Our family had a wonderful stay at Clark’s place! He was a pleasure to deal with - always responsive, very professional, and attentive to details. The location is perfect both if you want to have a relaxed vacation and walk everywhere - the beach, Hanalei shops and restaurants - and if you want to explore Kauai’s north shore. The house is immersed in lush vegetation, and was very comfortable. We also met the owners, lovely people who live nearby and were prompt to come by to solve an issue we had with the WiFi. All in all, a great experience! We highly recommend the place, and hope to be back soon!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

The house is beautiful. Was actually bigger than we expected. Truly felt like we had some personal space. It felt like home.

We've stayed at many AirBnBs over the years, and this one was the best stocked of all of them! The kitchen had everything that anyone would need, and there was plenty of beach gear in the garage. There is a grocery store and a small strip mall (with a tiki bar!) within walking distance. It was a nice place for our family of five to hang out while we visited the north shore beaches.

Pam’s place is a lovely home in Poipu, peaceful and near great walks. We’ve stayed here twice and would love to come again.

Jake’s place was very comfortable and close to beaches and restaurants. He was very responsive to emails before and during our stay and answered all of our questions. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use.

Loved how this sweet little cottage was snuggled into a neighborhood away from the busy touristy areas. Close drive to anywhere on the island. Loved it!

We have had the most amazing stay in Hanalei - Rainbow House is everything we were hoping for and more. Surfing with Micco was the icing on the cake. We will be back to Hanalei soon and we plan on booking here again. From the quiet location to the convenience of being able to walk everywhere, we have been happy as clams on our family vacation! 8 thumbs up from a family of four.

We absolutely loved staying here! The condo was really clean and had so many additional amenities that a lot of places don’t offer. Plenty of beach gear, and the beach right by the condo was perfect for us! My older teens loved being able to float around in the ocean and lay out on the soft sand. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Super close to the airport. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay in the Coco A unit at Fern Grotto Inn was one of the highlights of our Kauai vacation. Why would I state that? Well, for starters, the grounds are amazing. Paul has gardeners that are constantly upkeeping his immaculate gardens. The facilities are top notch and include use of bikes and kayaks as well as all the beach necessities. We used the kayaks and were able to start paddling literally 10 ft from where they are stored. The location is centrally located with a 45-minute drive to the north side of the island and a bit longer drive to the west side. There are plenty of activities in the immediate location but Costco/Walmart, etc are not too far away. The bed was very comfortable affording us a good night's sleep after the day's activities. The A/C works great, but we did not have to put it to use much as there were ample windows to allow good air flow. Some reviews complained about road noise or roosters crowing. We were not bothered by either. Rating it a 10/10

Breathtaking views from sun up to sun down! We loved the high ceilings, too. Very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed.

Such a fantastic stay, perfect location nestled up against farm land and the mountains. It was a peaceful little refuge despite being walking distance to great restaurants and groceries. Unit itself was in great condition for a tropical location. Bed was comfortable and clean, and the cats!! If you’re a cat lover considering this place, do it. They’ll leave you alone if you are not, but if you seek them out, there are so many sweet cats.

What a wonderful place in Poipu. This apartment worked out great for my family and in-laws. We loved being so close to Poipu Beach as well as some restaurants. Pam we great to work with and super helpful/responsive. One night we had an issue with our parking spot being taken by someone else and she responded quickly with multiple solutions for us. She also gave us a bunch of recommendations prior to our arrival. She was truly amazing to work with!

Susan's home was exactly as described. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. She communicated with us prior to check-in, which was a very easy process. While we were there, there was internal maintenance scheduled on the property, which we were not made aware of. Pua was on top of it immediately and handled the situation very professionally. We loved the little shopping area and golf course down the road from the house. Very safe area and great walking paths. The house is on the other end from the pool, but we didn't mind as it made for a quiet area. Susan had plenty of beach towels and games in the cupboard as well, which was nice to have. I would highly recommend this home! You will not be disappointed.

All of these reviews you're reading are well deserved... this place is in a perfect location, just a bit removed from Poipu and the crowds at the resorts. If that's what you're after, it's an easy 4 minute drive or 20 min walk, but nice to be able to walk back to this condo for the more quiet atmosphere. There were plenty of turtles to see cruising the shallow bay right off the lanai, Whales could be seen further out if you spent a few minutes looking. The constant crashing of the waves put us to sleep every night No need for air conditioning, the temperature was perfect. All furnishings were comfortable and clean, everything was immaculate upon arrival. We had a few questions and hosts were quick to respond. Nothing but praise for these folks and the property. 2 Local food recommendations For vegetarian / vegan / plant based - "That Indian Place" and "Anatta's" Thai food truck, both within walking distance.

It was the perfect place to stay for our trip! There are plenty of delicious restaurants and the beach was pretty secluded! Perfect for a peaceful trip, but also located in the middle of everything, so you can always drive to other locations if looking for a more populated area! The condo was so nice it truly felt like we were right at home. Could not recommend this place enough!

We loved our stay on Kauai! Christoper gave us tons of local recommendations along with detailed instructions for check in. The condo was very clean, with a great pool, and walkable from Koloa beaches. Easy 5-10 minute drive into Poipu beach area. Easy drive to all the activities on the island! The WiFi worked well, AC is a functioning window unit, bed was very comfortable, and kitchen had basic supplies needed for a beach vaycay. Parking was slightly confusing at first, but we found accessible parking in the back garage on the first level with signage and that was actually closer to the condo. We would absolutely love to visit again in the future! Thank you again Christopher!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Great location, it's pretty much the center point for traveling the entire island. We would definitely be willing to stay here again when we come back someday!

This has been the nicest Airbnb stay I've had yet. The condo floor plan worked perfectly for two couples. There was plenty of space and we were separated enough to not be on top of one another. The condo was very well appointed. We cooked multiple meals and always had what we needed. There was a very nice supply of beach items that we used during the stay as well. We did have an issue with the grill on our first night but the host promptly had it addressed. She also allowed us a late checkout which helped us tremendously as our flight was late at night. I would not hesitate booking this property. It was also a short walk to shopping and restaurants along with a beautiful snorkeling beach.
