This apartment was absolutely fantastic during my 2 week stay for work. While it is a little bit farther than staying directly in the center, it’s only a 15-20 minute team Ride into the center, and the tra are quite close and run often. I loved being able To cook in a well equipped kitchen with the incredible fresh produce and meats I was able buy in the market which is just one street away (EVERY DAY ALL DAY - except Sunday). The setting is peaceful and beautiful; the apartment was super clean and stocked with everything I needed as a rental. Claudia and Stefan were very communicative and helpful. I will absolutely rent this apartment the for my next work trips to Vienna.

Die Kommunikation war supernett und auf jede Frage wurde schnell reagiert. Gute Tipps zu Aktivitäten, Parken, Restaurant etc- Bestnote! Die Wohnung ist eingerichtet mit allem nötigen, gut gelegen, wenn auch nicht ganz leise. Von der Dachterasse hatte ich mir etwas mehr versprochen, aber ein Bier hätte man da schon trinken können wenn das Wetter gepasst hätte. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Super schöne Wohnung, die sehr schön eingerichtet ist. Man merkt gleich, dass Carina sich viel Mühe gibt, damit man sich wohlfühlt.

The apartment was wonderful! It was well appointed, very clean, and exactly as described. We loved the proximity to the metro station, and how quiet the surrounding area was. There’s a small playground l right outside, and families were often there with their children, enjoying their afternoon. Very peaceful. Having access to a washing machine was a huge benefit too. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but were impressed by how well stocked it was with good quality pots, pans, and utensils. We really appreciated all the careful thought that was clearly put into the apartment. It was the perfect home base for us while we were visiting Vienna!

A modern but cozy apartment with plenty amenities, located in a stylish building overlooking the Donaukanal. I enjoyed the location, but some people might not like that there are no shops or restaurants anywhere around. Great experience though, would recommend.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Wien und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern, hell und gepflegt. Das Viertel Ottakring ist verkehrstechnisch gut angebunden.

Amazing stay at Elisabeth's place. I was in town for a month, working remotely and visiting friends in Vienna. Check-in was a breeze, and Elisabeth accommodated my early arrival after an overnight flight to Vienna from the US. The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly matched the photos and description. It was also a great value. I was a little worried about noise from the busy road and train outside before I arrived, but the apartment was well insulated and quiet. The close proximity to the metro was a great benefit as well. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants a quiet, liveable apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Most of my friends in Vienna also live in the 7th district. For those unaware, it's kind of the place to be.
