Polk City : locations de vacances

This house was the perfect place for our family trip. It was so close to any destination you could want. The house was absolutely perfect. Vanessa was the nicest host and extremely responsive. We definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Very nice place to stay at, hot tub was nice and community pool/clubhouse was also nice. Area was beautiful and not too far from attractions. Overall a great place to stay in Orlando and would definitely stay again!

That’s a great option and we probably will come back! House is clean, nice condo, nice pool. It was definitely worth it!

Ótima casa e localização, muito tranquila a região. Em todos momentos de contato com a Rennata tivemos um rápido retorno. O único problema que tivemos foi relacionado ao aquecimento da piscina, o qual tiveram que ir concertar durante a estadia, dos 5 dias pagos pelo aquecimento acabamos tendo apenas 2 dias completos. Mas de resto tudo foi ótimo.

Eduardo, foi extremamente prestativo em todos os sentidos !!! Pegamos um furacão Milton durante a estadia e ele nos manteve atualizado integral durante todo o período. Muito educado com respostas rápidas. Parabéns pela condução indico de olho fechado. A casa é maravilhosa e completa recomendarei a todos ! Obrigada pelo período ❤️

We had a great stay at this condo, very clean with nice amenities. Views of sunset on both balconies were unobstructed and very nice. About a 20 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and Disney springs which was convenient. Bathrooms were clean and bedding and linens were comfortable. It was very nice to have 2 king beds in the unit as we stayed there with my parents and our toddler. Few things of note that are part of the community and DO NOT reflect at all on the owner: The splash pad for kids is NOT heated. It was bearable for our toddler in the early afternoon, but it wasn’t long until her lips were quivering. The pool that is in walkable distance does not allow children under the age of 3 to use. The other nearby pool is about a .25 mile walk from the condo. The other pools are about a 5-8 minute drive.

Immaculate upon Checkin - had everything and then some that we needed. Communication with Dennis was amazing will def book again with him!!

Outstanding stay! They were kind, attentive and even gave us a recommendation to do on our way out of town. My kids LOVED the rooms, it was spacious, and very clean. Definitely would recommend and plan to return.

Rays place was really nice and the location was great. We arrived early and Ray graciously let us check in early. There were a few minor issues that Ray quickly sent someone to take care of. I would definitely stay here again. Kids loved the pool options and amenities at the resort.
