We had a magical time at Dicle’s home! It was absolutely perfect in every way. The house is gorgeous. It is well-designed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and in the most peaceful setting. They have thought of everything from amenities in the home to great local recommendations. Dicle was super welcoming, responsive and helpful. This was far and away superior to staying in a resort and we felt right at home. It was the perfect place for our family vacation! We already can’t wait to return!

The house is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures and the description. It was incredibly spacious for our multi-generational group of 6. The house was spotless and really well-appointed, including all their beach gear. It’s in a great location in Princeville, really close to Hideaway beach and a quick easy drive to Hanalei. The hosts are lovely and very responsive. Our family had a fabulous stay and we would definitely stay at the house again!

Overall great stay and Brandon was very nice and responsive. The access to the private athletic club was nice to get a workout in (gym, basketball, pickleball) / go in the pool. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful too. I thought the place would be a little bigger based on the pictures but not a big deal. Was central to poipu and great if you want to be in the south but I’d likely consider east and north area for my next visit as it’s closer to more things. Not a knock of the property but just FYI for new Kauai visitors. Appreciate the hospitality Brandon!

We've stayed at many AirBnBs over the years, and this one was the best stocked of all of them! The kitchen had everything that anyone would need, and there was plenty of beach gear in the garage. There is a grocery store and a small strip mall (with a tiki bar!) within walking distance. It was a nice place for our family of five to hang out while we visited the north shore beaches.

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, blending, etc. Bathrooms were sparkling clean (could have used more toilet tissue) We loved the view and having the surf right across the street. Would definitely recommend this property to groups or families.

Great place. About a 15-20 minute walk to a couple beaches. You are in a neighborhood so it feels safe to walk around/not many cars. 5-7 minute drive to nearest grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to Hanalei town - about 30 min to Haena State Park. You definitely need a car while sight seeing around Kauai. The home is large (big enough for 9-10 people) and the kitchen/living area is great for family mornings and evenings. You can see the mountains and waterfalls on a clear day. The lanai on the first and second floor are great in the mornings. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. 3 of the rooms are on the bottom floor (including the 4th room/bunk bed that is in common area). The only room on the first floor is the master. Only issue was that the fridge ice maker did not work and had a little difficulty contacting the 24/7 property manager. Brad was a great communicator and really helps you know the lay of the land. Would definitely stay again.

We have had the most amazing stay in Hanalei - Rainbow House is everything we were hoping for and more. Surfing with Micco was the icing on the cake. We will be back to Hanalei soon and we plan on booking here again. From the quiet location to the convenience of being able to walk everywhere, we have been happy as clams on our family vacation! 8 thumbs up from a family of four.

"As Described" sounds like faint praise, but with rentals it's super important. this place delivered on everything advertised. Very spacious. The primary bedroom was set apart from the other two and had its own bathroom. We didn't use the exterior but it looked super cute with two sitting areas, front and back. AC was great. Kitchen was spacious too, which helped a lot. the nearby Coconut Market has really developed into something worth spending time in. Two close beaches, one small and private and one large with gentle shallows. The primary bed was super cushy. Tropical bugs can be an issue anywhere in Hawaii but they were well under control here, which was nice. We've been to the islands six times and likes this place a lot. Absolutely, definitely would stay again... and probably will.

The BEST AirBnb that we have ever stayed in and we use AirBnb quite often. We loved watching the sunrise from the daybed and drinking cocktails, eating sushi from The Dolphin, and watching whales from the back deck. Very clean, comfortable, and great customer service. Very close to the 8 mile, horrible, but beautiful hike to Hanakapi’ai Falls. It was an unbelievable honeymoon! I hope to be back in a few years!!!

We really enjoyed ournstay. Perfect for us with our two teenage girls. They had theirnown space and bathroom. Fantastic stay. Miss it already. And our bed was very comfortable

Perfect place for our weekend getaway. Great location with resort-like amenities. Allison was very helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay again.

Robert’s place was very comfortable in a quiet complex, fully equipped for our 11 night stay. Very large space, good WiFi, easy parking, nicely furnished, separate bedroom and not far from shopping and beaches. Ground floor, nice lanai and just a few steps from the pool. A very good value for the area.

If you're a regular to the island, you'll know that many properties consist of tired carpet, old drapes and musty, moldy smells. That's why it was such a pleasure to walk into the Cliffside Retreat - so clean, new, fresh - lots of light, full kitchen, comfy bed, two smarttv's (tip: use the Spectrum app for full cable), but you really won't need that since the best show in town is on the large lanai - with direct views of the breaking waves below (you are on a cliff so the view is amazing!). But if that view's not enough, get your steps in and walk for a coffee over to 1 Hotel. 40 minutes each way with breathtaking views as well. Great stay, will return!

Great place with plenty of space and a gorgeous big yard with covered and uncovered seating areas. Well-stocked kitchenette with plenty of basic cooking equipment, some oils vinegars, spices, sugar etc likely left by previous guests, and a propane grill that was in good shape. Very comfortable bed, and I'm fussy about beds. Everything you could possibly need for the beach except surfboards. Absolutely loved the 7pm check-out time! Super nice owner (I met Adam, but not Beata). They live upstairs, but were very quiet. Speaking of quiet, this property seemed to have a lot less roosters than most places I've stayed on Kauai--I didn't need to use my ear plugs. I would absolutely love to come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

I can't say enough about Lani as a host or the gorgeous spot she looks after in Princeville. The studio is perfect, well appointed, comfortable and quiet. The terrace at the back of the studio overlooks a stunning jungle habitat. I could sit here listening for days! But only a short walk away, stunning beaches awaited us. Lani's guest guide rivals the Ultimate Kauai Guide she provides as reference at the flat. We had an incredible time on the island it was marvelous to have Lani's place as a our home base.

Had a wonderful week. The condo was perfect for our needs. Great location to explore all areas of the island. Lovely view from the lanai. Lots of extra amenities which made our week extremely easy and comfortable.

Incredible spot for a family location. We were able to watch our kids swimming in the pool from our own lanai, and saw a whale breaching one night while sitting out eating dinner. I truly think there is no better location in Kapa'a - right on the beach but quiet and secluded. We loved being close to the Kauai Shared-Use Path (Ke Ala Hele Makalae) which we ran on every morning at sunrise. Having the Safeway/ABC Store/Wailua Shave Ice only a 5 minute walk away was fantastic! The condo and surrounding building is clean and well-maintained. The pool is cleaned every morning. The kids enjoyed playing ping-pong in the common area while we used the Barbecues. We would definitely stay here again! The only downside was that the beach is not swimmable due to the reef - but it was just a 6-minute drive to Lydgate beach for swimming and snorkeling.

The location was exceptional and all of the amenities made the stay very enjoyable. The toy box was particularly helpful for outside activities (beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, beach pads, umbrellas and more) that people flying would be forced to buy or rent if they hadn't been provided. Mike's place was awesome! it's part of the reason why our vacation in kauai was so good! Mike is super responsive. we was 45min away from boarding and we realize we left our passport at the airbnb which is 20min away from airport. we called Mike and Mike immediately drove to airport and drop it off to us in time. Great host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The balcony view is so beautiful & listening to the birds made it even better! The space is exactly as described. Everything was clean & neat! Parking was easy. The surrounding area is wonderful! Having a washer/dryer was so nice! Would definitely stay again!

SUNRISE views!!! This clean, ground floor studio is a small "hotel-like" room, located in a quiet oceanfront complex with nearby restaurants, and a walking path along the ocean. If you wake up early, then be sure to catch the gorgeous sunrises! GREAT recommendations from Allison about nearby attractions. We loved gifts that Allison left for us; seashell leis and a box of chocolate covered macnuts. GEAR TO BORROW: We appreciated the closet full of items to borrow like snorkel gear, lawn chairs, umbrella, cooler, insulated bag, beach towels, etc. NOTE: Read the fine print about this studio unit and its tiny wet bar. Not a full kitchen like you would expect in a "condo". Mahalo nui loa Allison and Brett!

Tyler was very helpful and kind. Great location, quick walk to princeville center. Pool was lovely, grounds were beautiful. The beds were comfortable.

We had a great stay at Casa’s place. Beautiful, quiet, nice for morning walks, fun pool right nearby, restaurants walkable. The place looked nicer than the pictures! Perfect for traveling with a little kid- tons of toys, floaties, dishes, and more that made it really kid friendly. Overall I would definitely come back. Thank you!
