We had a wonderful week long stay to spend Thanksgiving with our college aged daughter whose work schedule didn't allow foe her to travel home. The Daly house was conveniently located and served our needs well.

We loved this place as it was close to downtown yet tucked away in a great neighborhood. We walked to a nice little cafe for a quick small breakfast that was mentioned in their guestbook. We enjoyed their wonderful backyard during 70° weather, BBQ, hot tub, and s'mores! The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms well stocked. We were also thankful for pack'n'play for our little one when she needed to nap during the day. We would definitely love to stay again if and when we come back for a spring break vacation or any other time.

Deb and Mark have a lovely home and were great hosts. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated the book with recommendations for the area. Deb and Mark were responsive to our questions and made us feel very welcome. A great stay!

Thank you so much for an awesome stay! We'll definitely stay here again. The large fenced in backyard was a bonus for sure. Our little dogs loved being able to run around free without their leash.

Great spot for an overnight in Des Moines. Was in town for a show and location was wonderful, home was clean and well-equipped. Fun tech like fancy toilets, easy WiFi access, easy to use locks. Loved the Waveland for breakfast across the street. Super friendly and responsive hosts!

Great location close to bike trails and food/drinks. Our host was very attentive and generous. Would definitely stay again.

This home was perfect for our stay while visiting some family nearby. The layout allowed us to have all the space we needed and the open living room + kitchen was perfect. We also loved the playground in the neighborhood! Recommend this place for families with littles.

Shelli’s place we great! We were just there briefly but immediately felt at home - you can tell the house is well loved! The room was spacious and having the half bath was nice. Also enjoyed the baked goods in the common area and the blueberry wine. Would stay here again passing through town.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while passing through Des Moines. Becky is likely the most proactive and responsive host I’ve encountered. The space is also totally as described and it’s clear that the host has put serious effort into making the space comfortable with plenty of details covered that other hosts don’t provide: a couple bottles of water, K-cups, snacks, decent toilet paper, information about the area, cute decorations, plenty of seating options, a great shower, etc. The place was easy to access, it is close to downtown, it was clean, and the bed is really comfortable. As clearly noted in the description, you can hear the owners upstairs at times, but it didn’t bother me at all so don’t let that dissuade you from staying here. Great stay all around.

Described perfectly. It worked out really well for me to have use of a kitchen and to have the bathroom within the bedroom rather than in the hall or sharing. Would definitely stay again.

LOVED the spot! Kim was very responsive, she even let me know before we were coming how to check in and what was around Park in the back The residents of of the place were very cool No problems there One thing we did was connect the whole couch together, two pieces in the living room and one in the left ride room, just so we could all hang and play video games GREAT SPOT Close to the airport and between fun stuff downtown and what we were there for Highly recommend
