We had a wonderful time! Beautiful farmhouse in a peaceful setting. Alessandra and Enrico were very friendly and responsive. The beds were very comfortable, and our daughter enjoyed the yard and the farm animals a lot! We would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. Rental car is essential.

Sehr netter Kontakt zuvor, unproblematisches Check-In über einen Schlüsselkasten, niedliches Häuschen, gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem an nichts und Sandy ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, würden wir sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Thank you Vanna, we had a lovely time at your house. The house is fantastic, the views from the terrace's could not have been better. I wish more stores/restaurants would have been open in the area. I imagine in summer this area is really crowded. Overall a great stay and the owner was very gracious.

Exceptional near Vatican flat with swimming pool

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

bellissimo…vista mare

I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed and more. I especially liked the balcony towards the sea. The apartment is light and clean and felt like home. The area is very quiet in october and a little more lively in september. The beach is very nice.

Świetne miejsce do spędzenia czasu bardzo blisko plaży, która na początku czerwca była prawie pusta, niemal prywatna. W pobliżu dwie plaże z płatnymi leżakami i parasolami oraz barem plażowym, także każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

C'est mon 4e séjour dans cet appartement où j'ai toujours un extrême plaisir à revenir. Le lieu est idéal, paisible et plein de charme dans le quartier de Rome que je préfère. L'accueil est toujours aussi chaleureux avec de petites attentions laissées pour l'arrivée. J'apprécie aussi que les provisions de base - sel, huile, épices, sucre, etc - soient présentes à l'arrivée, ce qui est à la fois pratique et agréable. L'appartement est très confortable et spacieux. J'y reviendrais volontiers une 5e fois, mais hélas, son prix devient malheureusement inaccessible.

5 Sterne, auch wenn es ein paar Anregungen gibt: wir waren zum mobilen Arbeiten mit unserer 12jährigen Tochter für 10 Tage dort. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause, die untere Etage mit Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer, Dusche/Bad/Wc ist perfekt fürs Kind mit Wunsch nach etwas Raum für sich. Küche war toll eingerichtet, generell alles sauber und die Panoramascheiben im WZ sind fantastisch, und danke für die Moskitonetze. kleine Anregungen: - im Duschraum oben hinten fangen die Fugen an zu schimmeln...jetzt kann man noch alles in den Griff bekommen - das Zimmer unten (ausgerechnet) hat kein TV. Die TV in den oberen Schlafzimmern sind defekt und der im WZ zeigt keine deutschen Sender. Wir kamen die 10 Tage ohne aus, aber es wäre schön, zumindest mal ARD/ZDF schauen zu können - das Bücherboard hat nicht ein deutsches (Jugendbuch), schade - grösstes Manko, das WLAN ist mit ca 3Mbit/0,6Mbit am optimalen Sitzplatz im WZ zu langsam um ausreichend arbeiten, geschweigedenn Filme streamen zu können...

Silvia’s apartment was spotless and in a great location for restaurants and a beautiful farmers market. I loved the neighborhood and I enjoyed strolling and roaming the quaint little picturesque streets. Silvia was so kind and accommodating in every way. I will definitely stay here again. Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

Appartamento ampio e comodo per 4 persone, con cucina ben fornita e due bagni pulitissimi. Zona tranquilla e piena di ristoranti. Benedetta è stata molto disponibile nel fornirci indicazioni in merito al soggiorno.

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

Appena rientrato dopo aver soggiornato con 13 amici nella splendida villa di Anzio. Una location favolosa con tutti i benefit per stare e godersela semplicemente in casa. Jacuzzi all'esterno praticamente usata H24. Comodissimo spostarsi a piedi, appena a 5 minuti dal mare. Host gentilissimi e disponibilissimi nel soddisfare le nostre esigenze. La consiglio vivamente e chissà, spero di soggiornare di nuovo in questa bellissima villa con tutti i comfort a disposizione! 5 STELLE PIENE!
