Wow, what can you say about this amazing property. The rooms are a generous size and tastefully furnished. It is a very sociable space and was perfect for our party of 6. The breakfast delivery was very well received and the large dinning table was an added bonus. The building itself is an imposing period property with an additional surprise of the original quirky lift. We were delighted to find that the subway station was only about 50 metres away providing speedy access to all destinations around the city. The museum quarter is just a short stroll away and there are some lovely bars and restaurants also within easy walking distance. Johannes was very accommodating with our requests and responded to our messages promptly. We would 100% recommend this property. We all agreed that this is a very special property which contributed to our amazing stay in Vienna. Thank you Johannes.

Alloggiare in questo appartamento è stato fantastico. Christian è un host molto gentile, disponibile, chiaro nelle indicazioni e risponde immediatamente su qualsiasi problema. Illustra chiaramente come accedere all’alloggio in completa autonomia. Inoltre Christian è stato molto gentile ad illustrarci come raggiungere il suo alloggio passo dopo passo indicandoci quali mezzi prendere e quali evitare. L’alloggio é situato vicino al centro (15/20 min a piedi) in un quartiere ricco di supermarket, ristoranti, negozi ma allo stesso tempo lontano dal caos del centro. La fermata dell’autobus è di fronte alla casa e porta direttamente in centro in 5 minuti. L’alloggio era ben tenuto, pulito e molto grazioso, fornito di tutto il necessario (ombrelli, coperte extra, caffè, shampoo e balsamo, asciugami). Che dire ha reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole. Consiglio vivamente di alloggiare da Christian!!

This is the most gorgeous and spacious Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It is beautifully decorated and the perfect place to spend New Year’s Eve in Vienna. The location is quiet but central enough to walk to the old town center. Ysabel is a 5-star host, communicated well, and provided us with very detailed instructions for check-in and check-out. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back!

Für unsere viertägige Wien-Reise zu zweit war Christianas Wohnung eine sehr gute Unterkunft. Angenehme Lage in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Spar, Billa) sowie U-Bahn-Stationen (Transfer zum Flughafen erfordert nur einen Umstieg) in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Innenstadt in 15-20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der schönen Altbauwohnung bietet alles Nötige, um sich Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten und sich von den Tages- und Abendaktivitäten zu erholen. Hervorzuheben ist die schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Marius. Eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung für alle Wien-Reisenden!

Our stay was terrific! The apartment is a little off the beaten path (in a good way) and extremely walkable. Harald and Karo went above and beyond sharing recommendations and outlining detailed instructions for a smooth stay. Harald was very responsive, communicative, understanding, and generous. The apartment is a great find! Highly recommend.

Très beau séjour dans ce appartement très bien localisé, équipé comme il le faut et un hôte à l’écoute. C’était super de découvrir Vienne avec un logement aussi proche des transports et avec à peine 15min de bus/tram du centre ville. Merci à Peter pour cette expérience et pour son amabilité.

We spend 6 nights at Pierre’s place as a family of 5. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed staying in the appartment. It is very nicely located just a few minutes away from the center and very well connected with many tram lines. Shopping, coffee, bakery, pub all at walking distance around a beautiful park with a playground for the kids. We were there for Christmas and enjoyed the proximity of the University Christmas market that stood out to us as one of the most authentic. Pierre was extremely responsive at all time and went the extra mile to facilitate our early morning arrival and departure. We highly recommend Pierre’s place.

Wir lieben das Flair der Josefstadt und Umgebung. Wir kommen 2 mal im Jahr nach Wien, immer Unterkünfte in der Josefstadt oder Ottakring. Diesesmal am Brunnenmarkt. Das war für uns eine gute Entscheidung. Tolle Lage der Wohnung, ruhig, hell, sauber, bequeme Betten, gute, schnelle Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Alles war super und sehr empfehlenswert. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und traumhaft. Schöne Räumlichkeit. Wir kommen wieder gerne!

He is a great host, very responsive and communicative. The apartment looks just like in the pictures and is very good in terms of location. The only issue was that there was dust in some areas, meaning a bit more attention could be paid to cleanliness. Other than that, everything was very good, and I liked it a lot.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Markus versorgte uns schon im Vorfeld mit allen nötigen Informationen, sodass der Check-in ganz einfach gelang. Zudem erhielten wir viele tolle Tipps für Restaurants in der Umgebung und Unternehmungen. Die Wohnung liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, ist aber durch Tram und U-Bahn perfekt angebunden. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön (genau wie auf den Bildern) und sehr wertig eingerichtet. In Küche und Bad fehlte es uns an nichts. sehr gerne wieder!

Een fijn verblijf, je voelt jezelf thuis met een gezellige aankleding, sauna en tuin. Het ligt op een goede en rustige locatie met bakkerijen en supermarkten op loopafstand en het centrum is eenvoudig met de tram te bereiken. Editha is aardig en behulpzaam en geeft graag tips om te bezoeken.

Great Apartment in a peaceful location with easy access to efficient public transport direct to city centre. Loved our 7 days in Vienna a very interesting, historic and interesting place. Lukas's apartment was peaceful to unwind at the end of the day, close to restaurants and amenities and easy for travelling around, the trams and metro are very efficient. L’appartamento è ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista: spazio, accessori etc. Slavisa è un host attento alle necessità degli ospiti e molto disponibile. La zona ha tutto quello che serve (market e negozi) e i mezzi pubblici sono a 2 minuti a piedi e con quelli in 15 minuti vai e torni dal centro di Vienna. La scelta di questo appartamento è stata veramente perfetta.

The apartment was beautiful! It was better than expected. I was with my husband and another couple and had a fantastic stay. The place had plenty of room, it was clean with a cosy atmosphere. The hosts were very very friendly and communicative, they also responded really quickly, so thank you to them.

Apartamento amplo, confortável e sustentável. 20 minutos de caminhada e você está no centro, onde estão a maiorias das atrações da cidade. Recomento o espaço da Lee.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Super Lage, gut angebunden und tolle Wohnung.

l'appartamento è molto accogliente, molto tranquillo e dotato di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno lungo anche più di qualche giorno. Eva e Karl sono persone molto cortesi e disponibili. l'appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale dove è possibile trovare negozi di tutti tipi e diversi supermercati. arrivare al centro della città o raggiungere la metropolitana è estremamente facile e rapido.

We had a wonderful time. Lots of space, larger than photos appear. Beautiful space in a wonderful neighborhood. We stayed a full week and would love to come back :)
