We had a comfortable stay in Desi's house. It is spacious and cozy and was a good fit for our family. Desi was responsive and offered great tips when I bugged her with my questions ; ) I'm also thankful for her flexiblity with the checkout time. We definitely recommend others to be her guests!

Великолепный дом с великолепными хозяевами ! Провели в этом замечательном месте 4 дня и не хотели уезжать. В доме есть все для комфортного проживания, приготовления еды, и даже больше ! В деревне есть несколько хороших таверн, до моря на машине 10 минут, а тропы для пеших прогулок доступны прямо из деревни. В деревне есть два магазина, где можно купить товары первой необходимости ( воду, алкоголь и местное вино, масло, хлеб, закуски, оливки, колбасы, овощи, батарейки, и пр) Из дома открывается потрясающий вид на море и горы. Хозяева на связи, отвечали на вопросы, и готовы помочь при необходимости !

Beautiful place, we had a lovely experience staying there. The house was as described, even more attention to detail than we anticipated and a huge, beautiful garden! Would recommend it to everyone!

I don’t have a few words to say, I have hours to say this is one of the best places to stay. If you want traditional, this is the place to go. It’s like going back to Nans house. It’s is a frozen in time family home, with family photos and family history still around for you to enjoy. It only takes 1/2 a day before you feel at home. Hundreds of blankets to snuggle up in, especially on the cooler winter nights. The garden is fantastic (although the pool a little chilly). You don’t see or hear any neighbours.. the pool guy drops in Tuesdays and Friday, and Natasa’s wonderful mum comes and cleans the garden once a week. She picks the ripe fruit and insists you enjoy it! You will need a car if you stay here, but then you get to go out and adventure. The local letymbou Tavern is amazing and they are lovely. There is more here than at the edge of Paphos, as our friends found out. WiFi brilliant , phone signal brilliant. Previous guests left toiletries and beer in the fridge. Amazing place. X

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless and clearly well-maintained, showing the host’s great attention to detail. The parking spot right next to the house was super convenient, and the entire area was wonderfully quiet. The outdoor space is impressive—perfect for a BBQ with everything you need, and the pool area is amazing. The views are great, and it feels completely private. Savvas, the host, was incredibly thoughtful, super friendly, and provided very clear instructions, making the stay even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! There were five of us, plus two dogs, and everything was just perfect. The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was great, and the surrounding area was beautiful. Our dogs loved it too! The hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything for a great stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We had a wonderful week in Kathikas in February. It was off season and winter time (we had minus degrees a few nights) but had a cozy and warm home at Marinos Calliope with heating and the fireplace. Even a few sunny and warm days to enjoy the beautiful atrium of the house. Would be wonderful to enjoy all of it in summer time. The house is perfect for a family or two parties with the two houses. Kathikas is perfect to reach both coastal areas and the national park as well as the mountains. Either way only 10-15 min to the sea down the mountains. In February it was very quiet in the village, most restaurants not open yet, but still 3 great restaurants to eat We explored the vineyards areas and the donkey farm. Kids had a great time. The house is more a summer house than a winter house of course but we had a great time there. Very comfortable beds Two bathrooms and separate toilette A kitchen not over equipped but most thins you need for cooking. Thanks Marinos for proactive help!

Wie verbrachten hier zwei herrlich erholsame Wochen. Das Haus liegt abseits der großen Touristenströme, ist aber günstig gelegen um den westlichen Teil von Zypern zu erkunden. Die Lage am Meer ist spektakulär und bietet nicht nur tolle Ausblicke, sondern auch Gemütlichkeit und Ruhe. Hübsch eingerichtet und mit viel Grün im Aussenbereich, blickdicht abgeschirmt von den wenigen Nachbarhäusern war es für uns der ideale Ort auf Zypern.

Miałem niesamowitą przyjemność spędzić z przyjaciółmi kilka dni w tym przestronnym mieszkaniu i z czystym sumieniem mogę je polecić! Apartament jest duży, z trzema komfortowymi pokojami dwuosobowymi, które są świetnie wyposażone i bardzo wygodne. Dwie łazienki to duży plus, zwłaszcza przy większej grupie – co zapewnia komfort pobytu. Największym atutem tego miejsca są jednak tarasy. Jeden z nich oferuje spektakularny widok na góry i morze, idealne miejsce na poranną kawę lub wieczorny relaks. Drugi taras również jest spory i pozwala cieszyć się otoczeniem. Basen na patio jest cichy, bardzo zadbany i pięknie wkomponowany w spokojne otoczenie, co gwarantuje relaks w pełnym komforcie. Lokalizacja jest również doskonała – cisza, spokój i piękne widoki to coś, co sprawia, że chce się tu wracać. Idealne miejsce na wakacje!

Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Der Ort ist sehr schön ruhig. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und Vangelis ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Yiannos's apartment in Latchi. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel instantly at home. Yiannos was an incredible host – his communication was exceptional, he was always available to answer our questions, and he even went above and beyond to provide us with helpful local tips and recommendations. We truly appreciated his warm welcome and his dedication to ensuring we had a memorable stay. We highly recommend this apartment and Yiannos as a host to anyone visiting Latchi!

So peaceful. We made ourselves at home so easily. Clean and fresh rooms, hot water, working A.Cs in every room, gorgeous inside and outside environment. We thoroughly recommend this place. A getaway haven.

Very recommended! I was in a lot of airbnbs in the last years, but this one was one of the best. Fair price, very good communication, very nice breakfast and the apparent is even bigger, than it looks on the pictures.

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt! Die Aussicht war einfach der Wahnsinn und die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet! Man fühlt sich wie in einem luxuriösen Loft. Das bequeme Bett sollte auch noch einmal extra erwähnt werden. Viele haben hier die fehlende Tür zum Bad bemängelt: Wir waren zu zwei Freundinnen dort und uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört. - Man findet Kompromisse und Wege. Mit den Gastgebern haben wir uns auf deutsch unterhalten können. Eine sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation! Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen. Es ist viel entspannter, in diesem schönen Bergort zu wohnen als in der "schnellen" Stadt. Wir können euch nur raten: Besorgt euch ein Mietauto und fahrt von hier aus zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man freut sich einfach jedes mal, wenn man die Tür rein kommt. Zudem ist es sehr ruhig und die Menschen dort waren sehr freundlich. Abends kann man tolle Restaurants und Bars zu Fuß besuchen. Vielen Dank für alles!

I had an amazing stay in this flat in Paphos! It was clean, cozy, and in the perfect location. The host was extremely helpful and super responsive. The price was unbeatable. Highly recommend!

Great stay, place was spacious, convenient location, pool was well maintained. Yonathan and his team was very helpful and always responsive to our questions and eager to help us which is a great quality. Neighbours seemed friendly. Bonus that the parking is covered as it was extremely hot when we were there. Yeah you pay the electricity at the end but we stayed for 10 days used air-conditioning when we were using the rooms and it came to just over €80. Would stay there again.

A fabulous week’s stay. The pool was perfect as heated for the grandchildren. A short walk to a selection of great bars, restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend.

Miejsce naprawdę cudne. Wszystko odbyło się bez problemu. To był naprawdę super czas w super miejscu. Cisza, prywatność. Jesteśmy mega zadowoleni. Dziękujemy.

This is a great villa, it was made with love and care, it's fully equipped and very comfortable. I guess an espresso machine would even make it even better. nevertheless, it's super highly recommended and we had a wonderful stay note: there is a way to connect the euro plug into the Cyprus sockets, you need a pen or something to push the unused hole inside and then it can fit.

הוילה היתה מעולה כמו בתמונות ושולי היתה מארחת מדהימה נתנה מענה לכל השאלות. מטבח מאובזר ונח, מצעים ומגבות בשפע, פינוק אמיתי. התארחנו בתחילת אוקטובר והיה קצת קריר ולכן היה פחות פעילות לילדים בסביבה. המיקום שקט ומבודד רחוק מסופרמרקט ובתי קפה (20 דק). רכב חובה.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was spacious and clean which is always important to us. The whole villa matches the photos and description perfectly so there were no nasty surprises. We only had one slight issue on the first day and it was immediately sorted out which is all you can ask in my opinion. The pool area was large and comfortable too. Some furniture is getting a little worn but it didn’t bother us at all. Overall would recommend for a large group trip. Location wise you can walk to a bakery and some restaurants but if you want to do anything a bit further out you will have to rely on taxis which certainly add up.

Eine unglaubliche Unterkunft, die meine Erwartungen völlig übertroffen hat. Es gibt einen riesigen Pool, schattige Plätze unter Olivenbäumen, einen Open Air-Barbereich (mit Musik), eine große gemütliche Terrasse mit verschiedenen Grillgelegenheiten; und jeder Platz für sich ist es wert, ein Glas Wein zu genießen. Aber das aller Beeindruckendste ist die gigantische Aussicht! Man sieht auf die umliegenden Dörfer, die Berge und das Meer. Und bei jedem Blick entdeckt man etwas Neues. Die Küche und der Wohnbereich sind riesig, die Schlafzimmer gemütlich. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

The villa was pretty much as descibed with a nice outlook at the end of a quiet road. A car is needed if staying here. The accommodation was spacious and clean and had basic amenities in the kitchen. It was, as others have said, more spacious than imagined with 2 separate rooms which could be each be used with a separate toilet / bathroom facility. We were here very early in the season so the area was generally quiet anyway but we had the sense that this villa would be an excellent location for a quieter vacation at any tme of the year.
