Suresh was an excellent host and very accommodating. I had booked this place for my parents visit to Sri Lanka to visit family. What stood out to me was the location since it made it convenient to visit family. My parents absolutely loved their stay here! The home itself was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very clean and had a very cozy and modern feel. My parents felt very comfortable and safe during their stay. It was a pleasure communicating with Suresh, he replied promptly to all of my questions and was very flexible with the check in process. Overall, my parents really enjoyed their stay here and would definitely stay here again on their next visit!

My family and I, wanted a place in Colombo for a month. After looking for a long time, we finally found this apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The best thing is the property it self which has many facilities such as the gym, pool, supermarket and an ATM. There are many restaurants close by aswell. Overall the experience was great. The only drawback if any I would say is the height of the bed, which is very low to the ground. Other than that fantastic place.

The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.

Ranil should more clearly explain regarding the service being provided by the staff. When we ordered this villa we were not even aware of the fact there were services included and we had our own cook, maintenance specialist and a personal manager. Apart from that, everything was amazing. This villa is for somebody who wants quiet and be away from civilization for a while

This was a very cosy warm place. He was really a good host. Host told me about many places in Sri Lanka. I got lots of information from him.some one received us from the hotel. He decorated our room for our anniversary beautifully.the Host does the extra mile if he has to. Very friendly and cordial. We simply loved this apartment and the neighbour hood. Peaceful safe neighbour good. And many things are nearby in walking distance. We will surely be back in the same apartment when we come to Sri Lanka. This apartment is highly recommendable especially if you are coming with family. Adere Lanka!

this place and location is quite awesome. loved everything about it. a minute walking distance from good restaurants and the beach. really a treasure of a place and excellent value for money.

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

We spent three nights in this amazing place. It’s incredibly quiet—you can only hear birds chirping. The pool was the highlight for our kids and one of the best we've experienced. The gardener and chef were very nice. The downstairs rooms were small but lovely, with new AC units, unlike some other places. However, two bathrooms had very old toilets, and the upstairs AC wasn’t powerful enough to cool the room properly. If you go outside, be prepared for mosquitoes—they’re always around, ready to bite, no matter the time of day. Although they mentioned having a free chef, he seemed a bit hesitant to cook three meals a day. Overall, it was a really nice stay!

This apartment was amazing! Super clean, equipped with everything you need, stylish and located in a quiet and clean area. Nanditha is friendly, responsive and will go above and beyond to ensure your experience! She bought over snacks, her cooking and her famous milk toffees. I would love to stay again when back in Colombo.

Ryan was an exceptional host. Very warm and welcoming. He was also available for us anytime over call or evwn a message. Regarding the stay everything was taken care of as mentioned in the listing. The place is well maintained and organized. The location is at walkable distance from supermarkets like keels and cargills and also from public transport. All kitchen essentials were present for light cooking. Bathrooms had the necessary toileteries. The rooms were spacious. The washing machine was in good condition. Iron provided was good. No issues with internet, electricity and water as well. We stayed at the property for 9 nights and we always felt at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others. Suggestion would be to put a clock in the living area and bedrooms if possible.

Our 5 day stay at this Colombo 5 Residence was very comfortable. the host Mr. Chanaka and his family were extremely hospitable and kind enough to welcome us with a basket of fruits, tea, coffee etc. All the 4 bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned, spacious and clean.its a very quiet area not too far from ODEL,and Majestic City shopping centre. plenty of Restaurants closeby, downtown Colombo is about 15 to 20 mins drive. Towels are provided in all bathrooms, 3 bedrooms have bathrooms attached. There is a TV in the sitting room and crockery and cutlery in the kitchen. The host also can arrange airport transfers. The place is very safe and makes you feel at home. I definitely will recommend this site to all my friends and will stay there in the near future too.

Amazing Stay at Fahim’s Place! I recently stayed at Fahim’s place in Colombo, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a hassle-free stay. The location was ideal, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Fahim was an outstanding host, always responsive and ready to assist. I highly recommend Fahim’s place to anyone visiting Colombo and would definitely stay here again on my next trip!

was a fantastic place and nikola and benjamin were super helpful.. the spotlessly clean house was in the middle of the city with many eateries and tourist attractions nearby.. bathroom mats weren't provided by Benjamin responded to all our requests promptly and attended to them. will highly recommend this place..

Nelun's place was perfect, we stayed on first day of our sri lanka vacation and it was the best decission, Place looks exactly like photos and Nelun was very much helpful with insights of local attractions and buses and stuff.

For the dehiwala apartment review : The apartment was clean and well presented. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening from the balconies which all have an ocean view. The location was great, the bedrooms and aircon comfortable and the bathrooms were clean & fresh. The hosts were responsive and flexible giving us a late check-out as there was no booking after us. The assistant organised for check-in and check-in was easy to liaise with.

First off, this is not in the City Center building, its located in On 320 Union, which is a very large condo complex consisting of 3 towers. The condo is brand new, on the same level as the large pool and well appointed Gym. Extremely safe due to very high security and biometrics based access control. The unit had all the listed appliances and amenities. The living room was a bit small but for 4 adults this should be more than enough space. The bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms were well appointed. Very good showers with good pressure and very hot water. Suraj was a very good host, great communication and very friendly and flexible.

Great location, and more than I expected. We had a great time and the host was really good at checking in on us and making the whole trip smooth. He taught how to turn on the POOL JACUZZI!! It was amazing! The bed sheets and towels were brand new or felt new! The space was spotless. We walked right across to the beach and had some amazing food! Surprise is mentioned the hosts name and you get some great service. Everyone seems to know him! The backyard is really quiet and you can have a lovely drink in the Gazebo overlooking the pool. This was a great find! I would recommend this for single and family visitors! Sri Lanka is amazing and the host is a true island hospitality king! We felt safe in the house and the neighborhood. Great WiFi and fully stocked kitchen! Bathrooms were spotless and great shower pressure. We loved it all and wished we stayed longer.

After a long flight, we spent a relaxing few days at the villa. The villa itself was super clean and provided us with a massive space to relax and enjoy our time in Sri Lanka. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and jacuzzi, overlooking the beautiful lake. The villa staff scheduled a boat tour of the Bolgoda lake for us. The boat picked us up directly from the villa, so we didn't have to drive anywhere. They gave us a beautiful tour of the Bolgoda Lake, which is the largest natural lake in Sri Lanka. There are also other day trips and excursions (taking you to famous Sri Lankan attractions) which can be arranged through the villa staff. We felt very safe, especially during the coronavirus pandemic, as the villa provided a large space where we could spread out, while still being close to Colombo. The villa staff was very kind and helpful. The villa manager was able to arrange food and a driver for us during our stay. The food was delicious and authentic, being sourced from a local restaurant. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a calm, relaxing, and memorable stay in Sri Lanka.
