The location for us was amazing and the property that the condo was in was extremely safe, private, & beautiful. Amazing scenery for morning walks before starting the day!

This was a great place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean. There were plenty of restaurants within a short driving distance to eat at. Very close to disney world and reasonably close to universal studios. The location was quiet. There is a great cigar lounge within walking distance.

Great for a big group.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was a gated community so we felt very safe. We enjoyed walking around the resort in the evening looking at Christmas lights 🎄. The private pool was wonderful. We were there the end of December so we paid the extra fee to have it heated. It was so worth it! The house was clean and free of clutter. It had all the dishes and pots/pans we needed as we enjoy cooking. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms worked perfectly for our family. The house was close to the Disney parks, grocery stores and restaurants. My son used the gym at the resort. We also enjoyed the resort pool and hot tub. It was a quiet and peaceful location. We highly recommend the home and would stay again.

Vincent's place looked exactly like the listing and was extremely clean. It had all of the items we needed and more. As a family, this was the first time we spent Christmas away from home. We arrived to a Christmas gift for our family, which was very thoughtful. Vincent's responses were always prompt and courteous. We would definitely stay again.

The place look as advertised. We didn't have time to enjoy the amenities as we were out almost the whole day, every day. However, the townhouse attended fully our needs and had enough space for our family of 9. The communication with Luis was great and the instructions for check-in and out were easy to follow and fast to execute. It can take a bit to arrive at the parks and come back home depending on the time and traffic. Everything was great and I highly recommend this place.

We loved this location! There were child-friendly plates and bowls, which is a huge plus for our family with 5 kids! It was clean and had a lot of pool toys for the kids to enjoy. We also loved the location and how close it was to the clubhouse. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and we’d love to come back again!

House was warm and inviting. It's a great location and family friendly. The host was readily available when something was needed. My family and I enjoyed.

My party of five arrived early but we were able to communicate with the host to check in early. The home had what we needed: 3 bathrooms, 5 beds (one bedroom had a trundle), and resort amenities were great. Everything in the home was sparkling clean and sanitized, plus floaties to use in the nearby lazy river. We enjoyed the home and can’t wait to visit again.

We had a wonderful time. The townhome was comfortable and perfect for us. The lazy river and pool were fun and very accessible. We drove to the parks, came home and made dinner and then we were off to the pool every night. I recommend this location to all!

My wife and I are weary of ratings for Airbnbs. We have been to a few “5 star” places that do not match the description. We will confidently say that this is one of the BEST places we have stayed— it was spotless, close to Disney, and comfortable! We would 100% recommend, and we would stay here again.

John is a great communicator and addressed every question/concern timely without delay. He has a binder with clear instructions for your stay from gate access, disposing trash, to local eatery’s. I highly suggest 192 crab and lobster!!! We had a great stay!!! House was wonderful it was well equipped with supplies including kitchen/cooking items, cleaning supplies, and paper products. We especially enjoyed slow mornings in the sun on the back patio. The beds are not as comfortable as home, the house was very clean, very easy to access, the grounds are well maintained, public pool was beautiful. The tiki bar was ok. They were out of quite a few things and some of the condiments were expired since fall last year. They also charge a 18% gratuity on EVERYTHING from food to drinks and every purchase. Toward the weekend they have drink specials that are very tasty 😋. I def look forward to renting from John again.

I shared the home with 2 other friends as we were attending a business conference in the hotel tower across the street. The location was IDEAL and gave us the extra space and quiet to relax after a long day of networking. When I returned to the townhouse about 8pm and found the smoke alarm beeping, Rose and her team were quick to come right over and change the battery. (I would have simply handled it myself but naturally the one that was beeping was in the high ceiling area so I couldn't reach it.) I truly appreciated their willingness to address it on short notice so late on a Friday evening. I will definitely look to stay here again if I have another conference to attend.

Great town house in downtown Bartow, very spacious, close to old town, local bars and restaurants and in my case close to my office.

Nos sentimos em casa. O local corresponde a descrição. A casa fica em um condomínio, fácil de encontrar e fica em boa localização. Tivemos a sensação de segurança. Tinha vaga de estacionamento. Tivemos um problema ao entrar no condomínio por conta dos nomes na portaria, mas logo foi solucionado pelo anfitrião. Recomendo o lugar. O anfitrião sempre respondeu com rapidez.

By far this has been one of the cleanest and dust free places I've rented from Airbnb! We got a quick chance to meet her when we left and she was super sweet! I highly recommend her and will definitely stay again when I'm back to Orlando! Thank you Delmy for letting us check out a bit later!
