Great airbnb in a modern and clean building. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and newly remodeled. Check in was easy and the host Michael was very helpful with all the instructions. Recommend!

Great place. We weren't able to use the bedroom TV and the building has no lift, but those are small complaints. Overall the start was excellent and very comfortable. The full sized kitchen was very enjoyable to use and the living room is comfortable.

We had a great stay at Michael's / Hotelise's place. It was very central and easy to find. They gave very clear instructions how to enter the apartment. We had everything for a group of 4 - very nice that every room had its own bathroom! A couple of nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, the next supermarket was a 10 min walk. We would book it again.

This place is absolutely wonderful—clean, beautiful, and rich in history. Staying here feels like stepping back in time, as it’s one of the oldest buildings I’ve ever visited. The location is perfect, close to all the major tourist attractions. I especially loved the small kiosk on the street next to the apartment, where you can grab a beer, some fresh vegetables, or a quick bite before exploring the city. Plus, the large market right next door is a must-visit, offering a variety of local products, from Chanakh and lavash to pastrami and traditional sweets—you name it!

Vigen’s villa in Jrvezh was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The fresh air and peaceful surroundings were amazing. Vigen was a great host, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Great stay! The host was attentive and always ready to help. The WiFi was fast. Loved spending time on the balcony—such a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!
