particularly appreciated given we stayed here with 3 kids under 7 years old. Poipu is a great town.

Just as beautiful as the pictures. Very responsive to questions and the location can’t be beat! Kids loved the pool and the whole family had a wonderful time.

The Akoa Rd apartments are a great Kaua’i gem. Close to so many activities, walkable distance to shops, dining, and the beach. The outdoor garden area is a great place to spend some time looking at Sleeping Giant Mountain. Available bikes and beach equipment make it a great value. The grounds are beautiful and the kitchen has everything you need. No fault of the owners but the Ace Hardware nextdoor makes for very noisy neighbors particularly on trash pickup days. But that can’t be helped. Great place to have as a home base for visiting Kaua’i!

Would stay here again!! Location is great, the airbnb was so nice and well furnished. They even had a hair diffuser which was so sweet because I forgot mine ! They helped us right away when I accidentally locked myself out of the airbnb. Place was clean, so nice, one of my favorite airbnbs! Amazing hosts.

Amazing location just a 2 min walk to coconut marketplace, and a couple more minutes to Lava Lava Club! Also a very short walk to ocean side. Condo was extremely clean and tidy, and offered many comforts of home. They even had a pack n play that we needed for our youngest… so helpful! On site pools and grills were great. We’d definitely stay here again should life every being us back to Kaua’i. Thanks for sharing your space!

This place is INCREDIBLE! I have stayed in numerous Airbnb’s over the years, and this was by far the most comfortable, clean, and relaxing rental I’ve ever stayed in. The view from both decks was amazing, the beds are comfortable, linens and towels are soft, and the interior décor was well thought out and made the whole place feel like a high-end resort. The property manager is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. A couple of things to be aware of when considering this place for your next Hawaiian adventure. The stairs that lead from the entry level where the bedrooms are located, downstairs to the living room and kitchen, are steep. This place is located close to the airport, and you can occasionally hear a plane takeoff. The bathroom in the bedroom with the queen beds has a European shower. There is no shower stall or bathtub, so the water can get everywhere, and the floor can get slippery. My sister and I shared this bathroom, and we really enjoyed the experience.

Great place to stay for beach access. We did randomly get harassed at the pool for the kids dipping into the hot tub. The pool was so cold they would need to warm up. At one point we were told no kids under 12 in the pool because of the chemicals. 🤔 Not super kid friendly. Had kind of a retirement community vibe. The beach access really is what makes the place. It’s s going to be hard to beat for the price.

We loved our stay in this condo. The condo itself is comfortable and just as pictured in the profile. We loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings and looking at the beautiful grounds. There is a closet full of beach chairs, cooler, sun umbrella, boogie board for outings. When you go to the beach right out front you can get towels, chairs and snorkeling equipment onsite. The beach was perfect for relaxing and safe for swimming. It’s a perfect location. We also loved using the Poipu Sports Club access for morning workouts. They also have a pass you can purchase if you have a late flight out! It was a fantastic stay.

This was a lovely stay with views of the ocean and steps away from the water. I had my morning coffee on the waterfront every day. So dreamy! The coconut grove market place next door is perfect to grab anything you need. The filtered water in the lobby was appreciated. Located close to Lihue airport right amidst several resorts, this spot was a great stay.

We had a great stay! The location was great. The room was comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. In our communications with her, Ann was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our family of 4 (a 4 year old and an 8 year old) had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning landscaping, the quiet evenings, and the beautiful birds in the morning. The property was beautifully maintained, and our kids played on the lawn, hunting for geckos and playing with other kids staying there. We spent our mornings sipping coffee and soaking in the breathtaking sunrise. The property was quiet and peaceful, offering the perfect getaway. The proximity to the beaches, turtles and monk seals was so cool. We walked to beaches easily. Plus, you are only 20 minutes away from Costco by car. The accommodations were clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We love to cook, so we made smoothies in the morning and BBQ in the evening. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

We had a fantastic, comfortable stay here and we were so glad we found this place! Clean, modern space with a big kitchen island, large balcony, air conditioning, and plenty of space in the living room. Fit and finish was top notch and modern. This really met the high bar of quality that I look for in Airbnbs. Excellent communication from the host throughout our stay; we really appreciated that Brendan was responsive and proactive in checking in with us to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Nearby Poipu Beach was fabulous and towel rental was included, as was entry into the sports club nearby. Lots of restaurant options a short drive away at the resorts in Poipu as well as Kōloa Town, where there’s also a supermarket. Easy checkin and checkout. Highly recommended.

Rooms are quite outdated and only had air conditioning in the bedrooms, but we loved how large and comfortable the rooms were for our family. We loved our stay and enjoyed exploring tide pools in front of the hotel and watching turtles surf in the waves. Can’t wait to return!

Bryant and Jane’s place was perfect! The coconut market is right there with shops and lots of restaurants. The location is right off the main highway that takes you most anywhere you want to go. The beach outside the room is so peaceful and the hot tub and pool are right there as well. We saw whales on several occasions which was a dream come true!
