We enjoyed our stay here in cooks hill. Fabulous location. Walking distance to everything we needed. The kitchen was great to cook a nice meal. We would book again for sure!

The location is excellent, and the check-in instructions were very clear. What I loved the most was how well-equipped the kitchen was, cuz it made cooking convenient. The host also provided wine, snacks, soft drinks and breakfast, coffee. Overall, it's great stay!

This beautifully appointment apartment is fabulously located directly across from Newcastle Beach. The views were great and we enjoyed watching the surfers and dolphins. Parking on the Friday evening at Honeysuckle was difficult to find so we ended up at a relatively new Italian restaurant at Wickham called The Italian Corner. The food was delicious and the service was great! Our hosts provided comprehensive instructions on how to find the place and were great communicators. Loved our stay here. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment as in a great location, close to lots of restaurants and cafes and the local esplanade. It was really well appointed and super cozy. For a one bedroom apartment it didn’t feel cramped at all.

My partner and I stayed for three nights in this air bnb and had the best time. The unit has amazing views and is in an awesome location. We thoroughly enjoyed waking up here and will definitely be back.

Maree’s place was just what us as a couple needed. Newly refurbished but felt homely and was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook and enjoy the experience. The outdoor area was large and had glimpses of the water. A small walk took you to the lake. Maree supplied snacks, breakfast and fruit and other staples that we were not expecting and were very grateful for. The bed was really comfortable and ceiling fans kept us cool as well. This is a great place that would suit a lot of people. There were 6 of us staying and the apartment was spacious and we appreciated the considerate inclusions such as beach towels and pantry items. Walked to a local restaurant for dinner and because Amanda generously let us check out a bit later, we walked to Nobby’s beach for a swim before the drive back to Sydney.

Exactly the accommodation we were looking for and in the best location - easy walking distance to everything. Would definitely return again!

We had a wonderful stay! Ola and Barn truly thought of every detail, making our experience so much more enjoyable. The kids’ room was a highlight—complete with a toy box full of hours of entertainment! We even had beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the house that made the holiday extra special. It felt like they went above and beyond to create a welcoming, thoughtful space for our entire family. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, from all sorts of plates and dishes for our antipasto platter to even the tiniest things you might forget—like a screwdriver! We were so grateful for that, especially when we realized we needed it to add batteries to the kids’ Christmas presents. The little touches made all the difference, and it felt like the hosts were truly invested in ensuring we had a perfect stay. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, thoughtful, and well-equipped getaway! Thank you Ola & Barn!

Thank you for a wonderful stay for our girls weekend away. The house was great to accomodate 12 adults and plenty of room to relax, hang out and cook and eat meals. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We all had a great time!

We had such a pleasant stay at Paddles. Kez and Kev were amazing hosts, they were extremely responsive, gave very clear instructions, check in was super easy and it’s exactly what we hoped for. We fished out the back the entire time we stayed here and caught so many fish, bream, yakka and flathead. It was such a peaceful time waking up to views of the water. The neighbours were friendly and said hello, Kez and Kev were lovely with their responses and super helpful. We will definitely, without a doubt be back to stay at Paddles. We absolutely loved it. 10/10

Our stay was great, the location is perfect, close to the park, short drive to main restaurants, shops and cafes. Laura was friendly and helpful.
