Very relaxing stay, communication with Glen and Karey was top notch. Incredibly prompt responses and proactive with information about our stay. The villa was great for our family over spring break. Loved the large tv in the family room, kitchen was perfect, and the hero of the villa is the large pool! Lots of sun throughout the day, plenty of seating by the pool, and beautiful/peaceful view of the lake when swimming in the pool or relaxing in hot tub. Will definitely return!

Paul's lake house is a great little spot to get away. The house was cozy and clean, and the backyard on the lake is great for relaxing.

The place was fine, clean and comfortable, it needs some updates; specially the furniture but other than that it’s a good place to stay, it has plenty space if you have a big family like mine, beds were comfortable, kitchen has plenty space, the surrounding areas are great, pool area by the dock is beautiful and you can enjoy good drinks too.

Great place near Disney. Heads up they don't keep the basic beginner package for dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee filters, salt and pepper etc. I left my coffee filters so the next person hopefully doesn't have to buy them. I didn't realize til I got back from grocery store so I had to make another trip out.

Great place! The kids were so sad to leave. Lake Berkeley resort is great if you want to be close to everything but tucked away from all the business of Kissimmee. The house has everything you need and more! Love that the billards table is actually inside the house. Pool and hot tub are the cherry on top of this place! Claire is awesome as well. Can’t wait to come back 😍

If I could give over 5 stars , I would. The pictures do not do this accommodation justice. If you are traveling with kids, you will never need to leave the grounds. The splash pad, numerous pools, tennis courts, ponds, fishing dock, and white sand beach were all as advertised. The room included sand toys, strollers (a double stroller), beach towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Ray was kind and attentive before, throughout and after our stay. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in town.

Very nice place. So easy to find restaurant and supermarket around the place. Owner is so friendly, it’s good feeling to see their cooking in dinner time. Like you stay in own home.

These was a beautiful location that accommodated our large family easily! Extremely close to everything from shopping to Restraunts.

Condo was great for Spring Break with lots of things to do in the Orlando area. It was clean and quiet and just as expected. Owner communicated very quickly. Instructions were easy. Check out was fast.

Very clean and comfortable condo in relaxing Bahama Bay resort. Nice large balcony to enjoy morning coffee and just enough kitchen provisions to cook what you need. We really appreciated the spices and coffee available for use. We loved our stay and will definitely seek this condo out again for future trips!

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as great as the first! The space is well-appionted - it has everything you could possibly need. The lakeview is beautiful and peaceful. There's plenty of space for a large group to stay and the communication was great! We will definitely stay again when in the area.
